A Michiganian, Dr. Gaile obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan. She completed a prestigious General Practice Residency Program at Loyal University Hospital. She gained expertise treating severely medically compromised patients. Like her dentist-partner at Park Ridge, Dr. Gaile has received numerous awards, including Americas Top Dentist Award for four years in a row! Both dentists are certified preferred Invisalign providers and hold a distinguished membership with International Congress Of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Gaile and Dr. Brett have certifications at prestigious institutions including Las Vegas Institute Global (as seen on ABCs Extreme Makeover) as well as the World Clinical Laser Institute.
Dr. Gaile firmly believes in serving her patients with care and compassion, excellence and value. The goal is to transform your smile into a healthy dazzling one. She measures her success based on the quality of her relationship with each patient, not just on the quality of dental services she provides.
When shes not making a difference in the lives of her patients, Dr. Gaile enjoys spending time with her husband James and their two shih tzu rescues. They love to travel and Jim is a passionate volunteer at Oak Park Animal Care League.
Dr. Anderson has received a Chicago Top Doc Award, as well as numerous Americas Top Dentists awards. For over twenty-five years he has been passionate about the world of dentistry and delivering the absolute best outcomes for his patients dental needs. He is proud to be uniquely trained by two of the worlds top dentists with hands on training in their personal offices. One dentist was featured on ABCs Extreme Makeovers and the other is world renown for amazing cosmetic makeovers as well as treating advanced bite issues and full mouth reconstruction.
He considers himself incredibly fortunate to have received this unique training, as it has allowed him to use these skills ranging from the simplest of procedures to unique and complex cases. He states, in my opinion this training has dramatically improved the case outcomes and ultimately the satisfaction of my patients.
Dr. Anderson founded Park Ridge Dental Associates with the mission to enhance the overall patient experience while doing ongoing state-of-the-art training and continually features the latest in technologies, equipment and materials, all uniquely blended to make the patient experience as easy and comfortable as possible.

I have been coming to Dr. Gaile for five years now. When we met I had a high level of anxiety about getting dental work done. Dr. Gaile continues to prove this anxiety wrong by being kind, open with all information, and taking fear and discomfort seriously. Strongly recommend her and her office!

Dr. Anderson is far and away the best dentist I have come across. After suffering a sports injury back in high school, I had my front teeth replaced. Two prior dentists had put in crowns and done some dental work to repair, but never did I feel my smile was what it should be. Along came Dr. Anderson and gave me the smile that I wanted. The entire practice is run so smoothly, from the front desk, to the hygienist team, and of course the two dentists. I'm very fortunate to have come across this practice, and will continue to utilize their services despite moving past the Elgin area. It's worth the trip every time.

I can't say give a higher remark to Park Ridge Dental Associates! From the clerical staff to the Dentist they are all rock stars. I have been going to see Dr. Gail since she joined the practice 14 years ago. She has performed two sets of veneers for me and I am so happy with my smile! Dr. Gail truly cares deeply about her patients and adjusts her work to fit the comfort level of her patients. I for one am very sensitive to dental work. Dr. Gail always checks in to make sure that she is performing at the pace that I am comfortable with. I also cannot say enough positive remarks about their extraordinary dental hygienist. I have been seeing Emily for a long time and she works with such precision and a gentle hand. I recently saw Lindsey - a new hygienist to PR Dental - and I was very impressed with her as well! You really cannot go wrong. Renee and Laura at the front desk are such sweethearts. I am always able to book appointments and they have surely been helpful when I needed emergency appointments for serious issues or when I have had insurance issues. Lastly, Park Ridge Dental is taking important steps to keep staff and patients safe during COVID-19. They have put in place protocols to keep the rooms clean and safe.

Dr. Gaile and her staff are so patience and helpful. I had to get my first root canal. She and everyone explained everything to me and made the process so comfortable and quick. She got to the bottom of a problem that I had for over a year with tooth pain and fixed my jaw problems with a new mouth guard! I felt very comfortable there with all the COVID precautions every time I went too! Highly recommended overall

Dr. Anderson and his staff are extremely friendly and easy to work with. I hadn't been to a dentist in 4 years and this was the first time for a cleaning in even longer. He identified a tooth that had cracked through on several sides and immediately went to work discussing how to fix it. I now have a new onlay with zero pain! He is very attentive to making sure you have no discomfort through any procedure and I could not be more pleased having him and his staff taking care of my teeth.

Dr. Gail rocks, pure and simple. I have had two other previous dentists that I always hated going to, as I hated the pain and aggravation they put me and my mouth through. Dr. Gail turned that all around. Her and her staff are professional, nice, and welcoming.. and I have never met a nicer dentist. She always makes sure I am comfortable and cared for. I would recommend her 100%
