Another amazing experience at Park West Dental. I have been talking my 3 kids to them for 12 years. The dentist as well as the hygienists work together so efficiently. Dr. Kelli worked very quickly and did her best to keep my little girl comfortable. Love all the staff at Park West. Thank you guys for being so good to my kids. You are all amazing!

I have two kids that go here! We see both dental and vision. The buildings are both beautiful! The costumer service is great on both sides! My kids don't fear going to the dentist, they are super gentle when they do cleanings and any work that gets done as well, this is a nice clean place and I always recommend this dental and vision to everyone I know who has kids!

Office phones were down and Beth called me from her personal phone to resolve the issue and get me scheduled in ASAP. Outstanding customer service to make sure patient needs were met and satisfied.

Been great since they opened, but today I was there with my child and asked them if they could repair some damage I had done to my glasses but couldn't see well enough to fix them without wearing them. They fixed and fitted for me at no extra cost! amazing. They were pretty fast making my other kid's glasses and I have no doubt it will be the same this time. 5 stars all around.

Took my 7 year old daughter to have work done and a cleaning. She has small teeth and they are close together so she is prone to cavities. The 1st visit they did the cleaning and xrays and we sat down to discuss a course of action. The next visit we did her cleaning 1st and xrays. My daughter always hates the xrays but they did a great job taking to her and trying to calm her down. And during the cleaning they were amazing and she was perfectly still and did awesome. During the exam the Dentist was great with her and wasnt to rough. Then finally it came to the caps. We originally went for 2 because well they cost money. My daughter did so well because the staff were amazing with her they wanted to do more but we couldnt. They did not try to force us or talk us into anything. I will be getting my almost 3 year old son in with them next. I want to thank all the staff that worked on my daughter they were amazing!!!!!!!!!

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I've been taking my special needs son there since he was 2. They have been absolutely amazing with him. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn't be happier with the results. We would never go anywhere else.

We had been happy with our care but I'm high risk. Imagine my shock when none of the employees are wearing the mask right or even at all. It's obvious they are not following CDC guidelines for the virus. I would wonder would it is in all aspects of their business. Makes me feel like they're unclean and just don't care about their patients or their families.

I took my 14 year old son in to get his teeth cleaned and it literally took the hygienist 5 minutes to clean, polish and floss his teeth. My son brushes his teeth every day, but I'm sure after 6 months there had to be more than 3 minutes worth of plaque in there. Also, there were flies flying around all the dental tools they were using on my son. One hygienist grabbed a note pad and killed one right there on the counter and didn't wipe afterwards with a disinfecting wipe. I will not take my son back there.

Our family loves the hygienists, assistants, and dentists at Parkwest! Such a great environment and we always receive prompt and professional service. My kids are happy to go to their appointments.

I took my 5 year old daughter for a regular dental check up and we found out she had several cavities. We tried having 2 cavities filled in the office and she did ok. We went back for the 2nd appt to fill 2 more and my daughter was not having it. She was scared and didn't like it. The staff at Park West was so patient and kind and very understanding of her behavior. The staff talked with me about about another option, where she would go under anesthesia and they could fill the remaining cavities all in one visit and she would have have no pain or feel any pressure. I was so scared for her to go through this procedure but after talking with my husband, her pediatrician and the dentist we decided to move forward with this appointment. I'm not going to lie this was such a nerve racking morning for my husband and myself. We did our best to stay calm for our daughter but it was still so hard. I have to say our experience was exceptional. The check in nurses were so kind, playful and sweet to our daughter. They took the edge off. We met the anesthesiologist and he was also wonderful. Very caring, thorough with his part, yet still playful to keep our daughter at ease. Last but not least we met with Dr. Millea who was also so kind, patient and thorough with explaining the whole process. He answered all our questions including ones we didn't think of. He was soft spoken and very caring. He promised to take excellent care of her during this procedure. And to be honest, all the staff did. They said she will never left alone and she'd be monitored the whole time. The procedure itself took 45 minutes. My daughter did great. The doctor came out to tell us how great it went and he let us go see her shortly after she woke up. The recovery nurses were also great. They were so comforting and super sweet. As a parent I felt at ease, relieved and grateful for this experience. I can't thank the staff and doctors enough. Thank you for making such a scary procedure so pleasant. My daughter was up and running around that afternoon. She felt great and had no issues.
