The mission of our dental team is to work together in caring for patients as if they were family, giving our best every single day. Giving the community a friendly face and a gentle hand for years to come is our goal.
Dr. Wade and her husband live in St. Petersburg with their rescue cat, Mittens, and senior yet spunky dog Bailey. After working in St. Pete for the past few years, Dr. Wade has decided to start her own practice in the community she lives in and loves.
She earned her dental degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Sarasota. She enjoys giving back to the community. She volunteers with local charity Keep Pinellas Beautiful where she is committed to donate a portion of all new patient proceeds, supporting the non-profits efforts to provide local cleanups and keeping our beaches clean. She has been involved in several mission trips in South America and volunteers each year with the Florida Mission of Mercy Outreach Program which provides free dentistry to the underserved population.

She enjoys the spending her all of her free time with her family, friends and pets whether its outdoors, on the water, or cuddling up for a movie.
You could say Theresa is the mother of the practice! Born in Braintree Massachusetts, but raised in Tampa, Theresa is a true Florida girl at heart. Theresa now resides in St. Petersburg with her husband and their very fluffy feline. Theresa has been in the dental field for over 30 years (you read that right!) with an extensive background as both a dental assistant and practice manager. Theresa brings that extra knowledge that makes our practice great! She has volunteered yearly with Mission of Mercy to provide dental care for the underprivileged and participates in local cleanups with Keep Pinellas Beautiful and Tampa Bay Watch, to help keep her local community clean and thriving. In her free time, Theresa enjoys going to the beach, exercising, and spending time with her daughter, son-in-law, and the rest of her very large family (she is one of 7 siblings!).
Sabrina was born and raised right here in Saint Petersburg, Fl where she resides with her husband, 3 children, 3 dogs and 5 chickens!! Sabrina trained at Everest University where she earned her certificate as an EFDA in 2014. She volunteers every year with Team Smile: an advocacy group that partners dental professionals with professional athletic organizations to provide life-changing dental care to underserved children in their communities. When she is not assisting Dr. Wade as her trusty sidekick, Sabrina spends most of her free time with her family camping, riding four-wheelers, kayaking, boating and making memories with the ones she loves!
Nickie and her boyfriend Michael live in St. Petersburg with their yellow Labrador Retriever, Wilson. Nickie grew up just over the Skyway Bridge in Bradenton, but decided in 2016 to call St. Petersburg home. She played softball for 10 years and the flute for 8 years. She was selected for All-State multiple years in a row and was a member of the Sarasota Youth Orchestra. She attended Dental Hygiene school at The State College of Florida. When Nickie is not cleaning teeth, her ideal day is a one spent at home with the family!

Had my first visit and I was very impressed. As someone who has neglected the dentist due to anxiety, the entire staff made me feel at ease. I had my first dental cleaning ever and the hygienist was so kind and explained everything to me, which I really appreciated! You can tell she loves what she does. Dr. Thomas was equally as thorough, kind, and patient as well as her dental assistant. Looking forward to going back.

Dr.Wade and her team are great! Brittany is the BEST Hygienist I have ever met in my life she is super gentle and has awesome chair side manners!!! Explains everything to you step by step and makes you feel so comfortable. Thank you.

Best dentist I've ever been to in my life. Everyone was super friendly. It was a very clean and comfortable environment. The dentist and the staff were so informative. They talked me through all the steps that they were doing. You can watch t.v or watch a video as they are inside your mouth. Loved it and she did an amazing job.

Based on Google Reviews, we found Park Family. They booked us within a week, did exam, x-rays & cleaning on first day. Met Theresa, Sabrina, Brittany, and Dr. Thomas. Teamwork is GREAT. They only planned necessary treatments. THANKS

Park Blvd Family Dentistry is so relaxing. That when you walk in it's like walking into a resort. Also it doesn't smell like a Dentist. You are VERY relaxed the whole time your there. Dr. Wade, & Staff. Are very kind.. thank you. Vera Redhead.

Such a great atmosphere! Was able to get a cleaning and new patient exam at one visit. Dr. Wade was so sweet and knowledgeable. Made my anxiety go right out the window. The entire staff was great!

No words can explain how amazing this office is, very family oriented. The staff is beautiful and Dr Wade is so compassionate and very assuring when I thought my teeth was not fixable. My first time at this dentist Dr Wade was great for a tooth extraction it was one of the best ones I've ever had the healing was very fast and glad I found this dentist would recommend her to anybody looking forward to getting more work done

I've never been so impressed by a dental visit. The entire staff was so thorough in cleaning my teeth, testing my gum health, etc. I recommend Park Boulevard Family Dentistry to everybody in the Tampa/St. Pete area.

Beautifully decorated office with plenty of distancing between chairs in the waiting room. Amazingly friendly staff who were very attentive to make sure my 11 yr old son and I were comfortable at all times. After leaving, my son said "I love going to the dentist!" He had no cavities! I was not that lucky but the care they gave me made the visit to the dentist for me as pleasing as it could be. Would definitely recommend this practice!

The whole place staff, tech and doctor was all very nice. The techs are vey knowledgeable, the dental hygienist was very nice and made me feel very comfortable and told me information that will help me. Dr.Wade was very nice

I am TOTALLY PLEASED with the Doctor as well as her staff. Theresa at the front desk has a very welcoming smile The atmosphere is VERY PLEASANT and EVERYONE knows their position. The dentist as well as her assistant made my visit today very comfortable in spite having this horrible tooth extraction. Doc really knows her stuff! KUDOS to you Dr.Wade. I'm SOO glad I found your office!

Everyone here is amazing! I've had such bad experiences with dentists in the past but the staff really put me at ease. They are quick and super professional. I'm glad I found them on my oral health journey.
