I am an incredibly unique Colorado native who loves to spend my free time with my girlfriend Jen, my family, traveling the world, spending time outdoors, and playing video games. After spending 12 years in the military, I decided to take my care and compassion for patients to the dental field and couldnt be happier.
I was born and raised in Colorado, Montana, and Wyoming. My younger sister and I grew up riding horses through our childhood. Family is everything to me. I now have a son of my own and a stepdaughter with my husband. Currently taking classes at AIMS to pursue my career in the dental field to become a hygienist.
Donna worked in a perio office as a dental assistant for 8 years and did general dentistry for 4 years. She took a break from dentistry to go into ophthalmology for 7 years but missed dental so much she wanted to go back! In Donna's free time she loves spending time with her family. Her grandkids are her pride and joy! She also enjoys camping, hockey, and shooting,
Naomi is our clinical manager and treatment coordinator. She graduated from UNC with her bachelor's in psychology. She has a 4-year-old little boy who she adores. In her free time she loves anything outdoors and Crossfit.
Sarah has been in the dental field for 20 years. Sarah is dedicated to patient care and patient experience. Sarah was born and raised in the beautiful state of Colorado. Sarah loves spending time with her family and supporting her son in his skateboarding adventures! Outside of work, Sarah likes all things CrossFit and hanging out with friends and family.
Anastasia recently graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in Musical Theatre and a Minor in Communication Studies. She is dedicated to making our patients feel welcome and well taken care of. She grew up in Durango, a quaint mountain town in southwestern Colorado. Outside of work, Anastasia loves weightlifting, reading books on self-help and metaphysics, and spending time with her loved ones.

Known as CBCT, this advanced imaging technique uses a cone-shaped X-ray beam. The cone beam rotates around your head to create a highly detailed 3D image of your mouth to help us accurately design your treatment plan.
Nebraska born and raised, Dr. Custer received his Bachelors degree in Biological Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry.
Dr. Custer grew up with a deep appreciation for the mountains and looks forward to raising his children in Colorado. When not in the office, he can be found with his family hiking, skiing, or on the lake.
Originally from Ohio, Dr. Pivetz attended Kent State University, receiving his Bachelors of Science in biology. Dr. Pivetz then attended the Ohio State University for dental school, earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Pivetz is a life-long learner, continually taking additional education courses to provide comfortable and comprehensive care to his patients.
Dr. Max Lyon was born and raised and Kansas City, MO. He received his bachelors degree from Lewis and Clark College and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry. He believes in the importance of building strong relationships with his patients and believes every patient should be treated as part of the family and strives to do so in every interaction.

Everything was great.* They got me in quickly around my crazy Emergency Services Management schedule. Did my cleaning, exam and then were able to do 3 filings right then and there, after they were discovered. *My only concern/ complaint is that as the dentist who was drilling and filling my 3 cavities, (because it was taking a while), said, and I quote: "I'm very particular about my filings, so if I see something I don't like, I go back and fix it !" RIGHT after saying that, he got up, and turned me over to an assistant or something, whom I have absolutely no idea what her qualifications are, (but I'm SURE SHE IS NOT A ACTUAL DENTIST !), And then he said that she'll just take over and finish the filings. And that was it ! NO explanation or introduction or anything. Just BOOM, I'M DONE, Then he just disappeared, and his assistant finished ! I am NOT happy about that at all ! NOT happy about being abandoned half way through getting my 3 filings drilled and filled . NOT COOL !!! That's all...

- TLDR - *** Long Review Warning *** All I can say is THANK YOU Dr. Pivotz! I don't even know what to say or where to start. I went in for my first appointment to get a cleaning after not having dental benefits for a few years and a toothache that wouldn't go away. I chose this office based on its ratings and many comments on posts referring to it as not just a great dental practice, but one that takes medicaid. I went in for my appointment and was seen by the kindest dental team I gave ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was beyond amazed by the advanced technology they use/have available to make the process of appointments a lot smoother and less uncomfortable for the patient. The team spent a lot of time making sure to check in and make sure I was comfortable before proceeding with anything. I was unfortunately told that I would have to have a root canal done due to a cavity (I've been the only person in my family to never have one so it was a bit frustrating and scary to say the least). They took the time to explain to me what my insurance would and wouldn't cover and then went over with me what my options for payment were. They offered flexible payment plan options and I was able to get my treatment plan set up for the next three visits (this was great because I have never had a dentist office prepare me ahead of time like this before). Skip ahead to my root canal visit, I was more than stressed out after doing my fair share of Google searching and talking to others about their bad experiences. I went in fully expecting to be in pain during the procedure and in the next few weeks after....this couldn't have been further from the truth. The entire procedure took about two hours but I felt absolutely NO PAIN from it at all. I was 100% awake for the entire thing and was numbed up really well that the only thing I felt was the dentist working inside my mouth (obviously) and you get the sound of the drill which is a lot like a vacuum cleaner. Other then that I sat through the whole thing with no issue at all. Dr. Pivotz did an amazing job at making sure I was taken care of and pain free throughout the entire process. I again was met with the amazing advanced technology that they have available. I'm about 4 days post root canal and have had minimal to no soreness at all with the tooth. I honestly can't even begin to explain how shocked I was to be in no pain after all the work that was done. I had gotten freaked out for what I feel like now was nothing. I haven't really needed pain medication. I took some Tylenol when I got home and some ibproufen following that through the next day as directed for the day after. But after that I haven't felt the need to really take any more but once or twice (and this was more to deal with very dull minimal soreness). I cannot thank Dr. Pivotz and the team at Park View enough for how amazing they have been so far! I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. Thank you thank you thank you! I look forward to continuing to restore my dental health and working with your amazing team there. You all are such a blessing
