Amazing staff and really helpful in making sure my dental needs are taken care of. I had not been to the dentist in quite some time and so I had quite a few things that needed to be addressed. Couldn't be happier with Dr. Hoyle and his staff helping with insurance processing and giving me and my family excellent care.

I did not expect a cleaning to hurt as much as it did, but the dentist talked to me throughout to try and distract me. He was very kind and thorough, including getting under my built-in retainer with the floss. I enjoy being a patient at Park Place and chatting with the friendly front desk people. This will continue to be my family's dentist.

Doctor Hoyle is so kind and professional. I was very nervous to get my work completed (it had been years of neglect on my part) and he set me up with a progressive treatment plan. After about a year it was all complete and a success! I even had my wisdom teeth extracted at this office by a different doctor and that will very well also. My husband and two kids see Dr. Hoyle as well.

I can not say enough good things about the customer service at this office. Lupe went out of her way to get me in quickly to see the oral surgeon when I was having an issue. Mayra at the front desk has been very professional and responsive to my questions and needs. The hygienist Sherry very thorough with my deep cleaning. Also liked Drs Hoyle and Ely. I would highly recommend this dental office!!

My experience with Dr. Hoyle and the staff at Park Place was superb. They were efficient, attentive, and up front with costs for procedures that they were able to provide same day. Definitely a great option for dental care in Newbury Park.

I had a broken bridge, the day of my sons wedding. Visiting from New Jersey, I excepted it would be relatively easy for any dental office to just cement in for me, that would make the most important mother of the groom pictures, a breeze to get through. Boy, was I wrong! The first office I checked were so cold hearted & matter of fact (reception would not even ask the dentist to make an exception) I was ready to go to a auto parts store, buy the glue used to attach car mirrors, just to be able to smile properly in all the pictures. When the first dental office turned me down I was beside myself, as you can imagine. Then my daughter saw that there was another dental office across the street. I walked in with red van puffy eyes, expecting the worse, again. I was met with the kindest receptionists ! They were so upset when they saw me upset, they almost started crying as well. They looks at the schedule and told me, not only would they help me, not to worry, they would would make SURE to "find" an open spot! Well, then I cried even harder with relief & joy! From that point on EVERYONE I interacted with, was as nice as the wonderful receptionist! The Dr. Came in and glued in the bridge in place, also, filling in a chip in the tooth that happened during the break. This man was b so kind & understanding! He did an amazing job, reiterating that is was only a temporary fix, but I should be ok until returning to New Jersey! Well, it's b STILL holding & I see my dentist on June 10th for the "real" fix! I noticed how EXCEPTIONALLY clean everything was! I almost wish I lived out there, just to spend by more time with all of these wonderful people!!! I will NEVER forget my son's California wedding! It was perfect! But, for sure, I wii never forget how everyone at this office treated & helped me! MY SINCERE THANKS to the entire staff at Park Place Dental! Your help is the VERY FIRST THING I THINK OF ANYTIME THE WEDDING IS BROUGHT UP! Will continue smiling & believing in miracles!

I highly recommend you look elsewhere due to questionable billing tactics and shady service upgrade practices. When I came there as a new patient they tried to get me to pay for a $75 new patient fee that was charged by my insurance. They didn't even bother to tell me this until after I arrived. I called my insurance company and confirmed they never ever charge a new patient fee. They then told me I had four cavities which came as a surprise since nothing was spotted with x-rays during my previous 6 month checkup at my former dentist out of state. They then told me that their services weren't covered by my insurance and they highly recommended a more expensive option which was supposed to be a longer term solution than simple composite fillings due to location and the size of the cavities which were medium to large. They wanted to charge me almost $3k for four fillings between two teeth in two separate spots and mentioned in will take several hours in two different sittings to do this. I then opted out of their recommendations and received a second consultation from another dentist and they said they didn't even see any issues in one of the two spots. And for the other spot with two cavities they recommended to not take any action now as they are very tiny and if they do take action in my next 6 month checkup it will only cost $75 per composite filling and they even said the recommended procedure was an overkill from this dentist and it's a common money maker for dentists and it's an easy upsell. I was dumbfounded by this dentist trying to charge me a new patient fee then finding out they were never even cross referenced my insurance rate sheet and they simply charged me what they wanted and justified the ridiculous costs by saying my insurance didn't cover "their" services and this is the best cost they could give me. Keep in mind they are in-network but as far as I could tell they bypassed my entire insurance plan and charged me 100% out of pocket. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a dentist as this office is far from trustworthy!

Shery was such a nice dentist, I really appreciate her kindness and she did a fantastic job and Mathew Hoyle was amazing very gentle so was Ramin Khalili. Also the receptionist mayra was very sweet and helpful

Changed the time of my appointment 4 times!!!. Office staff very unprofessional. Very rude. Would not recommend to anybody. Only care about collecting $$$ from people's insurance. Avoid Avoid Avoid....

Love love love this place! Dr Hoyle and staff are the best. They are thorough, friendly, and really good at what they do! The office is always clean. They have modern equipment and new technology. I will be coming here for a very long time.

Long line of patients waiting with one person in reception. Waited 20 minutes to check in. I was done on time though which is good. Worst thing about this place is the awful loud 70s music. Why does anyone want to listen to any kind of music at a dentist office? I'd this is for the staff then give them headphones. We have asked them to turn down the music numerous times and they sometimes have but then the next time it's back again. I wish I knew the reason behind music being played at some businesses.

Dr. Hoyle takes good care of his patients and is a good conversationist. The staff is always nice and easy to talk to. Everyone is excellent at their job and is always happy to see you.

Dr. Hoyle and his entire staff are true professionals, excellent at crisis management and prevention. I've been a patient for 4 years. As a doctor, I also appreciate the importance of informed consent and being given options for various situations, allowing me to make an informed decision. Dr. Hoyle does just that, in a non-pressure, caring manner. They also have specialists if necessary; they have taken care of my various additional dental needs in the same office. Thank you Park Place Dental for your compassionate professionalism.

They make you wait for an hour when there is no patient. I insisted waiting in the car because of Covid. They said they would start right away but one hour wait after x ray. I would not call that a service right away. They would not hear my complaints. Will never go back.

I was referred to Park Place Dental by my dentist for oral surgery, and they were outstanding. The staff was friendly, helpful and I couldn't not have been better supported. Dr. Joshua Ely was amazing along with the staff. I would highly recommend them.

I have major dentist anxiety. But, the people here at Park Place are just so nice. They really work hard to be kind and patient. As much as I hate going to the dentist I don't mind visiting here. 5 stars guys. Thanks Dr. Hoyle and Lupe!
