Dr. Sushma Donthi Reddy, attended Boston University, where she received, with Honors, a Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD). She has been serving the Western Massachusetts area for more than 5 years now. She believes in building lifelong relationships with our patients and helping them gain the confidence that comes from a healthy and beautiful smile!
Supporting Dr.Reddy is a team of three well-qualified hygienists, Tetyana, Julia and Nelya. All three women have graduated with Honors from Springfield Technical Community College. Together the team aims to provide patients with the best possible care and information so that they can maintain their teeth and gums for a lifetime. With their passion for dentistry, hygienists have further equipped themselves with certification to administer local anesthesia and CPR. In the operatory, helping Dr.Reddy is our dedicated and caring dental assistant, Olena. They work well together and ensure patients feel comfortable during procedures.
Christine and Jill together are amazing practice administrators who help run the office smoothly. Their goal is to provide optimal patient care and help patients understand various aspects of their dental treatment. They enjoy getting to know the patients, their families and following their care in the office. They also help patients understand the complex world of financing and dental insurance, so they can make informed decisions regarding their treatment.
Following graduation, she pursued a comprehensive approach to family dentistry, with a special interest in esthetics, crown& bridge and implant dentistry. A few years, she worked extensively with geriatric and pediatric patients. Her philosophy of care is based on clinical excellence, and her manner immediately conveys a quiet confidence in her relaxing, gentle approach to dentistry. She believes in providing the highest level of care tailored to fit into lives and budget of her patients.
Christine is a passionate patient-advocate. The favorite part of her day is seeing how happy the patients are when they leave the office with a new smile! Her jovial and fun personality lightens the office environment. During her free time, Chris is an artisan weaver. She also enjoys being outdoors taking long walks and biking with her husband.
Jill has been in the dental profession for the last 30 years and has enjoyed every minute of it. She likes learning and implementing new systems to provide a better experience for our patients. She loves to bake cookies & cakes and shares with all of us. Jill lives in Southampton with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her three children and three grandchildren.
Olena strives to make the the patients feel welcome and at ease in the dental chair. She loves relating to her patients on a personal level, and often enjoys a good laugh with them! She is very attuned to the patients needs, ensuring they have a comfortable, and relaxed dental treatment. Olena lives with her husband and two beautiful daughters. She enjoys cooking for her family and friends.
Tetyana takes pride in getting to know each patients specific needs. She builds personal relationships with her patients, motivating them to achieve optimal oral and overall health. Tetyana enjoys baking and cooking for her beautiful family. She lives in Westfield with her husband and two amazing kids.
Insurance As a service to our patients, we accept many dental insurance programs, and will strive to maximize your annual benefit options. We can help you explore the benefits available to you both as an individual and as a family. We hope that you remember that your specific policy and the coverage available to you stems from an agreement between you and your insurance company, one that is established by your employer, not us. Please remember that you are responsible for your total financial obligation should the insurance not cover any procedure, and the balance after any benefits have been received, even if the dollar amount is less coverage than anticipated.
Financing We are pleased to offer our patients third-party financing to assist in covering more extensive needed and or desired treatment. We offer CareCredit, Americas leader in patient payment plans. Care Credit is similar to a credit card, but is exclusive to health care services. Dr. Reddy and her staff are really great. Everyone is always friendly and kind. I needed three old fillings replaced, as they were beginning to chip away. Dr. Reddy replaced them and they looked better than they did before. She was attentive to my concerns and genuinely cared how I felt about the appearance. I am very happy with the work.

Dr. Reddy and her staff are really great. Everyone is always friendly and kind. I needed three old fillings replaced, as they were beginning to chip away. Dr. Reddy replaced them and they looked better than they did before. She was attentive to my concerns and genuinely cared how I felt about the appearance. I am very happy with the work.

THIS REVIEW IS FROM DARLENE LAFIELD I broke my front tooth off on a Friday night and Dr. Reddy and her staff came in on Saturday made me a plate with my tooth so that I could function normally until I had my dental implants. This in my opinion is a dental office that will go way above the call of duty for their patients. The entire staff was wonderful and made the whole process painless. I would strongly recommend them for any dental services. ATTA GIRLS!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I felt almost immediately comfortable walking into the waiting room at Park Square Dental. The ladies at the front desk had a welcoming smile and were helpful and efficient as well. The hygienist greeted me warmly and discussed the procedure, then tailored it to allow me more comfort. (never had that done before). She was not only technically good but genuinely caring. Dr. Reddy, with her soft spoken and assuring manner, rechecked my teeth and discussed possible options for the future- taking time to answer questions I might have. Who could have expected a great experience at a dental visit? I certainly did! And I highly recommend to anyone searching to try it as well. You're apt to find it at Park Square Dental in Westfield.

Pleasent experience, relaxing and inviting office. Dr Reddy is the best and knows her stuff. She came to office on a non-working day to take care of an emergency for me. Try her - you won't be disappointed.
