Parker dental is an amazing office. They are clean and professional. As a person with anxiety about going to the dentist, I was apprehensive about going to a new place, but I'm glad I went. They are so understanding and listen to you. They take your wants and needs into consideration when making a treatment plan and work with you to make the experience the best they can. 10/10 world recommend.

After my dentist retired this was the first place I went to. Very nice facility and Dr. Parker was friendly. Emily cleaned my teeth and did a fantastic job. I will continue going here.

Parker Dental and Orthodontics is the absolute best. Not only for the services they provide, but for the overall kindness of the staff! Brooke at the front desk is always so welcoming when getting you checked in. Emilee is probably the best dental hygienist I have ever had in my 30 years of life and Dr. B is an one amazing dentist. I've been a patient here for a while and they truly make you feel like family!

I really do not enjoy writing bad reviews, but I wanted to share my experience as a caution to others. I had been going to this location seeing the female dentist for about 3 years now for routine work such as cleanings and fillings. Due to COVID, I missed a cleaning because it was cancelled and never rescheduled until I called. I went in Jan 2021 because I did not want to push out my cleaning any further. When I went in, the appointment was going well. Even the hygienist mentioned that everything looked great which was a relief because I almost always end up leaving an appointment having to schedule a filling not long after. However, when the dentist came in to examine my teeth, she ended up recommending 2 crowns and 3 fillings. I was in shock that the hygienist would give me such a positive response while the dentist was recommending a lot of work. I couldn't believe my teeth could get that bad in just 1 year! I should have seen the red flags about the crowns when they mentioned I sign up for Invisalign FIRST. I responded that if I needed crowns that it was the priority and Invisalign was only something I briefly considered if all my teeth were healthy. They did not seem to care that even with insurance, all the work they were recommending would be very costly. I agreed to do the crowns and looking back, I regret it and should have asked more questions, but I had never had a crown done and didn't really even know what to ask at the time. Fast forward to the appointment for the crowns where I expected to leave that day with the permanent crowns since they never specified otherwise - which I now know was a pipe dream. Of course, they then informed me that morning that my assumption was not the case. When installing the temporary crowns on my two bottom molars next to each other, the temp crown broke before I even left the office and instead of making a new one, they repaired it. I was skeptical but again, didn't really know better and wanted to trust that my dentist had my best interest in mind. That evening, the temp crown broke again, and I had to go in again where they also just repaired it instead of making a new one. And I wish I were kidding but it broke yet again. I actually didn't plan on going back for a repair because what was the point? But I did since I was going on a week-long work trip and didn't want to be uncomfortable even if I didn't think it would last. This time they finally made a new one, and the dentist did not take accountability for them just repairing it the other times. She claimed she didn't know even though she had looked at it herself at each visit. I was very frustrated at this point. About a month after my first temporary crown visit, I came in for the permanent crowns which turned out ok. That is, until last night when I was simply flossing and the tooth in front of the front crown broke. I cannot with certainty say that it had anything to do with the crowns yet, but I do know when they were fitting the permanent crowns, they were VERY tight against that tooth and they insisted on shoving it in before filing it down. I must also mention that in the middle of fitting the temp crowns, they drilled on the top molar above the crown stating that I would likely need a crown on that tooth now since they had to do so much drilled on it. If you have stayed to read this much, that is 4 total teeth impacted by this 2-crown installation and multiple dentist visits that are still on-going. I will not be returning to their office as I think they did the bare minimum to help me during this time and actually caused more harm than good. My teeth did not hurt for feel painful prior to the crowns and I am glad I didn't do the other 3 fillings they recommended before I get a second opinion. I now have another appointment with another dentist to assess the damage of my tooth that recently broke. I am sure others may have good experiences, specifically Dr. Parker (whom I did not have for the crowns), but please be cautious going here (especially for crowns), ask a lot of questions and advocate for yourself.

My children and I love this place. My daughter had 4 extractions today. Dr. Parker and the nurse working alongside him made her so comfortable. The doctors, nurses, and staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is very pleasant, inviting, and relaxing. The doctors are both professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the follow up calls, just to make sure all is well. I definitely would recommend this facility and give it 5 plus stars!

I was referred to Dr. Parker by a friend of mine. I was wanting a second opinion, and Dr. Parker's office treated me like I'd been a life-long patient/family. Dr. Parker is very personable, kind, compassionate, is willing to listen to concerns and explained the steps that we would need to take. Just a really very wonderful experience. You won't regret choosing Dr. Parker and staff.
