Dr. Parker received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific, Authur A. Degoni School of Dentistry in 1982. He graduated from UCSB with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Psychology. Dr Parker is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and Fresno-Madera County Dental Association.
Dr Parker has extensive clinical experience in cosmetic dentistry, facial esthetics,mercury free restorations, crowns, bridges, dental implants, fixed and removable prosthodontics, and endodontic procedures. He has also completed postgraduate training in aesthetic dentistry at the University of California at Los Angeles School of Dentistry. He is continually educating himself and his staff on the latest techniques and approaches to offer advanced state of the art, comfortable, personalized and antiseptic dental care.

I saw the new dentist Dr. Belo. While she was pleasant and nice, I am always weary when new dentists arrive to a practice because I can't help but feel I they will recommend and perform additional procedures. She recommended a crown for a problematic tooth which I feel I don't need quite yet. My biggest peeve about my recent visit is that they performed a set of X-rays that are not covered by my dental insurance as I have "exceeded my limit for the calendar year" per my EOB. This means they likely performed the same X-rays just 6 months earlier on my previous visit. So just be weary if they recommend of bunch of x-rays given you may be stuck with a bill. So I wonder if they are aware of this and proceed with the X-rays anyway or don't bother to check when the previous X-rays were performed to ensure the patient is not stuck with the bill. Had I known this, I would have declined the X-rays. It's quite a different thing when a patient knows the X-rays are not covered and acknowledges they will pay for them.

Dr. Parker and his staff are great. Carrie is my dental hygienist and she does a fantastic job for multiple years. She's knowledgeable and friendly. With additional new staff, I hope it will stay the same. I will continue to go here to have my teeth cared for. Thank you!

I had the best experience with Dr Belo and Jessica! Going in for my first time...I felt like family the ladies at the front desk were awesome and so welcoming! I'm so glad I decided to switch because my past experience was awful. They totally made up for it and it was such a great experience

I just love Dr. Parker's dental office. I no longer feel anxious about seeing the dentist. Everything and everyone is so welcoming. They all care so much. I think one of my favorite things about Dr. Parker's office is how Dr. Parker and his staff talk to me. They actually "talk" to me, which I really appreciate so much! I've been to dental offices where the dentist talks but I have no idea what he/she are actually saying. I've already started recommending Dr. Parker's office to friends and family. You can't find a better dental office!!

I have been a patient for over 30 Years and I really Love Dr. Parker and all of the staff at Parker Dental Care. I feel like I am visiting family when I come for my appointments ( No I'm not related I just share the same last name). Dr Parker and staff are always Friendly, Professional and Gentle. This dental office is amazing. The front Staff, Doctors, Assistants and Hygienist deliver amazing care with the highest level of professionalism. Today they fit me in on my lunch break to get my cleaning done. The worked with my limited time schedule and did a great job without cutting any corners. Been going to Parker Dental for years would highly recommend them. 06/16/20 Tuesday: Today's visit really encouraged me to add to this review. Dr Parker showed such compassion and consideration for my personal concerns and needs. I cannot thank him enough for that. He leads a staff who look to him as their leadeinr. Dr. Parker's office has always been very professional, and today was no different. I had my teeth cleaned, the hygienist did very well. She looked so young, but she was very thorough. From listening to her talk to the doctor, I could tell she wasn't a novice. The way she conducted herself was very professional. She removed stains that were on my teeth, and told me how to use my electric toothbrush. She gave me a lot of useful information. They wanted to know if I had any questions, which I did. I didn't feel rushed at all. So I'm very happy with today's outcome. Dentist always scare me, but I need them!

It is a day at the dentist's office, after all, so what can I say. However, the staff and doctors go well beyond the expected levels of courtesy, and make the experience as pleasant as a day at the dentist can be. Thank you all so much for treating me like I'm special every time I am there.

Everyone at the office is absolutely AMAZING. Dr. Parker is a true magician with his exceptional work. The front office, assistants and the hygienists especially Carrie make this office what it is. AMAZING!!

I've been a patient since 2017. It used to be Parker Dental but recently now Precision Family Dentistry with Dr. Parker still in practice. They've done a great job and truly happy with their devotion to patients. I usually check in and am assisted with my visit within minutes after checking in. The front desk ladies are polite and helpful and the dental hygienist Carrie and Amelia are great. Overall great dental office to visit.

Have been coming here for about 4 years already and it's great. They really try to work with your insurance and schedule you around that. Dr. Belo is great she works quick and all procedures i've had done have been painless

Dr. Parker and his staff are very friendly, caring and professional. They are very understanding and compassionate of your needs. My spouse and I and our 3 children are patients of Parker Dental Care. Us having full time job and 3 children in school playing sports, we have a busy schedule but Parker Dental Care is understanding and provides the best times to fit our busy lives.
