At Parkersburg Endodontics, we have a reputation for providing quality results in a comfortable, caring environment. Dr. Scott Seago is proud of the relationships they and their team have made in the community.
Dr. Seago grew up in St. Charles, MO and was fortunate to receive a soccer scholarship at Wheeling Jesuit University where he received his undergraduate degree in 2003. He had such a great experience at Wheeling Jesuit University; he wanted to attend dental school at West Virginia University where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2007.
Following graduation, Dr. Seago was commissioned into the United States Air Force as a Dental officer and his hard work at dental school earned him an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency that he completed in 2008. Dr. Seago practiced general dentistry for the Air Force at MacDill Air Force Base for four years. It was there he applied for and was accepted into a postdoctoral specialty program in endodontics at Keesler Medical Center. He completed this program in 2014. He was then the Chief of Endodontics for the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Langley Air Force Base for three years before joining our team.
Dr. Seago is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and a published author in the Journal of Endodontics. Scott married his wife Jennifer in 2010, and they have two little boys, Luke (born in 2012), and Matthew (born in 2014). Dr. Seago is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family which he considers his highest priority.
Brianna recently graduated from the Dental Assisting program at West Virginia University of Parkersburg in January, 2018 and joined our team shortly after. According to her, Parkersburg Endodontics was the perfect place to begin her career because of her unbridled passion for dentistry. Brianna graduated from Parkersburg South High School in 2012 and married her high school sweetheart Victor. They had their first child, Eastyn, in June, 2013. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, Margo and Santi. Brianna also enjoys going on walks, bowling, and skateboarding.

My wife had a root canal completed here today 10/27/22. Very pleasant experience for her from start to finish. Entire staff is very professional, kind and caring. Dr. Seago was very informative throughout the entire procedure as well. Highly recommend them for these types of services needed. Thank you!

Had a root canal and once the numbing wore off there was no pain. It was done in no time flat. Awesome experience! I will definitely go there again if I need something like that.

Had a root canal this morning and the experience was great! I sat down in the dentist's chair at 9:00 AM and got up at 9:40 AM, interview, examination, x-rays, root canal, and all. Done! No pain, no problems, nothing! The effects of the local anesthetic were completely gone by 3:00 PM with no pain after the procedure. I was dreading getting this done, but if I had known how easy it was, I'd have done it months ago! I highly recommend Dr. Seago and his staff!

Everyone in the office is laid back and super nice! I was so comfortable I about fell asleep during my root canal. I was informed every step of the way and they made sure I understood everything. Highly recommend!!! I hope to not need anymore dental work but if so, this is where I will go in the future!!!

Went in for my first (and hopefully last) root canal with Dr Seago. From the moment I was in touch with his team, they were exceptional. They are informative, personable, and great at what they do at every step of the process. They've also got great taste in music!

Dr. Seago repaired an old root canal that had cracked. He did a phenomenal job, explained everything he was doing, and caused no pain. Would recommend!

Everyone including the receptionist, the assistant, and the dentist were extremely kind! The dentist was super slick! There was hardly any discomfort from my root canal at all! And I just took a little bit of ibuprofen afterwards for some tenderness. I would definitely recommend Dr. Seago for any and all dental procedures! I was very impressed!

I absolutely love the Parkersburg Endodontics Office!! They are fantastic. Ms. Monica is so kind and professional- she made my booking and payment experience very easy. ( They are kind and understanding when it comes to a patient's payment needs and work via various means to create plans that are individually optimal). Dr. Seago is fantastic- explained everything to me along the way and took exceptional care of me in a very timely manner ( also allowed me to contact his personal number after office hours for assistance and to get additional medication after my root canal). Mrs. Kala and Ms.Tiffany are also sincerely sweet and wonderful to work with. I had such a great experience that I plan on going back for any other major dental procedures that can not be booked with my primary dentist. The office is also extremely clean- which is always a plus. They are 10/10 and I recommend fully. :) Thank you all for the high grade experience- very similar to my primary care office with Dr. Zegeer!

The experience was better than expected. Everyone I spoke with was kind and very willing to answer any questions. They checked with me throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable and to make sure I understood and knew what to expect.

I have never had a root canal, and was not looking forward to my first one. Dr. Seago and his entire staff are amazing. From the moment I entered the office, they were very attentive. Dr. Seago explained everything he was going to do and he and his staff kept checking on me. The procedure was totally painless and afterwards I took Tylenol only once as a precaution. If I ever need endodontic procedures in the future, Dr. Seago is who I will see.

Doctor Seago is very personable, great bedside manner and demeanor, really listened and took his time. His staff are well trained, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend. I couldn't believe that a root canal could be painless, even the numbing injections didn't hurt! Have no fear he is highly trained and skilled.

Great service! From before I entered (Tiffany the assistant sanitizing the door knob) to the actual procedure was great! Everything was explained in detail and post surgery on my root canal was seamless. This is my second root canal, first one with Parkersburg Endodontics, and already at zero pain. I can't tell I even had anything done. I highly recommend this practice!

I had two rite canals done before by some one different and I didn't like it at all but this time it was done by them and I didn't feel a thing I would highly recommend him to anyone and I would go to them any time I need.
