Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Came in sedated for a root canal appointment was 2:00 set in waiting room after checking in at 1:45until2:40 no went up to inquire as to problem. They went into back to the ro and came out with some machine broke down and someone was trying to fix it. If I had not went up to inquire we still would not know. One lady said they are running behind everyone a different story. Truth they forgot about it

When I came into the office today I was greeted by two lovely ladies they were both very professional and helped me a lot with my check in... The office was very clean and the wait was not too long I wish it could have been a little shorter.. Sam was my assistant and he was so friendly and knowledgable. Dr Kaur was so nice, I felt very comfortable with her right a way. She explained in detailed what I needed and she was easy to understand and explained what I did not understand... She has a very gentle touch which is nice. One of the ladies that checked me in helped explain my insurance questions....all in all I felt it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this office!!!!

My elderly mother went here yesterday and it was a horrifying ordeal. All they care about is taking your $$$ and convincing you to pay extra for services. She wasted 2 hours of her day waiting on X-rays/check up/cleaning and in the end they didn't even do basic cleaning!!! She is upset every 6 months because of their constant upselling, horrible customer service and constant dentist turnover. The last time she went in there, they confused her for a different patient! Absolutely horrendous!

The child side of this facility is great. My daughter aged out and had to go to the adult side, and was a horrible experience. The lack of professionalism from the front desk to the staff in the back room was terrible. They tried to over charge me, then when I quested it they left me in the waiting room for an hour and then took my daughter to her room told me it could take another hour since her dentist is busy. So I decided to leave and make another appointment for her, we'll see how that one turns out.

I flat out will not be referring anyone to this dental group. The dentist refused to do any work on me because of me having a preexisting medical condition. Also, they have a very bad habit of trying to speak for a specialist when I needed one really bad. This place is really costly anyways and I would say it has a poor quality of service.

This place is a mess! Over charge on services. Very unhappy that we took time off work to go to our appointment only to find out that their specialty dentist is not in! Save yourself some time a look somewhere else. There is a reason why this place has low ratings!!!

If you are considering going here. I don't recommend. I'm in the process of filing a law suit. For charges for services not rendered, Enough said. They are not worth the headache. Beware.

I have no clue why they have 3.4 stars. Those people didn't go to Dr. Wong obvi. Like best dental experience I've had and I had a tooth pulled and was in the most pain since child birth true story.....I'm not lying if you go to Dr. Wong and you still feel they deserve a 3.4 stars call me we will talk about it because you are wrong and everyone in the office is extremely overly helpful if you're not a jerk.

Went to Park West Dental for two crowns and two fillings. Horrible experience. Have had trouble with results ever since. I will not be back and would not recommend this place.

I honestly don't believe they deserve even one star I wake up with 11 of my teeth filed down not knowing that's what they were going to do to begin with telling me I have to have this many root canals done and then after having six done already with no problem on my third appointment when I heard I was losing a tooth it stressed me out and I was very anxious so it caused me to not be able to be numbed by the doctor which agitated him to the point where he has let me know I need to find a different dentist I already waited over 3 months just for them to work on my teeth because one of the girls in the office didn't submit the paperwork in time so not only do I lose a truth because of them but now I have to wait more months just to be seen by another doctor if you're smart you will not go to this group
