Horrible customer service, try to always reschedule my appointments because I had state insurance and was grandfather in because I went there as a kid. Horrible practice !

Our family is lucky to have such a great dentist around the corner from our house, We only left our previous dentist We had been with for years because We moved away, and they moved to Wilbraham. We were lucky to find Dr. Pappas, also, Dr. Pappas' staff is very polite & professional. Thank you.

I've been seeing Dr. Pappas (Theo) for years. He's the warmest, happiest and most competent dentist I've ever had. His whole staff is too. They're friendly, warm but always professional. He seems genuinely happy when your teeth are fine and no work is needed. And he's equally compassionate and gentle when they do. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional. Dr. Pappas said I don't have any cavities. In my next cleaning he told me I have one. He said it's really big and that it might need a Root canal and crown. So I wasn't happy. My quote was printed on paper and folded he can in and basically said here. Upon dismissal my hyg and the receptionist yelled back and forth while the hyg started over turning her room about my next visit. "Oh what's her next visit?" Hyg. " filling. A big one. On #14." I couldn't believe it!!!! I am a dental assistant myself (they don't know) and that was a BIG HIPPA VIOLATION. Great story to tell back at the office! Always write pt Next Visit on route slip. I work at one of the top dental office in west hart. I could of just had my cleaning in my own office but dr. Pappas Was just closer... but never again! It's about money here.

Ok so I've had some bad experiences with some dentists so I'm already on the offense when it comes to meeting a new one. This office was amazing and Dr. Theo was so relaxed and informative made me comfortable right away. I'm so happy I found this place. It's a bit of a drive for me but we'll worth it. I want to add the dental hygienist was awesome as well. Extremely thorough and explained everything step by step. For a person that gets anxious at the dentist this was great for easing any worry. You won't regret coming here.

This office was amazing and Dr. Theo was so relaxed and informative made me comfortable right away. I'm so happy I found this place. It's a bit of a drive for me but we'll worth it. For many years I have hated going to the dentist. I have never had a good experience until I've been going to Pappas Family Dentistry! All the girls that work there are fantastic and make me feel so comfortable. They are all like one big family! Dr. Theo is amazing at what he does and it's actually enjoyable going to the dentist. Over the past couple months he has done so much work to my teeth and I wasn't even hesitant to go and see him when I had an appointment. I've never been to a dentist that made me feel more welcome than Pappas Family Dentistry! Thank you for all your hard work and great hospitality!

They are a fantastic office, everyone is friendly. They help you find solutions to take care of costs and awesome work! A previous dentist had jacked up some of my teeth, now they never looked better!
