Dr. Rick Parigini is a fourth-generation native of Northern Nevada, his great grandfather moved to Nevada from Pisa, Italy in 1905. His grandparents, parents, ad Dr. Parigini attended Sparks High Schiilmaking his family just one of a dozen that had three generations graduate from the same high school. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada Reno and attended Dental and Orthodontic School in San Fransisco at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, graduating in 1994 and a996 respectively. Dr. Parigini followed in his uncle's (Dr. Thomas Pitts) footsteps and took over his Minden orthodontic practice in 1998.

Dr. Parigini keeps current with the latest technology, including digital radiography and photography, as well as computerized treatment cards and computerized treatment planning, 3D imaging, 3D scanner of teeth which eliminates the need for impressions and along with 3D printer technology allows him to make invisible aligners in house. All these technologies insure the most advanced treatment available.

Dr. Parigini has four children and each is very accomplished and remarkable in their own way. He also has the privilege of sayinghe truly met his soulmate and they have unconditional love for one another. He enjoys many local outdoor activities, in fact, he will tell you he finds true paradise being on snow skis or in the water, wakeboarding, and wake surfing.

Debbie has been in orthodontics since 1992 and has been working for Dr. Parigini since 2000. Debbie is one of the first team members our patients meet; she has a way of making our patients feel relaxed & comfortable on their very first visit. She is married with children and has adorable grandchildren, She enjoys reading, camping, hiking, and traveling to new places. She loves seeing the change and confidence that comes with a new smile that the team helped create.

Michelle joined the Parigini team in early 2012. She loves interacting with our patients and getting to know their families. One of the things patients love about Michelle is her 'ray of sunshine' personality & how she makes everyone feel right at home. Being a part of the Parigini family brings her joy in seeing the positive transformation a new smile brings. She is a proud mom of three grown children and being a grandma of four is the best yet!

Sarah grew up in the Carson Valley and joined the team in the summer of 2021! Sarah's smiling face is who greets our patients at the front desk. She genuinely cares for each person who comes through our door. She enjoys going on walks and gardening.

Katie has been in the dental field since 2014. She became an OrthodonticAssistant in 2018 when she joined Dr. Parigini's team and shortly after, became a Treatment Coordinator. Katie has always understood how important a healthy and beautiful smile is and that shows in how driven she is to create that for our patients. In her free time, she manages softball and volleyball teams in the Carson Valley. Katie's favorite weekend activity is spent on hikes with her husband Tyler and family.

Darlene joined the Parigini team in 2021. Darlene loves seeing how confident patients become after their treatment starts & especially when it is finished. She has been in the dental field since 1989 after moving to the area in 1987. She is blessed to enjoy her life with her husband Wendel, their son Brice, 3 dogs, and a rabbit!

Crystal grew up in Douglas County and started her career with Dr. Parigini in 2004! She enjoys building relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their goals for a beautiful smile. She believes taking the time to explain treatment and listening to patients' concerns is key to a great outcome. She has 3 children, all boys! If she isn't at the baseball field or the basketballcourt with her boys, you can find her at the lake, taking a trail ride on her ATV, or with her family & friends.

Nathalie has been an Orthodontic Assistant since 2002 and joined Dr. Parigini's team in 2013. She grew up in South Lake Tahoe, but originated from Mexico and speaks fluent Spanish. Nathalie enjoys seeing the progress of our patients, the incredible results, and the smiles that follow. In her free time, she likes to travel, be active outdoors with her dog Paco, and spend time with family and friends.

Simran entered the orthodontic field with Dr. Parigini in 2021. She loves working with our patients and seeing their growth! She is a fast learner and has a very calming presence. Patients love how thorough she is. In her free time, she enjoys hangingout with family and friends.

Chloe has always been an enthusiast in learning new trades and came to join the team during the fall of 2021. She loves interacting with patients and works hard every day to make sure that our patients go home with a brighter smile. Chloe believes that every day provides a new opportunity to be better. When she's away from work she spends her time with her family. She believes that the best smile is that of her pups!

Savannah joined the Parigini team in 2021; she started orthodontics in early 2019. Her favorite part of her job is seeing her patient's brand new smiles and how happy it makes them. She grew up in the Carson Valley. In her free time, she enjoysriding her horses and snowboarding with her boyfriend Tyler and their two dogs, and also enjoys spending time with her big family.
