I was just in your office and had my regular cleaning and checkup. I cannot commend you enough for the great experience! Your office staff is so kind and helpful, along with the dental hygienist, Kelly, who made my cleaning a genuine pleasure. I look forward to my next six-month flossing!

My experience at Park Place Dental was terrifying! I wasn't even a patient!! I was there with my Partner, Ken. He went in expecting them to be mounting two crowns on the implant they had done, per his provided treatment plan. To our surprise they said they had to cut him open for a second time to remove debris because they did not get it all the first time. After they opened him up they poked around a bit and then decided they didn't need to do anything after all and sewed him back up. I nearly came out of my skin! Then, when they said they were going to put on the crown, Ken questioned that it was supposed to be two crowns. He was then laughingly told that an implant isn't strong enough for two crowns. They then said he could of course have three crowns placed on two implants (more laughter). Afterwards I reviewed the copy of the medical records Ken requested and we discovered that there was a date and time stamp for when I witnessed this butchering, but all mention of the procedure appeared to have been deleted. Do they intend to deny what they did? The things I saw and heard in that office were terrifying and I would never use there services or recommend them! If they would do this to one person, wouldn't they do it to anyone? How many have they already?" Ken has reached out to them via email, snail mail and phone requesting an explanation for this and other issues but they refuse to reply. If you know anyone there would you ask them why they will not respond?

B AFRAID! B VERY AFRAID!! I was charged Nearly $200 for an exam and told I had no current problems but one tooth needed the crown replaced and I could be given a 2 tooth implant to replace teeth 28 and 29. When I returned for the crown replacement a couple of months later I was told the tooth had decayed so badly it was not savable and it was extracted. I continued with the 2 tooth implant, I was led to believe. 13 months and roughly $3000 later, after the procedure was finished, I was suddenly told I was lied to and they could not put 2 teeth on one implant. So the one tooth implant they decided to do they put in a position that had no opposing tooth for chewing. Additionally, rather than the crown fitting my existing teeth, they ground on the surrounding teeth to make it fit causing further issues. Has part of this procedure they cut me open again for no apparent reason because they did nothing. During this 13 months I also required another extraction that resulted in my being opened up 3 separate times over seven weeks and then told to go see a different doctor. I was told on 4 separate occasions the stitches would dissolve but had to go back and have them removed. When I requested a copy of my records and x rays the x rays were not provided. Additionally, I found the records had been altered and all reference to the 2 tooth implant and the crown replacement had been deleted from my original treatment plan has well has several entries in the clinical notes including when I was cut open for no reason and when the stitches were removed. When I contacted them for an explanation they did not reply. I am giving them a 2 star rating because after only 3 molds over a 2 month period they did provide me with a very nice partial at a reduced cost. And attention fellow Disabled Veterans, they have no appreciation for our service and give no discount! B AFRAID! B VERY AFRAID!!

My hygienist wasn't friendly, I could taste blood in my mouth just from the cleaning. They suggested I get eight teeth pulled at once which shows me they don't have my best interest. Also the work I needed, could've been done in house but they pushed me off to a oral surgeon.

Even though our regular dentist was not in the office, due to a death in her family, the office staff worked us in with two other hygenists, and Dr. Ken Goodwin was kind enough to see us on short notice.

My first experience was terrible. The dentist and assistant both were very rough and dug their tools into my gums during a tooth extraction, causing me to have a huge cut in my gums, which meant after my teeth were extracted, I was in excruciating pain for 2 weeks after when it really should have only hurt for a day or two. I'm talking, 2 weeks later and I'm crying because it hurts SO bad to eat. I have no idea how the male dentist is, but the woman is rough and calloused.

After using various dental clinics over the years, I would have to say there is no way they would compare to Park Place Dental. Excellent dentists (pain free), more than proficient staff, affordable and I could go on and on. The bottom line is that you would owe it to yourself to switch to this clinic. Great is an understatement

I've been a Park Place customer for almost 5 years -- and now I have to drive 90 miles to get here! But when you find a dental office that treats you well, professionally and with a smile, gets you in and out on time, you keep coming back!
