I felt like they really listened to my concerns. The Dr. offered solutions and let me decide. He actually cared about my fears and dental phobia and offered steps to make sure I'd be comfortable during the procedure at my next appointment. Very grateful for that.

Everyone is very friendly and they do a great job doing a thorough evaluation of your teeth! Their technology is really advanced which is great because it makes the comprehensive care easier. Would recommend coming here!

I really liked this office previously , but today I'm so disappointed. I received a reminder phone call yesterday (I work all day) so by the time I was off they were closed. The call was just to just remind me of my apt today . Today I receive voicemail while I work from the office asking if I am able to come in sooner than the 410pm apt but if not they will see me when I get there . I call before I'm off to let them know I get off at 330 but work very close to the office . The woman who answered the phone then tells me because I did not confirm my apt yesterday that my spot has been filled . I then tell her that I'm confused because the voicemail left an hour ago . She then tells me she's sorry and she will let whoever know who did it to fix what they say. So now an apt I had to leave early for work for , is canceled. If I would've never called them back and just went with the apt I would've been turned away. Very disappointed and upset. Lack of communication and very unprofessional

Clean office, friendly staff, and state of the art equipment. Went today for my 6 month cleaning and the hygienist was great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

The front office staff were very friendly and efficient with intake and paperwork. The hygienist, Patricia, was very attentive, engaged, efficient, and thoughtful. My experience with the dentist was thorough and very friendly. Overall, the exam and treatment were appropriately extensive and helpful. I appreciate my visit and it's results. Thank you!

Not only is Dr. J a nice man he's a great dentist. And his staff was very welcoming and kind. Trisha did my cleaning. Wow, was she good! I will never go anywhere else.

Corky is an excellent dental hygienist. She is very upbeat, loves her work, and is careful and thorough. Excellent place to get dental work. Park Place Dental at Edison Lakes is a pleasant dental experience.

I went to park place for a consultation. When I received the paperwork to fill out, it was standard new patient paperwork. NO ONE advised me on how much this consultation would cost. I was under the impression it was a free consultation but as I was scheduling my next appt. They gave me a bill for 250 dollars!! No one had answers to my questions as to how I wasn't told or made aware that this appt. Would cost anything at all let alone 250 dollars!! Very bad business!! I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed!!
