I haven't felt comfortable going to the dentist throughout my life. It's always been an experience that I was looking to avoid. However my time with Dr. Thomas has completely changed my outlook on going to the dentist. It is always a pleasant experience going to her, and her staff help make the experience even better. They always work with my schedule and explain every procedure. I recommend going here to any and everybody.

Six Stars! I've returned twice to see Dr. Thomas since moving 700 miles away from Chicago last year. She is my Dentist, and will stay my Dentist. She, Arti and Vanessa are a magnificent team and I just can't imagine going anywhere else for dentistry and the wonderful environment.

I'm relatively new to this office, but have been coming for the past few months and absolutely love the team. I was going to the same dentist for 20+ years and just felt like I needed more from my visits. When looking into local dentists, I wanted someone knowledgeable and experienced but also someone who would listen to my concerns as well. Vanessa, Ardie, and Dr Thomas have been exactly that and more. I'm so appreciative of all the help they've given me and have never been more in love with my smile! I recommend them to all my close friends and family and will be coming here for all my future dental needs

You will never have a more pleasant experience at the dentist than with Dr. Thomas and her team. Vanessa, the office manager, was incredible in getting me scheduled and registered as a new patient. She has worked with me to reschedule appointments effortlessly including a last minute cancellation. Vanessa and the office were reassuring, and accomadated me by rescheduling me without a cancellation fee, even though it was 30 minutes before my appointment! Artiola is a friendly and talented dental assistant who helps make each appointment go incredibly smooth. Dr. Thomas is always prepared, on time and gives you 100% of her attention. I now enjoy going to the dentist and cannot reccommend the amazing people at Park Ridge Smile Center enough.

I absolutely love everyone in the office! Dr. Thomas, Arti, and Vanessa are the best. They are friendly and calming, and so, so caring. They definitely make you feel more like family than just another patient. I can't say enough about how welcoming they are. For anyone with dental work anxiety, this is the team for you!

Professional, personable, knowledgeable, up-to-date! There are insufficient superlatives to adequately and completely capture the essence of Dr. Thomas and her staff, Arti and Vanessa. For those who are former patients of our dearly departed Dr. Chiodo, as my husband and I were, we miss him dearly! But do not hesitate for even one second to have the same comfort and trust in Dr. Thomas. I trust her judgment, recommendations and most of all her skill! The explanations of what to expect before any procedure are spot on and decreases my "dentist anxiety"! Dr. Thomas and Arti work together as smoothly as a well-orchestrated symphony and keep you comfortable and informed every step of the way. I could say much more, but will end with: DR. THOMAS, ARTI AND VANESSA ARE THE BEST!

I would highly recommend Dr. Thomas. She is gentle, easy to talk to and provides a calming environment. Her staff, Vanessa and Arti, are very professional, helpful and welcoming. Dr. Thomas is outstanding! She is a very knowledgeable, kind, and caring dentist. She is proactive in giving you a healthy and perfect smile. The office staff, Vanessa and Ardi, are very friendly and helpful as well.

Park Ridge Smile Center has been the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Thomas along with Arti and Vanessa are professional yet, incredibly friendly and personable. I'm always nervous in the dental chair but Dr Thomas made it so comfortable and pain-less. Best dentist hands down! Highly recommend this office

I highly recommend the Park Ridge Smile Center. Dr. Susan Thomas, Arti and Vanessa are a great team. I am impressed by the wonderful atmosphere of the office and the good rapport between the members of the staff. Dr. Thomas is kind, gentle and extremely efficient. I appreciate the steps they have taken to protect all during this pandemic.

Found this great dental practice near downtown park ridge. Staff was very welcoming and kind, and Dr. Thomas is a very Thorough and knowledgeable dentist. This will definitely be my go to practice for any of my dental needs. Definitely a 5 star practice.

Dr.Thomas and her staff were beyond exceptional! I took my mom there, and she is someone who hates the dentist and she had the best experience! Her visit was smooth, no waiting, and pain free! The entire staff is so warm and welcoming. Thank you for all you guys do!

Dr. Susan Thomas, Arti, & Vanessa are a dream team. They are kind, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. COVID precautions are put in place so you feel safe during your visit. 10/10 experience during/after every visit.
