I was a dental assist for 3 years before seeing Dr. Rowe. It was the first seriously negative experience I have ever had with a dentist. He was so harsh and judgmental and mean during my examination, especially with something as personal as dental care. I have had a serious fear of dentists since and it has taken me years to muster up the courage to find a new physician. I don't say this lightly but please be careful before selecting him as your provider.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I've never been to a dentist office that pulled me into a separate room on the first visit to dissect my insurance and tell me what i can afford.

SUPERB!! Highly Recommended. Dr. Rowe and his staff are top notch. First dental visit since mine retired about 4 years ago. I thought I had a cavity in the lower bottom right molar tooth. An x-ray was taken and Dr. Rowe after examining both my teeth and x-ray explained both the issues and what can be done and an appointment was set up for me. For whatever reason, after getting home I started thinking that they had x-rayed the wrong tooth. I called and asked for a re-examination. During this back and forth calling Debbie was more that pleasant during our calls I arrived and Dr. Rowe ordered that color fiber optic pictures be taken of both sides of the lower molar teeth. He went thru the explanation step by step as we looked at the pictures. This cleared up my confusion and set me at ease, because the x-ray was done on the correct tooth. Be careful with this place- If you have a crown which you did somewhere else and you're in this place for cleaning, start asking questions if the hygienist invests extra time cleaning that crown. Next x-ray will show up a hole in that crown and Dr. Rowe will use the scare tactics for replacing that crown. Also, watch for bills for works never done- like bills for 4 fillings when they actually did 2.

I love my dentist office, Dr. Logan and Dr. Rowe are amazing. Thier Assistants always make me feel at home. I had my teeth cleaned today by the sweetest hygienist ever. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to paradise Dental for several years. Every single experience has been wonderful. The staff is organized, polite and shows a genuine interest in their customers. Scheduling is easy, payments on point and helpful with any emergency care. Have recommended them to all my family/friends/employees.

I have to say I have always been afraid of the dentist, but the team here is so welcoming and friendly from the front desk staff to the dr. they made it so easy. I had some issues with a problem tooth and Dr Logan made sure to take the time to do everything he could so I could keep the tooth. The procedure was simple the assistant was impeccable they made sure to communicate with each step and to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of and understood what was going on. I have made many attempts to find a dentist in this area, I would HIGHLY recommend coming to see dr Logan and his team you will not be disappointed.

Just like my first visit the team was very efficient and I was given a choice of what I needed to be done to repair a broken tooth. I was well attended to and a temporary was placed until my next appointment for a permanent cap. Great service.

I was quite stressed out about having a root canal on #9, front upper. Dr Rowe did an amazing job !!! No pain at all, and without Nitrous !!! Very courteous & professional staff .

Enjoy the friendly atmosphere, The staff is awesome. No hassle, prompt evaluation and divisive decision as to what services I required at that time. Dr. Rowe did his magic, henceforth I shortly was on my way home.

I am a new patient, as of today! I had to have an extraction, and was thinking possibly 2. I had a tooth breaking off, into pieces for at least a couple of years. It was breaking off right at gum area. I was thinking the tooth had to be cut out of my gums and then stitched up afterwards. Dr. Rowe did what he had to do, took it out in pieces but NO cutting of my gums or stitching! He is AWESOME!!!!

Dr. Rowe's demeanor and work ethic is obvious in all the office staff. It is impressive to observe how every patient is treated with respect and courtesy. It is also apparent that the office staff take their lead from Dr. Rowe by displaying professionalism and competence. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Rowe. His dental and interpersonal skills are exceptional. I highly recommend his practice.

Dr Rowe has been a blessing for me and dentistry because I am truly scared to death of the dentist. He has always made me feel comfortable, he's quick and does Awesome work. Always great!

The staff at Paradise Dental was extremely professional and friendly. Dr Rowe is a great guy and makes you feel compfrtable right away. one of the best experiences i've ever had at a dentist office.

Paradise dental has top notch dentist and staff. These guys know what their doing and go the "extra mile" to help their patients. Most commendable is their honesty. They do well at explaining what your problem is and what your options are.

Every time I go to Paradise Dental the whole staff is wonderful, from the front desk people to the Doctor. They all take the time to explain everything they are doing and give you options with what you may need. I have recommended this dental office to all my friends, it just doesn't get any better than them!

I am the biggest chicken when it comes to having to visit the dentist's office. The staff and Dr. Poff always seem to make me feel relaxed and I could breathe! The work that I have had done is excellent. I will continue to be a patient of Paradise Dental and would recommend their services to all.
