Dee is the treatment coordinator at Parker, Pennington, and Greers office and has been here for 9 years. Before that, Dee has worked in various fields, including real estate and accounting. Dee earned her Bachelor degree in Political Science at Florida State University. Dee has been married to her wonderful husband for 28 years and they have 3 beautiful and successful daughters. Dee absolutely loves helping patients and enjoys the relationships that have developed over the years. When Dee is not working, she loves to spend time outdoors with her family.

Allison graduated from Concorde for dental assisting in 1992. After obtaining her certification , Allison went on to work as a dental assistant then office manager of a dental practice for over 10 years and has been in dentistry for over 25 years. Allison loves meeting new people and helping them get the dental work they deserve. Allison is married to Rob with three beautiful daughters. She enjoys going to the beach, traveling and spending time with her family.

Amanda began her career in Dentistry as an assistant in Sept of 2006, she was an assistant for 13 years, Amanda is now our Patient Care Coordinator and the first person you will see when arriving to our practice. Amanda worked for Dr. Parker and Dr. Pennington for 4 years as an assistant, she took time off to be with her youngest son and rejoined the practice in August of 2019. Amandas passion for dentistry is to see patients love their beautiful smile and to grow the practice. In her free time she loves being with her family, boating, beach, yoga, and being with friends.

Andrea is a registered Dental Hygienist who has been in the dental field for 20 years and has been working with the Parker, Pennington & Greer dental practice for 12 years. She obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene at the St Petersburg College, Florida and recently graduated with a Master of Science Degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Over the past 12 years, Andrea has built strong relationships with her patients, their health and wellbeing are of the utmost importance to her. When Andrea is not busy working to keep people healthy, she loves to cook and bake, especially for her friends and family. She also is very crafty. You may see some of her beautiful wreaths hanging in the dental office.

Kelsi is a native of Houston, Texas. She has lived in the area for 10 years with her husband who is in the Navy. Kelsi joined our team in 2013 as an assistant. After 5 years with us, she went back to school and graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene from Florida State College at Jacksonville. After graduation, she rejoined our team. Kelsi is very dedicated to the dental healthcare profession and making sure all her patients feel comfortable. In her spare time, she enjoys the company of her husband and her two Labrador retrievers. They love fishing and spending time on their boat.

Tiffany started her career in dentistry over 11 years ago as an Orthodontic Assistant. She joined the P&P team in November 2019 and then realized her passion for the orthodontic field. After having a daughter she rejoined our team part time. She loves watching the transformation of not only peoples teeth but also their lives when they decide to go down the path of Invisalign. In her space time she loves watching her boys play sports, the beach, shopping at Target and now dressing up her new baby girl.

Jennifer joined our clinical team as a Dental Assistant in Feb 2022. She has been in the dentistry field for more than 24 yrs. Most of her experience comes from Orthodontics. She brings a loving and inviting spirit to our team that helps ease patients during procedures. She loves seeing the transformation and the confidence in patients as they get their healthy smiles back. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, Kayaking, redoing furniture and baking.

Dr. Parker began his private practice in St. Marys in 1996 and was joined by his equally talented cousin, Dr. Pennington in 2003. They opened their additional joint practice in Jacksonville Beach, Florida in 2004 and now divide their time between the two offices.

Dr. Parker gets rave reviews from his patients and his peers. He is known for his kind and gentle touch, friendly, easy-going manner, and his genuine concern for his patients well-being. Many patients warmly address him as Dr. Sid, and others have called him their hero. He is often referred to as a perfectionist by patients and peers alike.

While attending high school, Dr. Pennington worked at Radenco Dental Lab in Millen, Georgia. He continued to work at dental labs while pursuing his Bachelor of Science at Georgia Southern University, which reinforced his appreciation of the skilled craftsmanship that is required to create lifelike dental restorations.

A native of St. Marys, Dr. Greer attended Valdosta State University to earn his Bachelors Degree in Biology. His Career path towards dentistry was set into motion by a boating accident that resulted in dental trauma. Dr. Parker and Dr. Pennington were the dentists who provided him with reconstructive dentistry, including a dental implant, a root canal and bone grafting.
