The staff and the provider are SUPER SUPER nice. Very friendly. The reason I am giving a low rating is due to some discrepancies made by the staff. When i inquired about my invisalign treatment, they informed me that my insurance would be covering $2K. This was back in June 2022. When i returned to the office in October 2022, they informed me that the request was denied, almost 5 months later when i already started treatment. My employer informed me that there was never any ortho coverage with my insurance, so im not sure what $2K the office was referring to. But with the information they told me about my insurance covering $2K, that is how i made my decision. If this error by the staff wasn't made and was not communicated to me, i would've continued shopping around to see what other options i had. Unfortunately, i now have to come up with that money. I was even informed by another friend that the price of $6K that the office was billing me for was actually more than what other offices are charging. So not only am i paying more for the treatment, but i am also being forced to come up with money because of the error made by the staff. This is very unfortunate because i actually like the office

Dr. Park and staff are very professional and kind. I had spent a better portion of my life with a crooked smile and figured it was about time I did something about it. Dr. Park walks with you step by step throughout your journey and makes it very comfortable and easy. I highly recommend coming here to bring a smile to that face

Dr. Park and staff are very professional and kind. I had spent a better portion of my life with a crooked smile and figured it was about time I did something about it. Dr. Park walks with you step by step throughout your journey and makes it very comfortable and easy. I highly recommend coming here to bring a smile to that face

Dr Park is amazing! She has given my daughter a beautiful smile and I'm very thankful. Office is always clean and well organized and all staffs are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Park to all!

Dr.Park where to start. She is the most caring professional orthodontist I've Ever been to. She has an office run by fantastic staff members who are always there for you. I've had my braces done here, and when I wasn't smart about keeping my retainers on I came back six years later for Invisalign, and I'm thankful I Chose Dr.Park She is super caring, intelligent, and makes you feel at home. I would not recommend any other location then hers.

Dr.Park where to start. She is the most caring professional orthodontist I've Ever been to. She has an office run by fantastic staff members who are always there for you. I've had my braces done here, and when I wasn't smart about keeping my retainers on I came back six years later for Invisalign, and I'm thankful I Chose Dr.Park She is super caring, intelligent, and makes you feel at home. I would not recommend any other location then hers.

I love Dr. Park. She is super patient, caring and funny. Very good at what she is doing. Before Dr. Park, me and my husband almost consulted all the good orthos around Fort Lee. We decided to choose Dr. Park right away. And her price is actually very fair. I have a baby girl, Dr Park and her staff always ask how is my daughter doing. Dr. Park is amazing! I will definitely recommend all of my friends here!
