Dr. Ban and her team are just the best. My old boss referred me to this office and while I no longer live in the area, I go to great lengths to work with them whenever I can. They were so careful about my comfort and really transparent about everything from costs to possible pain or benefits of different products. The office staff are great at follow up and patient with personal adventures. They're just great.

Dr. Ban is simply the best! I've gone to her for 20 years & always look forward to my visits! Best work, most Amazing friendly staff, and beautiful inviting office! I would certainly recommend going here!

Dr. Ban is easily the best dentist I've ever been to. Her clinic is clean without feeling sterile - there is a warmth, ease, and comfort to the place that is so often missing in medical facilities. Of course, she and her wonderful staff are a big part of creating the atmosphere, and Kathleen showed such care, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness in diagnosing my issues and establishing a treatment plan. She found and showed me on the x-ray panels and video screens that I clearly have cavities in places that at least 3 other dentists have completely missed over the years. These were in hard-to-see places, and, I feel that, because of her attention to detail and how technologically advanced her clinic is, she is able to spot issues that many other dentists will miss. I went to Kathleen because two of the previous dentists had tried to resolve an issue with one of my fillings by grinding down the filling, as they both assumed my pain was coming from the filling rubbing against the adjacent tooth. After each of those previous treatments, the pain subsided for awhile but then returned. Kathleen properly diagnosed that the filling was actually loose, so she removed and replaced it, and I am now pain-free. I am very grateful to Dr. Ban for her skill and care and highly recommend her.

Dr. Ban recommended me to redo my own crown. She said it has been over ten years and should be redo despite I have no problem with that tooth at all. I was so silly that I listened to her. Shortly after she touched it, the tooth got problem and had to be extracted. I didn't realize it could be her incompetence that caused the problem at the time. Then, she told me my son had cavities and need extraction on a baby tooth and a number of fillings on his bottom and neighboring permanent tooth at his regular checkup. Back at his first visit, Dr. Ban's office took X-rays on him without telling me. I was quite upset for that and told the office to note down I dislike unnecessary x-rays taken on my kids. So, when Dr. Ban "found" a cavity on my son, she send me out on a guilt trip saying that all due to my overreaction on X-rays. I felt so bad that I decided to get a second opinion. And surprise! The other dentist told me my son need no dental work on his teeth! My son did have one cavity on one baby tooth. However, the x-ray that Dr. Ban took has already shown the tooth is about to be pushed out the other dentist pointed out to me. So, unless my son complains, there is no need for an extraction on a baby tooth the other dentist said. Also, she told me she saw no cavities in the bottom nor the neighboring teeth. I was speechless! I asked the other dentist how the diagnosis be so different. She told me some dentists could be a little aggressive. Honestly, I don't see that as being aggressive. My new dentist was simply too nice to use the word incompetence. After that incident, I finally stopped going back. My son is now 18. All his permanent teeth are there with no fillings. Over the past ten years, we moved a few times and met new dentists. Never did those dentists say anything about my son has cavities on his permanent teeth. I can't imagine how much damage Dr. Ban could have done to his teeth if I kept using her as our family dentist.

I am considered myself a happy client and have been satisfied with the services they provided. My kids and I have been going to this dental office since we moved here. Highly recommended if anyone likes to have a great experience for dental care! I Just got my teeth pulled by Dr. K. Ban today surprisingly it took less than 5 minutes (Incredible!) The scary experience for teeth extraction i had at other dental office in VA had haunted me for years afterward. I am glad I did it in Dr. Ban's office. This facility is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly , professional and follow-up call as always after the visits. The thing I favor the most is they always make proactive calls to reach out the insurance party and give me the quote so I expect and know in advance how much I need to pay out of my pocket for service they offered. Love this place.
