The staff and doctors actually care about you and your teeth. Prices are reasonable as well. Absolutely love coming here and recommend them to my friends in the area.

I think the staff is very nice, the ladies at the front desk are sweet and the office is so clean and light. I have been coming here over a year now and just had a cleaning today but today was the best time I've had (I am in a good mood lol). They gave me goodies as always but the goodies weren't the travel size which I have always appreciated and used, it was the actual real size so that made me more happy... lol. I think it's a lil costly, maybe it's my insurance... idk but overall I'd recommend. Natasha my dental hygienist is always nice to me and knowledgeable. Thank you staff.

So disappointing! Got the advertisement for $79 new patients. Since the pandemic, my regular dentist retired. After many xrays, no cleaning of teeth was done. Instead, a list of all the work they suggested that should be done, thousands of dollars worth of preventive care and deep cleaning. No cleaning like the brochure indicated, but a lengthy consultation and several hours spent waiting for the dentist to approve and consult again....also, many comments indicate how clean the office is, isn't that mandatory for dental offices?

Make sure you get the price up front, they told me $400 for 2 extractions then tried to charge me $1100. Bait and switch at it's finest.

Dr. Forrest and Dr. Rieger are excellent dentists. They took me in immediately as an emergency case and took great care of me. The whole staff was wonderful!

It's been over a year since my last cleaning due to relocating to South Florida. Found out about Park Plaza Dental via a few positive Facebook recommendations. They are currently offering new patient special which is exactly what I needed due to having no insurance. The special included X-rays, doctor consult and cleaning. Natasha was my hygienist. She explained every step of the appointment. Very informative. But the best part was the cleaning. FABULOUS. Best, most thorough cleaning I've had in years. I opted out of having fluoride treatment which she was totally fine with and moved on quickly without any guilt.

Beware park plaza dental are scammers. I went in for a cleaning. Like any other person, I drink coffee, seltzer and red wine. My teeth are in need of regular cleaning but for the last year I've been neglectful. I asked the receptionist if I was getting the cleaning today she said yes! I told her if it's just X-rays and consultation I would prefer not do this. She assured me I was getting a cleaning. Then the X-ray girl told me I wasn't on the schedule to get a cleaning. Again I mentioned if it's only X-rays and a consult AND NO CLEANING I DO NOT WANT THIS! She goes to inquire and comes back assuring me of the cleaning. Well one guess as to what happened??! After an extensive consultation I was given an assessment. If I wanted to get a cleaning I first had to go through this extensive $2000 cleaning. I paid the $59 for X-rays and consult. And told them I'll never be back!!! #GFY #scammers

They are very thorough and meticulous! I had a deep cleaning that gave my teeth a new lease (floss your teeth kids) and they handled the whole thing as best as possible. They even helped me with the pricing, I recommend this place for sure! Everyone is super nice and Natasha took great care of me

Best hygienist I have ever had (Natasha) and she can tell if I haven't been flossing enough and she reminds me. Because she cares :)
