In 1972, Dr. Greg Swenson and Dr. Bud Murn saw a need for consistent, high quality, affordable dental care in their community. With their vision to put patients first, they formed one of the first group practices in Minnesota.

Our doctors and clinical staff are committed to delivering the highest quality of care to every patient. Each team member strives to make your experience at Park Dental the best dental experience youve ever had.

With dozens of convenient and locally owned locations throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota, there are plenty of reasons to choose Park Dental. Our history of providing personalized, quality care is unrivaled in the Twin Cities, and we treat each patient as a valuable part of the Park Dental family.

Whether youve moved to a new area, are looking to change your dental provider or just need a second opinion, we have a qualified dentist close by to provide the care you need. There are many reasons our patients choose Park Dental. Here are the main reasons they keep coming back:

Park Dental has experienced doctors and team members who do whats right for our patients. Many of us have invested our entire careers at Park Dental. We look forward to a bright future caring for your dental needs.

Our rigorous credentialing program ensures that each doctor, dental hygienist and dental assistant is properly licensed. Our clinical excellence and quality assurance standards put our patients at ease so they can focus on getting to know their doctor and team members without worrying about the quality of care.

Park Dental doctors and team members stay up-to-date with the latest procedures and technology. Some teach at the University of Minnesota Dental School and other community and technical colleges. We also serve on dental advisory boards and participate in professional dental associations.

Whatever your dental needs, we provide the individualized care you need to enjoy a lifetime of oral health. Regular visits to your dentist are one of the best ways to prevent cavities and gum disease, and the American Dental Association recommends you see a dentist at least once a year. For optimal dental health, most of our patients visit every 6 months according to their personalized care plan.

We understand that todays dental care is better than yesterdays. Thats why we are always pursuing the latest and most effective dental technology. Our practices invest in state-of-the-art technology to ensure you will always get the best dental care available.

One benefit of our group practice is convenience and flexibility. Some family members can visit a location near home or school and a parent can choose a location near work. We make it easy for you to get the care you need, when and where you need it.

On your first visit, we ask you to complete an online new patient registration form. If youve seen a dentist in the past, we can help to facilitate the transfer of your dental records and radiographs (X-rays).

Park Dental accepts most dental insurance plans and has a wide range of payment options including cash, check, debit card and credit card. We also offer convenient payment options through Wells Fargo so you dont have to worry about how you are going to afford your treatment.

Park Dental was founded on the principle of making communities better through accessible dental care, and we remain committed to promoting the importance of dental health throughout our communities. Our core purpose is to improve peoples lives as a leader in oral health.

Participating in the community is part of who we are. Even after 45 years, we continue to work to refine our practices so youll receive the best dental care possible. Thats why individuals and families throughout the Twin Cities, greater Minnesota and western Wisconsin have trusted Park Dental with their care for the past five decades.

Every doctor and team member is fully credentialed and licensed (as the position requires), reviewed by peers and continually learning and improving. Our quality assurance standards build confidence with our patients so they can continue to trust our dental care and services.

As a dental group, we provide on-going opportunities for mentoring, constructive feedback and professional development at every level: doctors, dental hygienists, dental assistants, scheduling managers and practice managers. Every Park Dental doctor participates in our peer evaluation and mentoring program to help ensure each patient receives necessary and appropriate care. Mentoring is a positive experience at Park Dental because the focus is on learning and growing in our profession to benefit our patients.

We promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Park Dental doctors invest resources and time to provide continuing education for themselves and their teams. We customize our training and development programs so we can better meet the specific needs of our patients. Being a group practice allows us to pool our resources. For example, we are able to bring in local and national experts to conduct seminars and training for our doctors and team members.

Our commitment is to provide learning opportunities for professional and personal growth so that everyone acquires new skills that enhance our ability to meet patients needs. A high-quality continuing education program benefits our patients because the more we know, the better we can care for your needs.

Each doctor receives routine reviews by other Park Dental dentists. These reviews evaluate appropriateness of care and proper patient record documentation. Doctors and team members also receive one-on-one feedback as a part of our ongoing peer review and quality assurance processes.

