Dr. Hajera Ali completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with highest honors. She obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) at A.T. Still University in St. Louis, Missouri. As a native of New Jersey, she returned to the Garden State to continue her dental career as an Associate Dentist practicing minimally invasive dentistry alongside some of the States most respected dental professionals.

Her lifelong passion to care for others drives her conservative approach to dentistry which is centered around creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere for her patients.She works closely with her patients to create customized care plans to promote healthy teeth and gums.

Dr. Minni Sharma completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Rochester, achieving a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with a minor in biology. Dr. Sharma then attended the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, for her dental degree, graduating in 1991. Upon graduation, she continued her professional training at the Eastman Dental Center, a prestigious post-doctoral program affiliated with the University of Rochester Medical Center. She was elected by the faculty at Eastman to represent the training program at Clinical Research Associates Symposium in Provo, Utah. Dr. Sharma has practiced in the South Plainfield area for over 27 years.

With over 20 years of dental experience, Dr. Sharma stays current with the latest dental trends by regularly attending continuing education courses. She has completed advanced education in general dentistry training through the Eastman Dental Center as well as the Rosenthal Aesthetic Continuum training through New York University in 2006. She is also an Invisalign certified provider.

She is an active member with the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), American Dental Association (ADA), New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA), Middlesex County Dental Society, New Jersey Academy of General Dentistry (NJAGD) and the Raritan Valley Study Club. She has also served as president of the Raritan Valley Study Club, and in addition to providing patient care, she is also on the staff at the JFK Medical Center in Edison, New Jersey, and is an assistant professor at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.

As a dentist, Dr. Sharmas goal has always been to provide great dental care so that her patients look and feel great. Maintaining a practice where her patients feel comfortable and that the team loves to be part of are her ongoing goals. In addition to providing clinical care, she also thoroughly enjoys teaching dental students part time.

Dr. Sharma and her husband of over 28 years, Rajeev, have two children, Rishi and Radhika. She enjoys hiking and traveling whenever she can, and loves researching and enjoying interesting food places wherever her family travels. Dr. Sharma enjoys spending her free time with her friends and family.

Dr. Conti received training from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey as a general dentist. Additionally, he further specialized in periodontics at the same institution. He is extremely experienced in all aspects of managing periodontal health. Periodontal health includes managing diseases of the gum, bone and supporting structures of the teeth. He is skilled in gum contouring, bone grafts and implant dentistry.

Maggie is a registered dental hygienist who joined our team in August 2020. She previously had a career in accounting, but after twenty years, Maggie pursued a second career in dental hygiene. She graduated from Middlesex County College in 2008 with high honors and proceeded to work in the industry. Grateful for an amazing group of coworkers, Maggie makes sure that her patients are welcomed and receive exemplary service. She is passionate about dental hygiene and helping patients. She loves working with adults and children. She uses her interpersonal skills to motivate and instruct patients on methods for preventing oral disease and maintaining good oral health. She performs dental cleanings, x-rays, periodontal screenings and treatment, sealants, fluoride treatments, and oral cancer screenings. Maggie is a very gentle and caring individual who is always smiling and brightening up the office. She is known for having a very gentle touch which many of our more anxious patients appreciate. Outside of work, Maggie is a proud mother of two college-graduate daughters. She also loves to travel to new places with her family in her free time.

Sasha Bryan has been in dentistry for over 20 years. She started as an assistant and continued her education at the NYU College of Dentistry, where she graduated in 2004. She loves staying abreast of all the newest technology in the dental field. Sasha prides herself on giving the best patient experience to everyone that comes into the office. Her mission is to educate and motivate patients to reach optimum oral health. Oral health is healthcare, Sasha always says. Sasha is a proud wife and mother of three beautiful children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family as well as traveling.

