Dr. Jennifer Jackson was born and raised in Brookfield, Wisconsin. She received her bachelors degree in Biomedical Sciences from Marquette University. She then worked as an applied behavior analysis therapist for children with autism spectrum disorder at Wisconsin Early Autism Project. During her time as a behavior therapist, Dr. Jenn developed a passion for working with children, especially those who have special needs.
After two years as a therapist, she attended Marquette University School of Dentistry and received her doctorate of dental surgery. Dr. Jenn completed her specialty training in pediatrics at Childrens Hospital Colorado where she gained extensive experience working with children who have special needs and complex medical histories.
Dr. Jenn and her husband, Tyler, are excited to be back in their home state of Wisconsin. In their free time, they enjoy spending time outdoorsand going on adventures with their two kids, Wyatt and Oakley.
Dr. Jerod Leff was born in Orlando, Florida, and has lived in six different states. He attended Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York where he earned his Bachelor of Sciences in Biology. He then attended the State University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his doctorate degree in dental surgery. Dr. Jerod continued his postgraduate education at a general practice residency, trauma one hospital in Akron, Ohio gaining more training in hospital dentistry and the care of medically complex patients.
After spending four years in general dentistry in Denver, Colorado, Dr. Jerod pursued his professional aspiration of pediatric dentistry. Dr. Jerod completed his pediatric dentistry residency at Childrens Wisconsin in which he served as a chief dental resident.
Dr. Jerod is married to Mei Leff, who is currently completing her nursing degree at Marquette University. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, all things Disney, attending sporting events, running, biking, trying local restaurants and coffee shops. They both are excited to call Wisconsin home and look forward to serving the community with excellent health care.
Dr. Nicole Simonetti is originally from Northeast Ohio. She earned her B.S. in Zoology from Miami University. She was accepted into The Ohio State University college of dentistry, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Nicole then completed a general practice residency at Meriter Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin where she furthered her education and training in hospital dentistry and the care of medically complex patients. Dr. Nicole completed her pediatric dental residency at Childrens Hospital of Wisconsin.
Dr. Nicole loves spending time outdoors. She enjoys walking, family bike rides, and skiing. She and her husband, Jason, have three children. Dr. Nicole credits Lucia, Charlie, and Jax with shaping her professional perspective and purpose.
Dr. Alexis Belisle was born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She attended Loyola University Chicago where she earned her BS in biochemistry. After four years of undergraduate studies, Dr. Alexis took some time off from her studies to live in Thailand and travel around Southeast Asia. She then moved to Milwaukee to attend Marquette University School of Dentistry, where she earned her doctorate of dental surgery. Dr. Alexis received her postgraduate education and training specializing in pediatric dentistry at the Childrens Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
Dr. Alexis received her board certification in pediatric dentistry becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is also an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the Greater Milwaukee Dental Association and the Wisconsin Society of Pediatric Dentists.
Dr. Alexismet her husband, Peter, in dental school at Marquette and they were happy to stay in Wisconsin. They have two sweet daughters- Layla and Liliana- who keep them busy and always on their toes. As a family, they love snuggling their dog Sadie, cooking together, and playing outside.
Dr. Christy Frady grew up in Hales Corners, WI and is a graduate of both St. Marys Catholic Grade School and Divine Savior Holy Angels High School. After receiving her B.A. in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, she was accepted into the University of Kentuckys College of Dentistry. At UKCD, Dr. Christy completed her doctorate in dental medicine and a one year fellowship specializing in treating dental phobic and medically compromised patients. She received her postgraduate education and training in pediatric dentistry at Rainbow Babies & Childrens Hospital/Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Christy is a Diplomate of the Board of Pediatric Dentistry and enjoys staying current in the field of pediatric dentistry. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Wisconsin Dental Association and the Wisconsin Society of Pediatric Dentists.
Dr. Christy is married to Chris Frady, a U.S. Army Veteran and Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Wauwatosa. Together, they have two daughters, Abigail and Maggie who are often seen hanging out around the office. Dr. Frady and her family love to spend their time swimming, watching Disney movies and playing with their two dogs -- Molly and Bella.

After having two unsuccessful (and traumatic) attempts at getting cavities filled at two other dentists I can definitively say Paramount is indeed, paramount. Every staff member interacted with my daughter and I in such an amazing way that made her feel so comfortable and calm. She literally said she's excited to go back next time, which is just ridiculous to think about compared to her outlook after the first two attempts at different dental offices. I will recommend to everyone, and certainly continue to take both my children to Paramount. Oak Creek and Hales Corners offices.

Dr. Grady and her team are phenomenal! From the moment we walked through the door and as we were leaving everyone was so kind and extremely friendly. My son was so comfortable and not scared what so ever!

Wow, just wow! Everyone here is so friendly and patient. They really do a great job with kids of all ages, making sure they are comfortable. My kids have never once cried here! They practiced brushing my 1.5 year old daughter's toy elmo before cleaning her teeth. This is our 3rd visit here and I continue to be so impressed! Worth our 15-20 minute commute. We especially love Dr. Belisle :)

Dr. Alexis and Miss Wendy were absolutely PHENOMENAL!! Their patience and enthusiasm is profound and greatly appreciated. They took the time to show my daughter each tool and let her test it out on her hand before they used them. Any sign of fear they would stop and re-engage with excitement and encouragement. I was in awe with the amount of care and kindness they have and I can't wait to bring my 1 year old for her first appointment next month. I would recommend this place to ALL my friends with children!! #1!!!

My daughter has always been one of those kids that hates loose teeth! Dr. Frady has created an atmosphere of great comfort, understanding and trust for her and us as parents! They calm her fears with nurturing and gentle care!!! The best!!

Great experience! Most recently, I took all three of my children for cleanings and we were in and out in less than an hour! Staff have always been patient and fun for the kids, and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend.

Dr. Frady and her team at Paramount Pediatric are awesome! They are on time, kind, flexible and willing to assist with our scheduling needs, and they provide outstanding care. The rapport they have with patients and parents alike is incredible! As a parent, I also appreciate how the dental hygienists take time to teach the kids about areas they can improve in with brushing/flossing, etc. Dr. Frady makes practical and sound clinical decisions without rushing into unnecessary treatments. Brought my son here for a tooth extraction. I was nervous about how it would go with it being his first actual dental treatment. It went amazing. The staff was so kind and gentle. Would definitely recommend!!!!

If you're looking for a pediatric dentist (especially special needs) I can't say enough good things about Paramount Pediatric Dentistry. I can't explain the dread of taking my autistic son pretty much anywhere. You can't imagine unless you've been there. Most doctors don't even know how to handle it. I've never seen not only my son cared for so well and professionally, but us as parents. No sedation necessary. They took their time to explain plans for his future dental needs and assured as we are doing a great job. Left with no worries. Priceless.