Park Dentals partnership with specialty dental providers, such as The Dental Specialists, allows us to meet most dental needs you or your family may have throughout your lifetime. We provide all general dentistry services and refer patients to a specialists when advanced care is required.

Park Dental supports and participates in The Dental Practice-Based Research Network (DPBRN) whose mission is To improve oral health by conducting dental practice-based research and by serving dental professionals through education and collegiality.

The Dental Practice-Based Research Network (DPBRN) is a consortium of participating practices and dental organizations committed to advancing knowledge of dental practice and ways to improve it. Essentially, it is practical science done about, in and for the benefit of real world daily clinical practice. DPBRNs major source of funding is the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR), part of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH).

When you visit a Park Dental location, you will receive quality care that is necessary and appropriate the right care for you. Our approach to patient-centered care is exemplified by our S-E-R-V-I-C-E:

Our approach to dental care begins with a thorough, comprehensive examination. We recommend a treatment plan to meet your individual needs and discuss how to approach that treatment, keeping you at the center of the decision-making process.

Our patients often request elective services like teeth whitening, veneers and composite (white) fillings. We work with you to produce the desired results because we want you to look good and feel good about your smile.

At every Park Dental location you will receive quality care from well-trained doctors and team members. Our quality assurance and peer review programs help ensure high standards of care are upheld. Our facilities and processes meet or exceed state and federal standards.

At Park Dental, doctors inspire each other every day. Doctors learn from those more experienced, and doctors who have practiced for years renew their passion for learning through interactions with newer doctors.

We get great results because our doctors and team members listen to their patients and encourage each other to contribute their unique perspective and abilities. We make decisions by asking one question: Whats best for the patient?

We believe the best value we can provide any patient is dental health for a lifetime. Were here for you when you need us. We provide our patients a full range of dental services, including emergency care, at convenient locations with extended hours.

I have been to a few other Park Dental locations and been happy with my experiences and switched to Roseville for logistical reasons. My teeth were cleaned well, I received great feedback and information about dental care, and I was in and out quickly. However, the dentist at the end of her exam tried to upsell a cosmetic service for something I never brought up as a concern. She insinuated that on my way out I should ask the front desk for a quote for a completely unnecessary procedure. Not a big deal, I was just a bit taken aback.

The dentists are great. I've been coming here since I was a kid and have loved this place. Although the past two times I've come to get checked in, the front desk has been the most stubborn/irritating people possible. Regardless, I'm still going to come here and get cleaned but just a heads up you might run into a grouch getting checked in.

Always friendly, courteous, and they do a great job in their work and making me feel comfortable before the procedure.

I love my dentists and the hygienists are always kind which is why I go here, but the front desk and phone people are a different story. I dread talking to them and they are unfriendly and unhelpful for the most part, so I can't rate any higher than 3 stars. They get very put out when a patient has any kind of issue. Dental care is already difficult to deal with for a lot of people, so the front desk could be a little nicer.

The customer service at the front desk is hit or miss. Roseville Park Dental sees fit to bill me $1700 for a cap on my child's tooth. This dentist is all about dollars not appropriate Dental care for it's patients. Despite the testimonials on the website about the original founder's and affordability to the community. However, Dr Gauthier has went above and beyond to accommodate my low income budget. His chair sides canter is accomadating with my anxiety.

Good, friendly and professional staff. It is a busy place and you may have to wait a few weeks for an appointment, but if you request a call in for cancellations, they will honor that request with an earlier appointment. Best to schedule future appointments in advance when you get your cleaning done!

