Dr. Sam Ramadan grew up in West Haven, Connecticut. He always had a liking for dentistry through the influence of his grandfather. After high school, he attended the University of Connecticut in Storrs. In 2007 he graduated, in the top ten percent of his class, with a bachelors in Biology. He then went on to pursue his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
His interest and passion for endodontics was evident since dental school; as he received the UPenn Endodontics Award for clinical excellence in 2010 and 2011. After dental school, Dr. Ramadan returned to Connecticut where he practiced as a general dentist for a couple of years in West Hartford. His constant urge to advance his experience and clinical abilities lead him to become IV sedation certified through the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He then went on to practice sedation dentistry in Burlington, Vermont for an additional two years.
In 2014, Dr. Ramadan decided to pursue his Endodontic Specialty at the University of California in San Francisco. There, he received extensive training in surgical and non-surgical endodontics. His passion for teaching has earned him an award for most influential resident voted by the dental students at UCSF. He devoted many hours of his free time to teach the dental students about endodontics.

If you need a root canal this is the place for you. Dr Sam and his assistant Christine make the procedure quick and easy. No pain. Office staff are pleasant and friendly. Thank you Dr Sam

Had an absolutely horrible experience with the office manager Melinda, I believe is her name. Her attitude, management and customer service is by far the poorest we have ever experience. She called my mother and complained about the appointment she had cancel within the time fram of the office guidelines. Upon Melinda's complaining she also said that there is no appointments available until the future, which was understanding and then went on complaining how the doctor has no patients now to see in the morning because of the cancelation. She stated my mom was abusing her and yelling at her, when clearly she was not. I have never heard of a office manager call a customer or patient and complain.

I was struggling to find a solution to my graying tooth Lucky I found dr. Sam who came up with a easy solution that worked out great and helped me smile confidently again. The whole process what painless easy and quick. Him and whose team are great highly recommend.

My dentist recommended Dr. Sam as the person he would use if he had to get a root canal. This initially sold me on it as I was very scared of the idea of a root canal. You hear so many horror stories. I met with Dr. Sam for him to confirm I needed a root canal, he answered all my questions and put my fears at ease. On top of everything I am pregnant, his team worked with my OB/GYN to ensure they agreed on the medication to be used etc. I had the root canal the next week. Dr Sam again answered my questions and walked me through what was going to happen, consistently checking with me throughout to ensure I was ok. After the procedure I was so scared of there being pain, he assured me it would be minimal pain that Tylenol would take care of. I was scared so he wrote me a prescription for a stronger pain medication which I never needed to fill. The next day there was a bit of tenderness when eating but no pain! Such a wonderful experience if that's possible when talking about a root canal. Would highly recommend him and his staff!

Dr. Sam is amazing! My tooth was in pain for so long, it had been treated before but clearly not well done. He fixed it and now I'm 100% pain free! The office is super nice and they have free WiFi too!The staff is very nice and polite. It was a great experience ! Definitely recommend.

The staff from receptionist to Doctor were second to none. They were very professional and got me in on the same day with no appointment due to the amount of pain my tooth was causing me. Unfortunately, I needed more help than they could provide at their location. Dr. Sam took it upon himself to get me an appointment with a surgeon same day!!! I could not believe he did this for me. First rate dental office with outstanding bedside manner. Could not be happier!!! -Reed C

I was so afraid of the idea of needing a root canal, but then I came across Dr. Sam's reviews online for an endodontist in my area. I was so glad I found this office. The staff's so helpful and amazing. Then Dr. Sam came in and with his calm voice and demeanor he explained everything the procedure entails. My root canal was painless and I was reassured that Dr. Ramadan will follow up on the healing of the infection until it is resolved completely. I have been raving about this office to my friends and family. I recommend this office if you need a root canal any day.

The team at Paradigm endodontics veryvery professi and capable. They took care of my dental health like no other dentist I've been to. Dr. Sam Ramadan performed a root canal on my left lower molar and a cavity clean and cover up on another molar, and took time to explain the process, answer my question and even show me what was going on. The facility has the equipment required to do minimal invasive procedure. Moreover they ensure that everything was cleaned and properly address, taking all the necessary X-rays required for that. I am really happy with my procedure and would certainly recommend for anyone looking for a great endodontist.

What a wonderful experience I had At 1st I was so afraid because all I ever heard about Root Canals was "OMG you are in for quite the experience..it's so painful it's like nothing you ever had before". So I of course I was shaking at the thought of it..But after having it done it was a great experience...Dr. Ramadan was so patient and caring. This was an excellent experience for me. I have always been extremely anxious about going to doctors and dentists, but I was quickly put at ease. Dr. Ramadan was very gentle and extremely thorough and his staff were supportive and wonderful. Highly recommended...

Dr. Sam Ramadan was very friendly and professional, he put me at ease. He took time to explain things and answered all my questions. The appointment wasn't rushed or hurried in any way. The root canal was successful and I am totally pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Ramada and his staff!

Went to uconn to get some dental work done. After a week the pain got worse so i started looking for a root canal specialist. Dr Sam was very professional and knew exactly what should be done. Glad i found his practice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
