In 1991, Dr. Bain received her BS in Chemistry from the University of Virginia. She earned her DDS degree and graduated Cum Laude from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in 1995, where she met her loving husband, Dr. Steve.
Dr. Bain worked at Dr. Oley, Shaia & Associates after graduating and was a part-time clinical instructor at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. In 1997, she and her husband started practicing at Park Dental Group. Passionate about dentistry, Dr. Bain was recognized by the American Association for Women Dentists.
The fourth out of eight children of Dr. Thomas and Claudia Recupero, Dr. Steve received his BS in Biology from Boston College in 1991. He graduated Cum Laude, won the Prosthodontics award, and earned his DDS degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in 1995. In 1997, Dr. Steve complete a 2 year residency in prosthetic dentistry at VCU.
Dr. Steve completed his two-year Prosthodontics residency at the Medical College of Virginia while working at Dr. Oley, Shaia & Associates. He and his wife joined Park Dental Group in 1997 after finishing his residency. Using his unique skill set, Dr. Steve, in the past has worked as both a part-time lab/clinical instructor at the VCU School of Dentistry as well as Harvard University School of Dentistry.
In college, Dr. Steve played as a walk-on kicker on the football team. That is why he is a huge supporter of Boston college sports and enjoys all college and pro sports in the area. When he's not in the clinic, he loves running, trying to improve his golf game, and spending time with his family.
After finishing his studies, Dr. Tom founded Park Dental Group. He also worked as a part-time clinical instructor at the Harvard University School of Dentistry as he started our dental practice. A significant member of the Stoughton community, Dr. Tom served on the Stoughton School Board Committee for 12 years and as a selectman for 4 years.
Dr. Tom is married to Claudia Recupero, with whom he has 8 children and 12 grandchildren. One of his children is a fellow Park Dental doctor, Steve. Dr. Tom is a patriarch figure to his big family and a very good role model for his colleagues.
