My husband and I have been going to Paquette for years and have found the dentists and staff to be warm and knowledgeable. Last week, I took our toddler to them for the first time and was blown away by how the hygienist Karen made the visit into a game of pressing buttons and winning prizes. She is a pro! My worried little guy left believing the dentist is a blast.

This is a great practice. Doc Dave is the best. I know the real deal as a Medical Person and have dealt with second rate dental people. They are the best at what they do and have personally saved me problems when I was going through a serious medical procedure. The office staff is top notch and is always there to help. Dr. David and Dr. Nicole are both gentle dentists. I have anxiety about dental work and they are always very accommodating and calming when I'm there. Never pressure you to have more done than what is needed. Trustworthy!

I've been going to Paquette Family Dental for 40 years because they're amazing. Everything they do is kind, considerate and thorough. They walk you through every step of every process, make sure you're feeling okay about it and only then do they proceed. It's amazing how well they manage the natural anxiety people have around going to the dentist and I'm one of the worst. I had to go to some other dentists while I was in college or living in other parts of the country and it felt like a cruel joke. Paquette Family Dental was so much better than everyone else and I love the building they're in. It has an open flow to the layout so you don't have to feel cooped up in a little room, but it's still private. The waiting area is all dark woods and feels like you're in the Great Gatsby. It's super nice, but they get you in so quickly that you barely have time to enjoy it! From the office staff to the hygienists to the dentists themselves, in 40 years I've never had a single bad visit or a single complaint. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

I can't say enough about the excellent care I receive at Paquette Family Dental. I've been a patient for about a decade now and everything about my experience with them has been superb. I don't know if I've ever taken the time to write a google review before but they are outstanding and I feel so well taken care of! Thank you Paquette Family Dental!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the least professional dentist I have ever encountered. They had consistently cancelled my scheduled appointments. I was forced to find a new dentist, in order to receive the dental care I need. I called to have my x-rays sent over to my new dentist. I arrived for my first visit at my new dentist and Paquette had never sent the x-rays. They "claimed" I did not sign a release form, which I had. I then, while in the office at my new dentist, completed another release form. Paquette said, they would fax my x-rays over right then, to which they never did. I received a call today from my new dentist, still working to obtain my x-rays from Paquette, only to have Paquette tell the new practice that I never had x-rays done, I had an appointment in 2016 which I was a no-show (they were not even my dentist in 2016). I am disheartened by the blatant lies and lack of follow through on Paquette's half. I went through a full set of x-rays with Paquette in 2020 and had 2 appointments scheduled for this June of 2022. I kept the appointments in case I could not find a new dentist before then, and have since given them the courtesy of cancelling. Paquette has too many patients, not enough staff and why lie about a patients history. That is just wrong. I do not recommend this dental practice and suggest they stop taking on new patients when they cannot care for the ones they have.

OMG!! I cannot say enough about the Paquette Family Dentist. I haven't been in the office in 2yrs because of many Covid issues. Well yesterday I chipped my front tooth and my initial appointment wasn't going to be until July. Doctor Alex took me in the next day! Her and her assistant Canella (probably spelled it wrong lol) were my Angels for the day!!! You ladies are absolutely remarkable; you made me a new Queen today. My teeth look AWESOME! I have a fear of the Dentist and you two calmed me down. Dr. Dave in the past has helped me with my fears; even called me personally to talk with me and expressed his condolences. The team sent us a sympathy card when my husband's father passed away. I Love my Paquette Family Dentist. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Love, Marcia & Ricky Coston

Horrible! After 27 years of coming here I've had to find a new dentist. They screw up appointments, overcharge their customers, blame the customers for their mistakes! The daughter and son of the original owner now run the practice. They've ruined the honest business their dad built up.

They canceled my appointment after I showed up and charged me $100.00. When I questioned why they said you already signed the paper.. You guys never did anything for me during my "appointment" and still charged me..

I am new to the practice. I had to switch dentists because our family moved. From the first time I called to register as a new patient, the receptionists were very friendly and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them (something I don't come across often). Had my first cleaning and I love it! My dental hygienist was so friendly and really took the time to chat about dental history. The doctor was equally nice and I felt very welcomed. I left feeling very happy with the decision I made to go to them. Can't wait to have my whole family on board!

I switched to Paquette because they got me in on an emergency visit as a new patient 2 years ago, and now my family goes. However, I had to reschedule on the day of a cleaning appt for myself and was charged $50 for canceling the day of. I had an appointment booked yesterday and THEY CALLED TO cancel 2 hours before the appointment time to reschedule for the next day. Not sure how I can be charged $50 and they are able to do the same exact thing and no credit. Doesnt want to make me continue my 30 min commute to the dentist.

Great Dentist, caring, understanding, and most of all they care about you and ur teeth. The employees are so sweet. The prices are good . Just go it's worth it

I took my teeth there one day and they cleaned them all. The office staff is very friendly and helpful when scheduling appointments. I've had to call to confirm my appointment many times and they are always ready to help me with my schedule. The Dentists I've seen there are very good and have helped me and the whole family with our dental issues.