I have been practicing dental hygiene for over 40 years and received my dental hygiene license in 1980. I graduated from Middlesex County College in Edison. I joined Park Avenue Dental in 2002 and I am proud to be a member of our dental family. Dr. Minni Sharma is great to work with and is an awesome mentor whom I have learned so much from. I love the fact that everyone on our team goes above and beyond to make sure each patient has a great dental experience. We are all on the same page regarding dentistry and that all oral health care is an integral part of overall health and well-being.

I am a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association and a member of the Central New Jersey Dental Hygiene Association. I have a passion for learning. I attend various continuing education courses every year in order to keep current with the latest technology, dental equipment, new procedures and products. I went back to school in 2009 to get my local anesthesia license. Having my local anesthesia license allows me to do periodontal scaling (deep cleaning) with our patients comfort in mind. Every two years, I renew my healthcare provider CPR certification, and yearly, I take an OSHA infection control course.

I was married to the love of my life, Phil, for 35 years until he passed away in 2017. I was blessed to be a part of this wonderful mans life for 39 years. We raised two sons whom we love dearly. I have so many treasured memories of our life together. I have fun spending time with my family and friends. I like to work with my hands doing crafts, landscaping and decorating. I take joy in listening to music, going to the beach, bike riding, roller blading, doing crossword puzzles, word games, watching movies and travelling.

I am an internationally trained dentist and graduated in 2001 from the Colombia School of Dentistry in Bogota, Colombia. I joined Park Avenue Dental in July 2016, and love working with an amazing group of people. Our leader, Dr. Sharma, and her associate, Dr. Gonzalez, are just the best! I work diligently alongside Dr. Sharm and Dr. Gonzalez in every way I can to assist our patients, taking care of each patient kindly and with individual attention to their needs. I enjoy helping others and learning something new each day.

Doris was born in Ecuador. She came to the United States when she was in high school. She has spent the last 18 years growing and expanding her knowledge in the dental field. Doris is a certified dental assistant working toward her Registered Dental Assistant degree. She has been the helpful dental assistant in the East Windsor office for more than 15 years. She is well known and loved by all the patients. Doris is happily married and has two beautiful children. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family and play with her puppy.

Hi, my name is Brittney. I am currently in my last semester at Union County College for Health Science. I would like to become a dental hygienist, however for now I will be learning and training to become a dental assistant. I recently joined this loving dental team in September 2020 and I am very happy that they have allowed me the opportunity to join them and grow in my dream career.

Kate joined the team in March 2015. She has completed her associate degree in liberal arts and is also licensed for dental radiography. She completed her bachelors degree in business administration in the fall of 2021. She is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Mangers. She loves working at Park Avenue Dental because the team and the patients feel like family. She enjoys working with insurance companies to maximize insurance benefits for patients. Kate enjoys travelling often and going on adventures. She loves to try new things and always wants to learn. She has two adorable puppies, Kingsley and Prince. In her spare time, she likes to try new recipes and work on DIY projects, especially landscaping projects.

Kim was born, raised and spent half of her life in New Jersey. The other half has been spent in Costa Rica. Kim joined our amazing team in November 2021. She feels very comfortable in this office, where everyone treats each other as family. She has worked in the dental field since graduating from Alterius Career College in 2018 with her dental assistant certification. She is looking forward to learning and growing more with her new team, and she loves to help and provide the best care and information to her patients. In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with her family.

Sandra has been the friendly face at the front desk of the East Windsor office for more than seven years. Sandra knows all the ins and outs of the insurance world. She knows the best way to handle all the claims and insurance verifications and how to help patients maximize the use of their insurance benefits. She loves getting to know all the patients and enjoys catching up with them at each visit. Sandra loves spending her relaxation time at the spa. Outside of work, Sandra loves spending quality time with her son, her daughter-in-law and the newest member of the family, her adored grandson!

Kiara was born and raised in Edison. She joined the team in 2020. She found Park Avenue Dental through a family member who had been a long-time patient and friend of the office. Kiara is currently attending Rutgers University to pursue a career in the movie industry. She spent a month during the summer of 2021 working as an intern for a Netflix production. In her spare time, she enjoys watching anime and playing video games.
