I've been a patient here for 10 years and I'm really sadden to see the office close permanently. I pray I find a dentist office that will take care of my dental needs the way this staff has done the whole 10 years I was a patient here. I wish you the best on your endeavors! If you have another dentist office to refer me to please let me know. Thank you for all that you've done from the professionalism to the awesome dental work. You all will be missed

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I absolutely loved my dental visit! I walked away feeling informed and motivated. From the beginning, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the two ladies at the front desk. They were very pleasant and the awesome experience did not stop there. Within a few minutes, I was escorted to the back by TYE (the dental assistant, soon to be dental hygienist). She is absolutely the best that I have ever encountered. Her level of professionalism, yet slight personal approach & southern charm was extremely calming. I am not a person that like the dentist and my X-rays proved it lol. Any who, TYE made me feel like I was a part of the Paradigm Dental family. The level of excellence reached its peak when Dr. Rosenthal entered the room. She explained the health of my teeth and the dental terms so commonly that I felt like I went to dental school for a second. I have been using those terms since lol. Dr. Rosenthal even put my x-rays on the screen and provided visual clarity as to why I needed additional dental work done. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE! I LOVED EVERY BIT OF MY EXPERIENCE! I am actually excited about my next visit! Weird? I know, but it's true.

Where do I start, the service is phenomenal from the dentist to the employees! I love it! I'm so happy to have this dental center as my home this was my first time going and definitely would not be my last! Yall gotta go check them out!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Their services are high-quality. I had to wait a little longer for my exam due to a staff shortage that morning, but I was given a gift card for my patience. It's the little things! Will be recommending to others.

This was my first visit and it was a pleasant experience. All of the staff are extraordinary and kind, service with a smile. Dr. Rosenthal is excellent. She's gentle and thorough. I love the atmosphere, TV even in the dental service rooms. My previous dentist where I had been a patient for over 20 years, though nice, was not the warm, inviting environment that Paradigm has.

The customer service was good from the beginning too the end of my visit. This was my first time being seen. My appointment was at 1:30, was gone before 2:00! The dentist was very nice and her bedside manner was on point. I didn't feel no pain. She pulled the tooth so fast! I hope my experience will be the same every visit, I would love to be a continued patient and do recommend paradigm dental to family and friends!

Today was my first visit to this practice. I was impressed from start to finish. The staff all wore masks, had their seating arranged 6 ft apart and your temp was taken upon arrival. The staff was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Dr Rosenthal was the "topping" so to speak to the entire experience. She was kind, understanding and a great dentist (I've had a few). She listened to my concerns and didn't give me that rushed I have other patients to see feeling. Again I was pleased from start to finish. I was about to exit when one of the receptionist gave me the usual dentist "goodie" bag smiled and warmly said, "Welcome home!" I totally agree
