I have only been a patient for a little less than a year, but so far I have been extremely impressed. The entire staff is always upbeat and willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer satisfied. I myself, have worked for Les Schwab since I was 16 years old, and customer service was ingrained in me since then. So when I find service at an exceptional level, it really makes an imprint on me. At this point, I would never consider going anywhere else. You can always find service, but excellent service is hard to find. Im glad I found the right place. Because as far as Im concerned, anywhere else would be subpar..Thanks Brian and Staff..Truly appreciate your efforts!.

I have been to Paradigm dental twice. Once for a routine cleaning and once for Dr. Rusts first filling using a new laser technology. It was quick and easy and I didnt have to have my mouth numbed at all. With it being my first filling, it was as easy as it could be. The whole staff is nice and professional. I will be staying with Paradigm as long as I am in the Beaverton area!

Ive been a patient of the clinic for 4 years and was always happy with the treatment plans, scheduling, flexibility and very personal touch. I am convinced that patients get best options and variety of choices if such are available. Excellent team. Convenient location. I trust this clinic and would recommend it to my closest friends. I have three things to comment on: Dr. Rust, staff, and the office space. 1. Dr. Rust is awesome. He always makes you feel like you are the only person in the world when he is meeting with you. He is a great dentist, one of the best Beaverton dentists, and you can trust that when he is working on your teeth he is doing it the right way. 2. The staff is very experienced. The entire staff is focused on making your experience comfortable and efficient. 3. The office is beautiful. Very modern and light. I never thought I would be getting my teeth cleaned in such a classy environment. All around a great place and I would recommend Paradigm to anyone looking for a Beaverton dentist.

Not only is Dr. Rust a nice guy, he is also an excellent dentist who uses both conservative and innovative techniques to help us achieve optimum dental health. He surrounds himself with a genuine and caring staff who help create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Had the opportunity to use a new laser device in use for (among other things) cavity removal. The entire process took about 12 minutes from sitting in the chair and I didnt even need local anesthetic! They always have the most updated technology and really show patients they care.

Cleaning was quick and effective. It took less time that I expected. Dr Rusts repair of my filling was also stress free. Anesthetic was expertly applied, I never felt the needle go into my gum. Getting the crown down to the proper level was much quicker and more precise that my previous Beaverton dentist. I guess experience shows.

I came to Paradigm Dental to see Dr Rust on the recommendation of a friend after my dentist of 20+ years retired. I loved my old dentist, so the bar was set high. Dr. Douglas A. Rust is a Portland native, and he went to Portland State University to get his undergraduate degree in 1973. He also graduated from Oregon Health and Science University Dental School in 1980. Dr. Rust is in his fourth decade of caring for patients in the Beaverton and Southwest Portland area. He always continues his education as a dentist, and to stays up-to-date on the latest in oral health. In his youth, Dr. Rust wanted to be a dentist because he loved helping people, and he wanted to make a career out of it. At OHSU, he was privileged to work with exceptional teachers and mentors who stressed the importance of careful service, and also excellence in dentistry.

As a general dentist, Dr. Rust practices a wide variety of dental procedures and techniques that lets him serve a huge range of patient needs. He offers a number of services, both the typical and the specialized: fillings, crowns, root canals, bridges, surgical extractions, etc., but Dr. Rust tries to escape old, aged methods as much as possible. Especially, he tries to stay abreast of modern advances and training that allows him to always provide great service across the range of patient needs hes presented with.

Early in his career, he became certified in straight-wire orthodontics and also has kept up with the latest advances in Invisalign and ClearCorrect technology. Embracing new technology, he moved away from straight-wire treatments and has done well over 300 cases of Invisalign.

Dr. Rusts favorite thing about his job is that he gets to help people take care of themselves. If someone comes in with a chipped tooth, he repairs it. If someone comes in with a toothache, he gets to take care of it. When he comes into the office every day, he has the opportunity to help people improve their smiles and improve their health. Hes excited by the prospect of improving technology in the dental industry, particularly the use of lasers.

Dana has worked with Dr. Rust for 10 years, at Paradigm Dental of Beaverton for 5 of those years. Shes an Oregon native, with an assisting degree from Pacific Community College.Dana loves athletic activities including Pilates and Barre, but she mostly loves spending time with her family by traveling to Bend on the weekends, road trips, and enjoying the amazing Oregon weather. Dana loves Dr. Rusts sense of humor, and, amazingly, Dana stands at about 10 ft. tall!

Erin moved to Oregon 2 years ago from Colorado, and her #1 hobby is exploring the beautiful State of Oregon. Hiking and paddling in her and her husbands new Red Canoe, Journey. Erin recently adopted Beau from the Oregon Humane Society, and between her and her husband, they share six (yes, 6) children and thirteen grandchildren! Erin says she loves that Dr. Rust is always on the cutting edge of technology and that he is an amazing teacher for patients.