I started going to Park Dental Roseville in 2010. It had been several years since I had seen a dentist (had a job change with no dental coverage). When I again had dental insurance, I asked for recommendations from friends but none of their dentists took my insurance. Park Dental Roseville wasn't too far from me (about five miles) and took my insurance so that's how I ended up going there. My first dentist at Park was a young guy. He went to a different practice a few years later. The next dentist was a fellow probably in his 30s. A year or two later he moved back east where he had grown up. The third dentist was a very heavy set lady around 40. I don't recall how long I saw her--at least a couple years. She died unexpectedly a couple years ago. So, I am now on my fourth dentist. I take good care of my teeth with regular brushing and flossing. The last time I had a cavity filled was the late 70s or early 80s and I had no other type of dental work other than routine cleanings. Still, I was surprised that I had no cavities when I made my first visit to Park Dental. I did have some tartar buildup, especially in one area, but that's not surprising. During my 12 years at Park, the only major dental work I needed was a crown after I broke a molar. That was a few years back. I am giving three stars for a couple reasons. I've been told that I may need crowns for some of my teeth because of cracks in them (according to the dentist, it's not unusual for teeth to crack and it's more likely to happen in teeth with fillings). In spite of the fact that this is not "imminent," on two occasions I was given a written estimate even though I hadn't requested one. I thought nothing of it when given the first estimate, but when I was given the second one, I felt like I was being pushed to have this done. The second reason is that after my last visit, the hygienist made a comment to me that was insensitive and condescending. As mentioned, I take good care of my teeth. However, I have had issues with some tartar buildup, especially in one area. Isn't that one of the reasons for the semi-annual dental visits--getting the last bits of tartar? At the end of my last visit, the hygienist said "If you can take care of that plaque, I'll give you a compliment at your next visit." She was young--I'm guessing 20s. Her "customer service" skills are sorely lacking. That was the final straw for me. I don't plan to go back. I am now looking for another dentist.

Have had great experiences at other Park dental locations in the past, so tried out this location for convenience. The people that work at this location are very unethical and rude. During my visit the dentist tried to convince me I needed all kinds of unnecessary cosmetic work. Felt like she was trying to get more business and get me to have to spend money. When I called to discuss a bill the lady at the front desk was very rude and hung up on me as I was in the middle of a sentence. This was my first and last time at this practice and I suggest you find somewhere else to go as well.

The dentists and staff at the Roseville Park Dental are top notch. My dental hygienist is the best and dentist is number one. All staff are great. My gripe is with web site and billing information. Yes I am old (over 60) and may not be as IT savvy as others but it really misses the mark as I just received incomplete information on paying bills or signing up for electronic statements and billing and have no way to contact you other than this. As example it requires me to enter a code from my invoice which I have not received as yet???? via snail mail or electronically to set up an account. How do I do that? Perhaps you could hire a senior to review your internet options and provide some input? Just a thought.

My experience has always been fast and flawless here. Crystal and Dr. Lutterman have always been fantastic and helped me come up with a plan to get my teeth taken care of before my wedding this summer. They went the extra mile here. Love this place.

Dr. Gaither is the first dentist that I have truly trusted and liked. He's always been super honest, easy to talk to, and seems to genuinely care about his clients. I can't recommend enough!

High volume low quality. Dentists here come and go and don't seem to care much. You will likely end up with a dentist straight out of school with very little experience due to the high turnover. I'd recommend going to a non chain as the dentists will be more accountable and dependable.

Dr. TerEick has been great to our family of four--two children on their kid-only Saturdays, two adults--for basic cleanings/x-rays. I like that they don't seem to be a fill-it, drill-it, & bill-it like our last place--I think so far we've only had one cavity among us so we're on a good streak. Location is centrally located with plenty of parking. Comfortable, clean waiting room and pleasant exam rooms. Staff has always been very friendly and we've been coming there for almost three years now so I doubt it's a fluke. The free electric toothbrushes we received as a welcome gift are still going strong--all four of us got our own! I also really like that the place isn't over-the-top decorated or fancy because that means we're paying a value price for care, not an inflated rate for their lobby. They haven't even pestered me to get my last two amalgam fillings replaced--and my previous dentist was on a mission to drill every time I went in--the only pestering I get at Park so far has been to use soft picks in addition to flossing daily and I can deal with that since it's for my gums' health.

Do not try to set up an appointment for an emergency! I struggled with the way I was treated for years. Never knowing who my dentist was going to be to dentists ignoring complaints. The front desk was always nice when I had double insurance coverage - when I went to one insurer they were snotty. Just don't go there!
