Dr. Bret Standage loves Dentistry! He enjoys working with his patients to achieve their goals for dental health. From simple needs, such as preventative care and cleanings, to full mouth rehabilitations, he is dedicated to providing the best quality care and comfort to his patients. Dr. Bret Standage values education in dentistry. He understands that education is a lifelong pursuit in this career and has committed himself to stay up-to-date with the ever-changing landscape of the dental field. He is currently working on a fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry, which is almost complete. Only 6% of dentists achieve this award. Dr. Bret Standage is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Spear Education Faculty Club.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. First, the office manager, Theresa has it all together. She runs the office like clockwork. No mess-up. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Barry Nestlerode was excellent. I had prep for 9 crowns and a bridge. No pain. Dr. Nestlerode is very patient and perfect in his work. He also did a "Dental Face lift " which took 10 years off of my looks. WOW! I recommend Paradise Valley Dental Group without any reservations. Great experience!

WOW! Phenomenal job! He is precise, meticulous and knowledgeable. I have never been impressed by a dentist until now. Everyone should go to this guy! He's affordable too!!

Dr Nestlerode and his staff are very experienced and genuinely friendly. It's obvious he is not going to dental seminars to learn how to upsell and take advantage of patients, but he is keeping his skills up to date! He's very skilled! I had a very expensive problem that could have cost me over $8,000 in implants etc, and he solved my issue for $3,000, maintained my natural teeth, and several years later, the work he did is still holding strong! He's very skilled and truly puts his patients before himself. The office technology is not to Star Trek levels, but that gives me the warm and fuzzies. We just want a great dentist we can trust, and he fits the bill!

What a great experience. Just moved back to the Scottsdale area and was looking for a local dentist. Found Paradise Valley dental online. Dr. Barry and his assistant were extremely informative and very thoughtful throughout my appointment. I left feeling wonderful! I would highly recommend Paradise Valley dental to everyone.

The dentist you have can make a huge impact on your life - positive or negative. Dr. Nestlerode has definitely made a positive impact on both my life and my wallet. He runs an ethical dental practice an provides exceptional dental work without draining your bank account. I know through past experience that many national dental corporations who advertise all over the place often hoodwink customers into coming into their practices by providing free x-rays and an exam only to recommend costly unnecessary dental procedures which you can pay for through applying for a "care credit card". Don't be deceived by the national dental corporations and visit Dr. Nestlerode for an honest exam and care.

I've been going to Dr. Nestlerode for about 8 years now. He has always been professional and honest. He has taken calls from me when I've had emergencies and more than anything is the most skilled dentist I've ever been to. The work he does with veneers and crowns is nothing short of artistic. I love my teeth and really appreciate all he and his staff have done for me over the years. Thank you!!!

Best, honest, reasonable dentist I've found in over 20 years! Doesn't do work you don't need; doesn't make cheap crowns (outsourced to China) and the three crowns I've had done are PERFECT. Best part? 1/2 the price of any other dentists and perfect from the first fitting! He takes the time and care and it shows. I highly recommend Dr.Nestlerode.

I was recommended from a friend to try out Dr. Nestlerode and I'm extremely happy I did. I've had a number of dentists in the past and I can honestly say that not only is his work terrific, he is a genuinely caring guy. He didn't try to sell me on anything, which is what I'm used to from other dentists, and he is very down to earth and friendly. I'm always reluctant toward dentists but I'm happy I found this one.
