Most insurance plans are accepted. If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will gladly file your insurance forms for you with a request to have the benefits assigned to the office. Co-payments are required at the beginning of treatment.

I had a toothache with very intense pain. Park dental accepted my appointment and told me I needed an emergency release from my insurance, which I received and the insurance company confirmed they faxed it. I emailed Park the day before letting them know the authorization was sent. When I arrived the next day for my appointment, Park said it would cost $110 cash because "they had not received the authorization". I called my insurance again and they confirmed they infact sent the autorization and even confirmed the fax number. A call or reply from Park to tell me they had not received the authorization would have been helpful to resolve prior to arriving for my appointment. So, either Park has technology issues or they are scamming, much like others have stated in Yelp and trying to bill customers and insurance companies. I am not surprised with all the negative reviews for this dentist. Whats worse, they would not see me without providing a credit card to charge me $110 without the insurance autorization. Its just poor patient care. I understand this is a business and they want to make money, but if you tout patient care is your number one priority, letting a patient walk out of the office in emense pain over an insurance hiccup seems like money is the number one priority. I booked an appointement with Great Lakes Dental and they scheduled me later that afternoon. They even called Cigna to confirm the authorization, rather than putting it all on me. Now THAT is patient care. Sorry Park, you have some work to do. And as you can see below in their response, that's the kind of respect you'll get as a customer of theirs. Enough said.

When I explained the situation to the receptionist, she was very helpful and she was able to get my mom in later that day. My mom was seen by Dr dabhi he was excellent and very caring. She was patient with my mom and took the time to explain her options to treat her tooth. I highly recommend the care of Dr. Dabhi and Park Dental for quality care of her teeth. 20:05

Was told i have gingivitis,need deep cleaning and have 5 cracked teeth from grinding. Lol! That was my first visit! Went back to my old dentist and they found nothing wrong. Hmmmm....the only reason i went to this place is because my insurance changed to a HMO. I was happy to pay out of pocket and went back to my old dentist. My teeth have no issues. Been healthy for 45 years. Stay away from this pratice

Recently started going to Park Dental care, the staff and Dr. Dabhi are very informative and helpful, They all make you feel comfortable. I got my cavities out and had no pain, it was a smooth process and I also did a cleaning. This is the first dentist where I can feel at ease , most dentist places I have been to would pull and tug on my mouth ,but this is by far the best experience I have had, 100% recommend.

Stay away. This office and dentist is the complete worst, unprofessional and rude. Attempts to resolve a simple billing issue resulted in both the front desk and the dentist ending the conversation with hanging up. Extremely bad customer service and the dentist doesn't want to be bothered with billing issues or complaints about her staff. The first visit for both my wife and I after moving to the Midwest were concluded with recommendations for thousands of dollars of services with dental issues surfaced that our previous provider never reported or observed. Suspicious and money driven for sure without a care about the patient. BEWARE

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to! The office looks semi nice but don't let that fool you. When she gives her treatment plan she talks in circles and never allows you to get a word in. Then when I went to the front the doctor was changing the treatment plan over and over while discussing it with the front girl. And she kept changing the prices!!!!! I was standing right there!!!
