The dentists and whole staff are wonderful, attentive and friendly. The office is state of art facility with digital x Ray, kids room and massage chair. Their customer service is the best among the medical offices we have been; we highly recommend them and would be their patients for life.

I am a previous patient of this dental office and the people are nice but the work they do is not all that great. I had them do a filling. The filling ended up breaking another piece of my tooth off. I am in the process of trying to get my information transferred but I keep getting the runaround and I had to pay $10 fee with no reciept, to get my records that I have not received.

Do not go to this office . It's very dirty and the dentist is in trouble with the dental board . Look at the dental board website. They shut her down because she was not sterilizing the instruments properly !!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this dental office. I have to get a root canal because they drilled down to my nerve. I paid $284 twice, when having dental insurance. They charge me and the insurance. I ask why I had to pay such a high copay. The Dentist said the Receptionist accidentally charge me wrong and not the insurance. Than told me that they will send out a refund a check and I never received the refund. And this has been six months now. Sounds like some fraudulent stuff to me, charging me $284 twice then charging the insurance $500. I have never experienced this before. This business has no Integrity. Not including I had to get a replacement fill-in replace at another dentist office because the dentist there didn't put them in right. Plus a root canal and my front tooth shaved. So it cost me more money. I can go on and on.........

So I went here on an emergency situation with a broken tooth and was told the tooth needed to be pulled and the current filling needed to be drilled out prior to being extracted. After being numbed 4 times and still feeling it I was given a temporary filling and told I needed an orthopedic surgeon to do the work. I went to my husband's dentist for a second opinion and was told the enamel was only chipped and everything that was done at this office was very unnecessary. I had the work done at my new dentist and let me just say, I'll never recommend paradise dental to anyone

I came here needing work done to my teeth mostly fillings replaced with new ones. I moved away and went to a new dentist and had to get everything redone. She damaged 2 of my teeth really bad. All of the work this dentist did was for nothing. Do not go here! She needs more experience. I found a new dentist who really helped my teeth thankfully

Worst visit for a cleaning ever. Staff was talking about other staff and patients. They were behind schedule, dentist poked my teeth and ran polisher like she was in charge of a pit stop at the Indy 500. Other than x-rays, they should not have even charged insurance for anything else. Left with teeth not feeling cleaned and sad for the people they were talking about.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are rude and unprofessional. My son was getting a cavity filled and said he wasnt even numb and could feel pain. He tried to tell her, but was ignored. Its a very awkward atmosphere and you do not feel comfortable. When I informed her I was leaving and needing our records she did make it hard for me. She didnt send them and ignored my requests. So I went to pick them up and she said, "I just want to know what I did wrong." I just told her I had other reasons for switching because I just didnt want it to be a big ordeal. Please do not reply to me like you have others, with threatening legal action. Thats ridiculous and anyone can leave a review about what they have felt from this office. Hello? That is why there are public reviews....so people can warn or give advice to others about professional or seemingly professional places.

Dr. Geng is amazing. I have been to her office several times and have always had a positive experience. As a child I had to have a lot of dental work done and as a result I have a terrible fear of going to the dentist. She makes the visit as relaxed and painless as possible. She is always so pleasant, friendly and professional. Can't recommend her enough. Thank you for everything Dr. Geng

Dr. Geng is amazing! Having issues with my wisdom tooth and couldn't get into a dentist until Tuesday. I found Paradise Dental on Google and they take my health insurance so I called the after hour number and Dr. Geng turned around and came back to the office! She took X-rays for me and talked to me about what to do until I was able to get into my dentist. As someone that has anxiety about the dentist, she made me feel so comfortable and it was a very laid back introduction.
