A good filling. And a good gouging. Park North will change bills *after* service and payment, then send you to collections! Outrageous. [Clinic response false: I fully agreed to--and paid--all co-pays that were communicated to me before services rendered. It was when dentist stated that patients regularly pay changed bills without complaint, I observed affluence of neighbourhood. I only reluctantly mentioned legal training when dentist waved fine print before me. I was not disappointed that service would not be rendered--I offered to pay the newly-quoted amount going forward. I refused to pay a changed amount for *past and paid* treatment. As for unprecedented experience--I invite readers to think of the last time they bought a meal, stayed in a hotel, purchased something, or received any service, and then were told the price would be changed. I would invite the owner to fix the situation and not let his good clinical reputation be harmed by indefensible financial practices.]

I told the doctor about a bad experience I had before and she listened to me. She used numbing jelly so the cleaning didn't hurt and offered more than once to lower the power on the cleaning machine. I appreciate her a lot. Thanks.

Dr Gilroy fit me in and discussed at length my teeth and what should be done. He didn't pressure me and accepted that I would think about it and return when I was ready. He was great!

Caring, gentle, professional and thorough. From the front desk straight through treatment, this dental practice is probably the best experience I have ever had at any dentist. You receive reminders of your appointment and if you miss that appointment, they will work with you to reschedule as quickly as possible! Finding a great staff at a professional practice is not easy, but this practice is the best!

Always a good experience at Park North Dentistry. I've been coming here for years. The staff are personable and accommodating, the facilities are impeccably clean, and the dental hygienists are gentle and thorough. Dr. Gilroy is one of the best dentists I've ever been to. Not only is he great professionally, he's a dedicated member of the community and truly cares about his patients. Highly recommended!!!

Extremely short waiting time, both in the waiting room and in the dentist's chair. Dr. Erik Gilroy's bedside manner made me feel comfortable and like I was hanging out with a friend, without compromising on professionalism at all. Felt hardly any pain during my filling, and I was in and out of the door in about 20 minutes, half an hour, tops. Excellent dental services from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Lovely, airy office. Dr. Edward Woodbine is a knowledgable, courteous, caring and professional oral surgeon. The staff is friendly and professional. Timely response to emails. Upfront about charges. The music cannot be beat. Extractions are never fun but all went well. Happy to find this office. 8-22 Update Spoke to Dr. Woodbine about treatment for my son, who is not a patient of his yet. Dr. Woodbine took time over the phone to give practical, thoughtful ideas, which countered a message we got earlier in the day from another DDS office. Thank you. 9-22 Yes, I have a lot of dental work done and I am always happy to return to this office for any reason--this time for a 2nd opinion about a root canal. Professional staff with a capital P. Dr. Gilroy is efficient and knowledgable. You are in good hands here.

I have waited at least 30 minutes for every appointment I've had here. Quite unprofessional and have no reasoning for it when I ask. People show up after me and still get seen before me. This is my last appointment here and can't wait to get a new dentist

i had all four wisdom teeth out in one go, which is obviously not very pleasant but Dr. Woodbine had a great sense of humor and was able to get me out of the chair within the hour, and my recovery process was easy and virtually painless. reception was also amicable and even called the next day to see how i was recovering - a first for any operation i've done. very glad i came across this place!

I had a molar extracted yesterday by Dr. Woodbine. It was smooth going throughout the procedure, with minimal pain. I've also seen Dr. Gilroy and was equally impressed with his knowledge, patience, and skill. I highly recommend this practice.
