Very friendly staff. Always kind and caring with my child. Give clear instructions on care. Allowing parents to be with child during cleaning is a big plus.

First visit was today. My son is a year and a half old and can test everyone's patience lol but he was super cool with his dentist. After they cleaned his teeth and made sure he had no cavities they gave him a cool balloon sword and my son wants to hug his dentist so he did! Loved it very comfortable setting.

I don't believe children should receive treatment without parents present. My child was taken back without me. Secondly, I didn't like the fact that I did not meet the actual dentist that provided care to my child. The dentist should be involved with the parent and discuss the treatment plan with the parent. Treatment plans should not be the responsibility of the dental assistant or office clerk. I have also found that dentist offices are pushing to use laughing gas more and more, which is not covered by insurance. Insurance companies don't find it medically necessary for treatment; this is a dentist preference.

I am so glad I found an honest dentist.. the last dentist told me my daughter needed 20 fill in and had a bill of $5000... I told them I would get another opinion. I went to Park Place Dentist and they said she had no cavities but needed on teeth removed with minor surgery. I was so grateful for the truth. That's worth everything. So glad I found them.

We loved Dr. Ferguson but unfortunately she is no longer there. We visited this location six months ago for my 9 year and 2 year old check up. My 2 year old had minor white spots on his upper front teeth. The new dentist that is there told me they were cavities that needed to be treated inorder to prevent severe tooth decay. She offered the SDF treat for a total of $320 (since insurance didn't cover it). I was really hesitant to do the treatment because it would cause black stains on the white spots but she urged me to look past atheistic and think about his oral health. I asked if it could be monitored on a biweekly or monthly basis but she informed me that cavities don't have a time frame of forming. She informed me that it could be days or months. She also informed about a case where a child's cavity lead to a infection in the nerve which then went to his brain. Unfortunately, the the child died from the infection. She also informed me that if the cavities would get to severe, they would have to use general anesthesia to treatment them. Since I know that general anesthesia in children can be very dangerous, I decided to get the treatment. I was ignorant to believe her and not get another dentists option. Well I decided to take my son to another dentist and he told me that treatment was excessive. White spots could be monitored with better oral hygiene routines and diet. Parents beware!

Avoid this place at all costs! There are so many other pediatric dentists to choose from that you should not settle for this place. If you need to make an appointment or reschedule it won't happen. The number listed on the site has you wait on hold, only to end with leaving a voicemail so they can return your call. They don't call back. The site also has a text line. If you send a text, they will not reply to it either. And if you read the other reviews on here where there have been issues, they suggest to call the office manager's line. I have tried both lines for the past 3 days and no answers in the morning or afternoon hours. I have left multiple voicemails and messages. The only way to have communication is to drive up to the office and march in which is absurd. If you desire to waste your time getting people to do their job, this is the office for you.
