The receptionist there are so rude that I canceled my appointment and I'm never going there again.

Dentist and hygienist are amazing. The receptionists were more willing to cancel my appointment than to provide me with a mask......even though my mouth will literally be open during my entire appointment lol. I was advised to go downstairs and see if one would be provided to me at the security desk, but there wasn't anyone posted at the desk. Yes, I did cancel. I honestly wasn't willing to go to a store and come back. I'm more disappointed. Many reviews mentioned the receptionists and how they handle customers. I still went becuase I know people can be dramatic and I appreciate that it an office run by "us". I may attempt another visit at a later date but I'm definitely turned off right now.

Dr.Hood is terrible and has a horrible attitude. If you can go somewhere else please do. Receptionist are terrible as well, they wouldn't even give me a copy of MY chart.

This is the worst place to go..the receptionist aren't professional..doctor hood need to get rid of them if she wants to make any money.

The techs at this location are WONDERFUL let me make sure that's clear. When I first started going to this office a couple years ago, the front staff they had THEN was also wonderful and on top of things, they made sure you were taken care of and with a smile. HOWEVER, The front staff they have now, have no sense, and I'm sorry but no one is that busy that you can't even look your clients in the eye. They are rude, they act as if you are bothering them with questions and needing to schedule things, one of them, snaps at other employees there in front of clients and just overall leaves a bad taste in your mouth for a lack of better words. In my occupation, I DO what these ladies sitting at the front desk do, 5 days a week myself, and it's terrible for them to be the face of a company and have a poor attitude and even sadder customer service. I do not recommend this office, and have already set myself, as well as my children up elsewhere.

I have been coming here since 2014 and this is by far the best dentist office i have visited. The staff is friendly, the receptionist is the nicest sweetest person and remembers her patients by name. Dr Hood is an exceptional dentist and through 2 root canals, 1 extraction, 4 types of insurances, and multiple fillings i have never felt any pain. This will be my dentist until she stops practicing.

Terrible professionalism. Did not send my x-rays until 3 weeks after my appt. Then told me they could not fully render my services at my appt 6 weeks later because they did not return the correct paperwork, which they received two weeks prior to the appt. Dr. Hood should be ashamed of herself and her practice.

Took 2 hours to see me. And barely did anything. Going to new dentist next time. Smh black businesses

Did not like this place or get good vibes. 1 receptionist is sweet and the other is rude. Dental assistant had no clue what she was doing and didn't even communicate with me. The dentist wasn't friendly and wasted my time! Not to mention it took over an hour to see me just to tell me she didn't feel comfortable doing my procedure!! When I asked to see my X-rays before operating on my teeth they didn't even want to show them to me.
