Dr. Paresh Patel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry and the Medical College of Georgia/AAID MaxiCourse. He is a fellow of the Misch International Implant Institute and a diplomate of the InternationalCollege of Oral Implantology
Dr. Patel has placed more than 5,000 implants, has published numerous articles in leading dental journals, and has worked as a lecturer and clinical consultant on dental implants and prosthetics for several companies. Dr. Patel maintains private practices in Lenoir and Mooresville, North Carolina.
Dr. Kristin Allison was born in Marion, NC and has been a lifelong resident of Western North Carolina. Dr. Allison attended Gardner-Webb University and received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, graduating summa cum laude with honors. After finishing her undergraduate studies, she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the UNC Adams School of Dentistry and graduated with honors and distinction in community service. Dr. Allison enjoyed volunteering with the Samaritan Health Center during dental school, providing dental care for underserved patients at the Durham Rescue Mission, as well as the North Carolina Missions of Mercy clinics and Give Kids a Smile.

All staff members were courteous and prompt. I felt more like a casual friend, rather than just a patient or chart number. I was given detailed explanations of what procedures were being performed and results of those procedures. When further work was determined to be necessary, I was explained the reasoning, presented options, and given time to make my decision on how I wanted to proceed. I found that not being pressured to make an immediate decision is a comfort not afforded by many facilities.

Very professional staff. Friendly more like family than a impersonal dentist office. They have a "can do" attitude and do what ever it take to make the patient happy. I had a tooth that was bad and was told by another dentist that I would need a root canal or have them pulled and a false plate in. Well Dr. Allison said there was more options and I still have my teeth! I would give them a 100 plus rating!

Just had another great visit at Lenoir Advanced Dentistry. Sarah dose a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and I always look forward to it. She gives me insight on spots I need to pay more attention to, avoiding any future cavities.
