Worse place ever!! The Hispanic male Dr I forgot what his name was did the absolute worse filling in my mouth ever and gave no F's about it. They didn't even do what the VA told them to do!!!! I truly felt like the white hygienist was racist, I guess she felt like because I was a black woman that I deserve and like pain. Getting someone to talk to you on their phone would be a waste of your time because they will not answer. If you a white person this is the place for you because they will love you and will treat you with the upmost respect. They will roll out the red carpet treatment. If you Black, GET BACK!!!!

My first visit was very pleasant the staff is was amazing from the front desk to the office manager and the dental assistant was really knowledgeable and took her job very seriously. The Doctor had very good knowledge about the care for my husband and I. His chair side manner were excellent. The office was clean and refreshing. The choice I made was satisfying. Glad I made a good decision in choosing Park Lakes for my dental care.

Park Lakes Dental Care is truly amazing. I've been to several places in the Humble and Houston area and this has been my best and most favorite experience by far. From the moment I set my appointment every detail has been clearly explained. I registered and completed my paperwork online. My insurance was confirmed 2 days before my appointment. The office is clean. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and kind. I waited 2-3 minutes before being called to the back. The assistant started right away with my X-rays. Dr. Aguirre came in less than 5 min of my X-rays being completed. He greeted me, introduced himself, and chatted (just a little) which made me feel comfortable before checking my teeth and discussing my X-rays. He answered all of my questions before explaining the role of the dental hygienist, I want to say Kourtney but I could be wrong. She came in 5 min later and explained what she would be doing and discussing with me. She was very gentle and didn't take long at all. They both were so detailed, respectful, and kind. I left understanding my issues, the severity level of each, the procedures required. I wish I would have gotten the guy from the front office name. He was the literal icing on the cake!!! He was so nice and knowledgeable. We discussed payment and a plan and I was able to set an appointment for later this week and next week. It was a 12/10 experience, honestly!!! Keep up the good work, it's very much appreciated. I've never felt like I've enjoyed a dentist visit lol but I honestly enjoyed this experience. Each employee was so personable.

Park Lakes Dental is EXCEPTIONAL! DR. Flores was so very sweet and just a special lady. I had some concerns and she and hygienist Keely went above and beyond to assess and alleviate my concerns and treated some gum issues I had. They are extremely thorough and educate you while they are analyzing and treating. Everyone there is so nice from the lady who takes on the insurance companies for you to the intake scheduler. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are even considering going, please visit them even if you are scared of the dentist. They will take care of you! Edit - years later. Very hard to get an appointment.

As a new patient, my experience with Park Lakes Dental Care has been a nightmare. I called to get an appointment and was transferred to their centralized call center. I was booked for 8 am on a Friday. I showed up to the office and there are signs that the office is closed on Fridays. There was someone that was there, he confirmed that the office is not open on Fridays and rescheduled me for the following Wednesday (1st morning off of work). I received a call and a voicemail the afternoon before my rescheduled appointment telling me that my insurance information the call center collected was incomplete. I tried to call back, and again was transferred to the call center. I explained to the individual that I just needed to provide updated insurance information. They told me to just call back in 30 minutes to try and speak with the office staff directly. I asked them if they could send a message to the office instead. The call center agent did. However, they sent the message to a completely different dental office. I received a call from the wrong office. The individual at the wrong office was able to put my insurance information in my file since they are part of the same parent company. I then received a text message stating that my appointment was cancelled due to lack of information. I tried calling the office again to get this taken care of. I was transferred to the call center. The call center stated that they could see my appointment was confirmed (NOT cancelled) and that they had my insurance information on file. I received a confirmation text and email the day of my rescheduled appointment, so I showed up. When I arrived, they informed me that my appointment was indeed cancelled. They said they have a glitch in their automated system that will always send a confirmation message the day of, even if the appointment is cancelled. Talk about confusing! They took my insurance card, called my insurance, and was able to confirm me, so they allowed me to continue with my appointment. They had already double booked, so they told me they would cancel the other person who had taken my slot. I then went back for what I thought was going to be my cleaning. They had my name completely miss-spelled, so that is probably why they couldn't confirm anything. They only did x-rays and a quick exam with the provider (2nd day taken off of work). They then told me I would have to come back another day to be seen with a hygienist. I would then have to take time off of work a third time just to have a dentist appointment. I asked who I could speak with to complain about the complete incompetence and lack of professionalism. They handed me a card that told me I could leave a review on Yelp and Google. So here I am trying to save someone else from the headache I experienced. I'm sure this "half" appointment is going to completely mess up my insurance claims so I can't get a proper cleaning this calendar year. New patient be warned. This office is completely mismanaged. No customer service, lack of transparency, and poor training of their office staff and call center agents. I don't know how they plan to stay in business if they treat their potential patients like this.

If you want good customer service this is not the place for you. The staff does not explain the process whatsoever. When I called to make an appointment 3 weeks ago I specifically told them I wanted a cleaning and a whitening. If I had been told that in order to do that I would first have to have a consultant and xrays done I would have understood. This is not the case. I feel like my time was wasted. After my consult I was told to wait in the lobby and I would be called when they were ready. I waited for at least 20 minutes for them to tell me that they didn't have time for my cleaning. When I tried scheduling the receptionist laughed under his breath when I asked if I could call and confirm a time that would work for me. He tried to work me in as soon as possible but that laugh was disrespectful. The doctor was thorough and the only redeeming quality. Please work on your customer service. Also the system they have for calling in is terrible. The service I received was so bad that I chose to take my service elsewhere and they couldn't even contact them for my records it kept sending them in circles. I honestly don't understand how their rating is so high. Never again.

I hate to write this but don't go for any orthodontics work here, the customer experience is awful! It doesn't help that the orthodontist doctor only goes once a month, so to get an appointment takes months 3 to be exact! The last time my daughter was seen by ortho was in early May 2022. We are now in August! I have called, left voicemails, emailed and either no response or the round around - they are short staffed! I called a new place and I was able to get my daughter an appointment for tomorrow. Avoid this place and take your business elsewhere!

We looked forward to having this dental facility to be our new place but with their poor communication skills it will not happen. Word of advice make sure this location has been updated with your insurance carrier regarding their "Specialist " and make sure to ask if they have the Specialist you need before scheduling. Their receptionist didn't listen to what we needed and just book our appointment. Knowing or not they didn't have a Periodontist which I had clearly told her we needed comes to find out the day before my husband appt I had to cancel. Cancel because the receptionist did not say they no longer had a Periodontist. My husband has been waiting 3wks to see one and now back to square one because of their lack of proper communication and knowledge of what they offer and DON'T. I emailed their "Manager" but have a feeling it was not the manager. Reason being he knew about the cancellation of my husband appt and I think it was the same person that told/confirmed they didn't have an Specialist on site. Good luck peeps!

Great dental office. Everyone is friendly and personable. Only critique would be increasing privacy in the rooms where teeth cleaning occurs. Pretty glad I found this place.

Dr. Aguirre is great, I never feel pain when he numbs my mouth with needles and he frequently checks to make sure I'm ok while he's working. I also feel that his pricing is reasonable, especially when compared to my previous dentist. Shout out to Gus at the front, he's pretty cool!

From the front desk to the hygienists, assistants and the doctor, they are wonderful people. On my 2 visits I was seen promptly.

As always Dr. Aguirre is awesome as well as Gus at the front and Kaitlyn (not sure if that's the correct spelling) who cleans my teeth. I appreciate this staff.
