Dentistry is always advancing. We stay current through our membership atleading organizations including theAmerican Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Society, the Illinois Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society.
Due to his father serving in the Vietnam War and consequently developing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), Dr. Rivera has first-hand experience managing patients anxiety. He understands that the dentists office can be a source of distress for patients of all ages, and will ensure patients feel completely at ease before the beginning of any treatment.
He graduated from the University of New Mexico where he earned a BA in Biology. He graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Illinois at Chicago in 2010. He immediately began and completed a one-year Advanced Educational General Dentistry residency program at Fort Carson, Colorado. Commissioned as an officer in the United States Army Dental Corps, he served five years active duty in the Army from 2010-2015. This experience allowed Dr. Rivera to work in a group practice where he increased his clinical skills and knowledge working in a group practice alongside oral and periodontal surgeons, pediatrics, prosthodontists, endodontists, and orthodontists. After being stationed in Germany for four years, Dr. Rivera separated from the Army with an Honorable Discharge and returned to Manhattan NYC to be closer to Family. Dr Rivera worked in Manhattan and Wall Street for a few years, but now works in North Jersey.
Dr. Rivera is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Society, the Illinois Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. Dr. Rivera continues to refine his skills. He is currently certified in oral and conscious sedation, which helps him treat patients with anxiety by providing a relaxing and comfortable environment.
Dr. Gila Lerman Rosenbaum grew up in Long Island, NY. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Biology from Yeshiva University after which she received a DDS degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Rosenbaum completed a General Practice Residency at North Shore University Hospital before returning to Columbia University, where she specialized in Periodontics.
Dr. Rosenbaum is a Board Certified Periodontist, experienced in all aspects of non-surgical and surgical periodontics, including implantology, extractions, guided bone regeneration, minimally invasive periodontal plastic surgery, sinus augmentation, and laser dentistry.
Dr. Rosenbaum has received multiple awards, including the Melvin Morris Research Fellowship Award, Kenneth Siegel Award and Scholarship, Kaslick Scholarship and the American College of Prosthodontics Achievement Award. During her residency, she received her Masters in Oral Biology and presented her research at the Birnberg Research Symposium. Dr. Rosenbaum has been published in the Journal of Clinical Periodontology.

I don't live in NY anymore and fly from Chicago back every time just for Dennis & his team to work on me. Whether it's a cleaning, Invisalign, gum surgery, whitening, or veneer prep (I haven't gotten the veneers done officially as of yet), they do it all the absolute best. I had my teeth whitened today with no sensitivity at all and they are multiple shades whiter. I also had gum surgery which has had amazing results. Dennis and his team are top of the line - & I will continue to travel across the country be cause I'll only trust them with my mouth!

Dr Rivera is a master at his craft. I got some dental work done here including veneers, fillings, and a cleaning. The doc is professional and has gentle hands and does great cosmetic work. The hygienist was def good at her job and easy on the eyes. Overall A+ work here.

I've been a patient here for almost a year now and I have nothing bad at all to say! I've always been treated with care and respect, and I'm not afraid to ask any questions at all because everyone there makes you feel super comfortable! I've had very bad experiences in my previous dental office that left me emotionally traumatized last year and then I came here and I'm very happy! Dr.Rivera is very good at what he does, he's a perfectionist and wants the very best for his patients which is what all dentists should be like!

This place is amazing all around. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. As someone who hates the dentist they make it an easy and comfortable experience. Dr.Rivera is super down to earth and cares about the patients. I moved all the way to the Bronx but wouldn't want to go anywhere else, worth the trip! Thanks for everything guys :)

Dr. Rivera is awesome! He is extremely passionate, knowledgable and caring. Not only did I fly from Chicago to New Jersey (in July 2020 (Covid season)) so Dr. Rivera can finish my veneer case, but I referred him to several family members and friends who were all very satisfied with their dental work. If you are looking for an awesome, honest dental practitioner (who also served our Country and is a retired captain (Army)), you can stop looking! You won't regret seeing Dr. Rivera (aka Dr. Veneer). Been getting my dental works at PADG for over 5 years now. They always provide a top- notch care and the doctors and the assistants really know what they're doing. They made my teeth look really good again through Invisalign, implants and cleaning. I highly recommend this place!

One of the kindest most gentle Dentist office I have ever had. I have serious anxiety issues and they did their best to make me feel comfortable. Across the board the staff is outstanding. I can't see anything more positive about them. They were a godsend for me this week
