Dentistry is both a science and an art, and thats a big reason Dr. Calderwood was drawn to it. He enjoys how making small changes to a persons teeth can dramatically improve both their health and confidence at the same time. He understands just how important the smile is, which is why he takes the time most other dentists wont to ensure everything is absolutely perfect. From the color to the shape to how the rows of teeth fit together, no detail is too small, and no amount of effort is too much if it will help a patient.

Today, many corporate dental offices are dental mills, in that their primary goal is to get patients in and out as fast as possible. As you can imagine, this often leads to subpar dental work that requires repeat visits. With Dr. Calderwood, however, his goal is to provide the kind of dentistry that both looks great and can be counted on to last. Dr. Calderwood served a mission in Hermosillo, Mexico, and continues to speak Spanish and connect with the culture today. He went to BYU for his undergraduate and graduated dental school at the University of Maryland in 2008. He has practiced dentistry in Park City since January of 2009.

Dr. Calderwood enjoys learning about new technology and practices. He continues to make sure he is up to date with updated techniques in his field. Dr. Calderwood served as the president of the Utah Dental Association in 2018. He is a fellow in the International Congress of Dental lmplantologists, Academy of General Dentistry, and is an active representative in the Utah and American Dental Association.

Cody's greatest passion is his family. He has four very energetic teens and pre-teens that keep him busy when he's not practicing dentistry. His second greatest passion is being a dentist. His favorite part of practicing is his patients and learning about the things that are important to them.

Dr. Calderwood was born and raised in Utah and developed a deep love for outdoor recreation. He loves to play outside with his family. Whether it's snow skiing, mountain biking, boating, ATV riding, or hiking, he tries to find as many opportunities as possible to get outside with his family and enjoy the Wasatch Front. Cody also loves to travel and learn about new cultures, try new foods, and see new sights.

Shelby graduated from MATC Dental Assisting school at the top of her class in 2014. She started at Park City Dentistry in 2015 before graduating high school as Dr. Calderwood's dental assistant. Shelby became our Office Manager in July of 2017. Shelby has a very good understanding of dentistry and is happy to help in any way possible. Her favorite part of being an Office Manager is spending time with patients and answering their questions in a way that makes sense for them. If you have any questions about dentistry, dental insurance, or procedural care, Shelby is the girl for you!

Shelby was born in Salt Lake City and raised in Kamas, UT. Shelby loves spending time with her family. She has a 3-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old dog that have fun keeping Shelby and her husband busy. Her family enjoys spending time outdoors, making improvements to their house, and running her daughter around to dance and tumbling classes.

Christie is originally from Heber City. She earned an Associate of Science from Snow College before transferring to Weber State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors's Degree in Dental Hygiene. She's been working in the dental field since 2003, joining our Park City team over eight years ago. Her favorite part of her job is meeting new patients as well as getting to know them over time.

Christie and her husband Charles have been married for 20 years, and they have four children together- Brielle, Brooke, Jacob, and Caleb. Outside of work, she spends nearly all her time at her kids' various sporting events! The girls swim year-round while the boys play basketball and soccer. When she isn't busy chasing them around from activity to activity, her other hobbies include waterskiing, snowmobiling, snow skiing, camping, hiking, and going on vacations.

Tayler is new to Dentistry but is a crucial part of our team. She verifies insurance plans and aids with tasks in reception. Tayler is excited to learn new things about our industry, meet our patients, and geek out on insurance information.

Tayler was born in Salt Lake City and has lived in different areas of Utah. She currently lives in Heber City with her husband Rilley, and her two daughters: Brooklyn and Haidyn. During her free time, you can find Tayler enjoying Razor rides and camping with her family.

Madelyn grew up in Rancho Mirage, CA and received her Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from Utah College of Dental Hygiene. She also studied at BYU and graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise and Wellness: which she uses to help her patients improve their systemic health through their oral health. She enjoys her job because she gets to interact with patients and work with her amazing coworkers. Outside of work, Madelyn enjoys spending time with her husband Mike. She also enjoys dancing, exercising, hiking, singing, playing volleyball and pickleball, and listening to audiobooks.

Jocelyne has been with Park City Dentistry for a couple of years and is very important to our team! She is fluent in Spanish, really good at communicating, and great with technology. She loves interacting with our many, wonderful patients in Park City. She is ready and willing to answer any questions our patients may have when they call. Jocelyne was born and raised in Miami, FL. She would vacation in Utah to visit family and decided to make a change from fast-paced city life and beaches to mountains and four seasons. During her free time when she is not working or studying, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, discovering new music, trying new things, and anything that has to do with the outdoors.

Kamryn graduated from South Summit High School and found a love for dentistry her senior year. She decided to train hands-on to be a dental assistant. Her passion for organization and cleanliness help her excel in her position. Kamryn is joyful to engage with our patients and make sure their needs are met. She is our only dental assistant and is a huge asset to our team. Kamryn loves spending time with her two dogs: Copper and Stone, side by side riding with her husband, and being outside as much as possible.
