Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. I signed up Cigna and by default they made this practice my provider for dental. I scheduled an appointment, their scheduling software prompted me for my insurance info (Cigna was a dropdown option). When I went to my appointment (10/06/2022 1:30pm) and the frontdesk told me they don't take Cigna, meanwhile their scheduling software and website both list Cigna. I called Cigna and they confirmes that this provider does accept Cigna

I spent five hundred dollars in this clinic just last year to do deep teeth washing, usually also insist on flossing, brushing teeth twice a day, so I only want to do ordinary teeth washing this time, but they insisted that I spend another $800 to deeply wash my teeth, I think they are deliberate, saying various problems, and stabbing my gums with sharp instruments, when I express pain, immediately say "gum swelling pain", God, I stab your gums to try, can it not pain? Never go to this clinic again.They are always only trying to make money and not to cure your disease

Although the front desk are super nice. They do not give patients paper copies of the codes and procedures preformed. All of places provide that. They tell you to look online on the smile generation app and when you do it's not there! The only thing there is how much you paid. There should be a detailed bill given to patients. Other than that, lovely place.

Have been going to Park Place Dental for over a year know. We are very happy with the service provided. The staff has always been super ,sorry I can't remember names. But today they were excellent, from beginning to end. Quick fix on a crown , after small mishap with tuff tortilla chip.

Have you ever had a dentist that submit charges for "Dental Hygiene Instructions" every time? It's bloody 76 dollars and did I mention every time? They are hungry for money. They always push for more services. And the bill they submit to my insurance was so high, and I couldn't believe my eyes.

I'm writing this as I'm in the chair waiting for the Dentist, that's how awesome Lisa is. This is my first time at Park Place Dental Group and I'm in for tooth pain. The dental assistant Lisa called me back to take my X-rays and she was just a ball of happy and friendliness. After the X-ray I had to ask for her name to make sure I thanked her for making my day a little brighter. Lisa, thank you for being so kind and warm to me as soon as we interacted. I hope everyone gets a chance to meet you.

This place is not very organized gave me an appointment at 1.20 pm but waiting for almost 30 minutes and no one to ask. The quality of work is also doubtful

Don't go here- they're obviously racist. They constantly tell me to wear a mask despite the fact that their emails say masks are recommended. There were 2 other people of different races sitting in the office not wearing one, they looked at them and didn't say a word. I absolutely hate this place!

Great experience here! Doctor Aishwarya Iyer, administered treatment of my condition with such amazing care, sensitivity and positivity. I trusted her immediately and entirely: very kind and humble. Lisa, Dental Assistant, exhibited utmost friendliness and care that put me at ease from the moment my appointment initiated and all throughout. Dentist and hygienist were great, however the front office/Reception area is horrible. Several times in the last 5 years I've arrived for my appointment only to be told, "I don't show you have an appointment". I even had the appointment card with the date and time and was told, "Oh sorry, but we can't see u since it's not in the computer". One of the receptionist was so rude when I asked to speak to the officer manager she says, "Oh God, really?" And walked away. Several other patients in the waiting area said, "Did she really just say that?". Won't ever go back here. I now go to Natomas Crossing Dental Care and love them. They actually treat you like they appreciate your business.

I have only been a patient for less than a year and I am very happy with the staff and my dental work. R.D.A. Alena has been my R.D.A. on all my visits as my doctor changed today to Dr. Tran. I adore Alena, she is so reassuring and caring, not to mention always smiling which you can see in her eyes due to her wearing a mask. Dr. Tran was great today. I was disappointed to have found out my prior dentist Dr. Dillon had moved out of state. But Dr. Tran was reassuring and was very thorough in his treatment today.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist but I swear I would go back every day just to see the ladies at the front desk, especially Jenelle! She is the absolute sweetest!! Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and witty. All qualities I admire especially working in the medical field myself. FYI: Rose, who works with their specialty team is also phenomenal!! Jenelle & Rose, I can't thank you enough. You ladies will forever have my deepest gratitude!!!

We are new to this area and my daughter had her first visit with Park Place Dental a few days ago. Dr. Tran and Alena were awesome. Got us in and out quickly, but were very efficient. Alena took extra time with my little one and went out of her way to get her a prize and make her feel special. Dr. Tran took the time to show me the X-rays of my child's teeth and listened to all my concerns. Very pleased with our visit and will be back.

I had my first visit to Park Place Dental Group today and it was a 10/10 experience! The check in process was simple and easy, and I was called back within 10 minutes of my arrival. I was well taken care of the minute I stepped into those doors and I'm happy to have found such a welcoming place so close to where I live! Dr.Tran and Alena were amazing! Dr. Tran is very kind and very thorough on explaining all the details and also makes you feel very comfortable and never in any pain during any of the procedures. Also the only female at the front desk that is so sweet and patient is the female with red hair (so sorry don't know her name).
