It's the fanciest dentist I have ever been to. I really like the moisturizing heated hand treatment they offer while you're getting your teeth cleaned. They have lots of other little extras that make this place stand out above the rest. The cleaning and exam were pretty typical, but no complaints. I'm always wary of getting advice to replace fillings when they aren't bothering me, but that didn't happen.

The providers, hygienists, the entire staff are wonderful. I can't recommend them enough. They are efficient, courteous, and the office is inviting. I never thought I would say this about a dental office, but I get relaxed there. You get treated like your the only patient they have.

Dr. Rigopoulos grew up in Leominster, Massachusetts and received her dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2019. Prior to dental school she received her B.A. in Chemistry from McGill University in Montreal, QC.

Dr. Rigopoulos has been the recipient of several scholarships including the Tufts Merit Scholarship, NEHMDS Scholarship and PYA Scholarship. She was on the Deans List at Tufts and selected as both a tutor and teaching assistant to help dental students in both clinical and didactic courses.

She was very involved in research during her dental school career receiving the Bates Student Research Fellowship all four years and was the recipient of the Research Committee Best Science Award twice, oral presentations at IADR and a poster presentation at AADR. In her third year Dr. Rigopoulos was secretary for the Bates Student Research Group and became co-president in her fourth year.

Dr. Rigopoulos has volunteered extensively while serving on the community service board for an outreach program at Cardinal Medeiros Homeless Shelter and has dedicated countless hours volunteering at Camp Sunshine in Casco, ME, Give Kids a Smile Day, Special Olympics, Smile, Share and Care and much more. Dr. Rigopoulos served as a founder of the One Health Initiative dental division at TUSDM and served as the bridge between the dental school and the other Tufts specialty schools for collaboration on projects.

In her free time Dr. Rigopoulos enjoys traveling to new places, reading, baking and watching the Boston sports teams. She also enjoys spending time with her large family and catching up with friends, old and new.

Dr. Helyne Hamelburg began practicing dentistry in 1993. After receiving her B.A. in biochemistry in 1987 from Brandeis University she studied at the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where she graduated in 1991. She received her postdoctoral training in the field of Periodontology at Boston University, graduating in 1993. She then worked in private practice for 8 years before joining her husband at Paradise Dental Associates in 2001.

During her 4 years at Tufts, she was a member of the dental fraternity, Alpha Omega. She served on the Board of Directors during her senior year. Upon graduating, she was also inducted into the dental honor society, OKU. This is a very privileged and prestigious organization awarded to only the top students of a given class.

Dr. Hamelburg also spends much of her time giving back to our community. She is a past member of the boards of directors at Congregation Shirat Hayam and the Jewish Federation of the North Shore. She has helped run fundraising events for those organizations as well as Tower School and the Jewish Community Center of the North Shore. She currently is the Chairwoman of the North Shore District Dental Society. She served as the Chairwoman of the North Shore District Dental Society for the 2018-2019 year. Prior to her chair, she served on the Executive committee in various roles for 8 years. For the 2019-2020 year she will serve on the Executive committee as Immediate Past Chairwoman.

Dr. Hamelburg is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, Massachusetts Dental Society, Massachusetts Periodontal Society and the American Association of Women Dentists. Dr. Hamelburg is passionate about health and wellness. She spends much of her free time exercising and exploring ways for her and her family to eat better and lead a healthier lifestyle.

The Drs. Hamelburg spend their free time together with their two children, Alexa and Jake. Alexa graduated from the University of Hartford where she earned a Bachelors degree in elementary and special education. She is excited for the 2019-2020 school year as she will be the lead kindergarten teacher at The Tender Learning Centre in Burlington, MA. Jake is currently studying biology, attending Badger home games, and living the life of a college student at the University of Wisconsin.
