Everyone deserves a healthy smile. And every town needs a dentist to help make those smiles possible. With this belief, Dr. Lori Mason and her husband/office manager Paul Mason established their dental practice in Parkersburg in August 2005, following Lori's graduation from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.

Parkersburg Family Dental is a full-service dental practice, offering general dentistry services ranging from diagnostic check-ups and cleanings to restorative procedures like fillings, crowns and bridges. We also offer cosmetic dentistry options, like teeth bleaching and veneers. Dr. Mason and Paul were both raised in the same small Northern Iowa town, and they are excited to be serving the people of Parkersburg.

Ever since she was 12 years old, Dr. Mason has known she wanted to become a dentist. Even while growing up on a farm near Lake Mills, Iowa, Dr. Mason approached her studies with a natural curiosity and discipline, her goal of becoming a dentist always at the forefront of her mind.

Following through with her plans, Dr. Mason went on to receive her Bachelor of Sciences degree from Iowa State University in 2001, and graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry with her D.D.S in 2005. Licensed by the Iowa Board of Dental Examiners in June 2005, Dr. Mason, along with her husband and office manager Paul Mason, opened Parkersburg Family Dental in August 2005. Having both grown up in small town Iowa (the same small town, to be exact), Dr. Mason and Paul are excited to plant their roots in Parkersburg. Experiencing the friendliness and graciousness of the people of Parkersburg has affirmed her decision to serve a smaller community.
