Dr. Papillon grew up in Haiti and moved to the United States as a teenager. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Alma College in 1994, and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan's School of Dentistry in 1998. Dr. Papillon's desire to serve led him to do his residency at the New Orleans Veteran's Hospital.
Dr. Papillon has completed extensive training in endodontics and restorative dentistry. Most notably, he is a premier provider of Invisalign. Dr. Papillon has also completed advanced training in neuromuscular and cosmetic dentistry at the Las Vegas Institute where he received extensive training in cosmetic, aesthetic dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation. In addition, he has completed extensive training in implant dentistry with the world renown Shatkins First Institute. He is a proud member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Papillon Dental Care (PDC) is a small, family-owned business that opened its doors on July 14, 2003 as a modern, general dental practice. PDC was built from the bottom up, with a solid foundation of family dentistry combined with streamlined, paperless administration to give you the authentic and efficient care you desire. Today, PDC offers a wide range of dental services from a single crown to full mouth reconstructive dental services.
Unlike the current trend towards large, high-volume, corporate-owned dental practices, PDC takes great pride in the reputation it has built over the years for providing personalized, high quality dental care. Our staff is fun, diverse, and committed, bringing with them a wide range of diverse experience in the dental industry.Our longest standing employee has been with us for over a decade now and several have been with PDC for almost as long. Many are multilingual, enabling us to serve patients in French, Spanish, Haitian Creole and English. Together this strong team has enabled PDC to be the high-performing practice it is.

it is safe to say Dr. Pappillon is the King of dentistry!! Skillful, smart as a whip, honest and comforting! I have no reservations when I say others need to take notes. Supporting staff is excellent!

Dr. Papillon and his staff are hands down the most professional and proficient dental group in the DMV area. I've personally been a patient of Drs. Papillon and Francois for 7 years and their expertise and follow through has not only been consistent but all the more refined; which shows their dedication and care for their craft. I recently had an extensive dental job completed with the replacement of 5 crowns, yes FIVE, and Dr. Papillon was so diligent in getting the accuracy of my case done seamlessly which produced a flawless outcome. Aesthetically my smile looks great and noticeably improved but the functionality of my renewed bite is worth this review alone. I always highly recommend my friends and family to this dental practice and hopefully this review will help someone discover a great dentist like I have.

Just had my appointment here today. Front desk has excellent customer service, very friendly staff. The hygienist was kind and friendly. Dr. Papillon was also, very welcoming and friendly, he explained to me the procedure that needed to be done and listened to what my concern was. I will definitely, be back And will be bringing my family here as well. Great office!!!

Dr. Felix Papillon is awesome! I was referred to him for cosmetic dentistry. I wanted to get veneers. I was worried because it's a serious and permanent procedure. The result is gorgeous! I absolutely love my new smile. Dr. Papillon took the time to listen to my concerns to create the look I wanted to achieve! His office and staff are kind and professional as well. I recommend Papillon Dental Care to everyone.

I have been a patient here since 2006 and it has personally been a wonderful experience. A few years ago, I moved and attempted to find a Dentist closer to my home. However, after several visits at several different offices I realized that the commute to see Dr. Papillon and his staff is worth every second. The front office staff is always very welcoming... the Hygienist cleans your teeth like his life depends on it :)... the office is always very clean and comfortable and the best part is how knowledgeable and kind Dr. Papillon is! I have now referred almost 20 friends and family members here so I figured I would also do my part and leave a review here for anyone who is considering this office. You won't be disappointed!

I have been a patient of Dr. Papillon since 2016 and they have been nothing short of amazing. During my first visit at the office, I cried in fear as I knew that I had a lot of work to be done but that did not bother Dr. Papillon at all. He held my hand & passed me tissues as he assured me that he was going to take this journey with me. 5 years later, he has not let me down. Their professionalism, empathy and the overall ambiance of the office allowed me to conquer my fear of going to the dentist. They treat you like family and ensure you're comfortable before every visit creating a 5 star experience and I will always be a patient here. I also want to give special thanks to Ms. Judith, Ms. Whitney, Dr. Francois but most of all Dr. Papillon; I will forever be grateful for you, you are changing lives.

Previous review has been retracted. After speaking with Dr. Papillon I want to change my review. The 1 incident had me upset and I posted the review hastily. I have been a patient there for a number of years and the service has been exemplary. I called as a new patient and the reception I received from Aygen was very pleasant and professional. That means a lot when you are looking for services. I apologize to Dr. Papillon for the review posted in haste.

Over the past 50 years I have been treated by and consulted with more than 20 different dentist and orthodontist. After years of good services, bad services, and horrible services, I must say that Dr. Felix Papillon has proven to be by far, the best dentist I have had. For many years, I had accepted to live with a childhood orthodontic imperfection. Upon my first visit with Dr. Papillon for routine care, he immediately identified how he could correct my imperfection. I hesitated in doubt for almost 2 years before I finally agreed to let him start Invisalign treatment. In a little more than one year, my lifelong imperfection was perfect!!! I highly recommend Dr. Felix Papillon and his team at Papillon Dental Care.

I attended this dental office and I was ok with the service but then I went to set an appointment.for my friend and we made the appointment online. It let us select a day and time which Saturday works because he works long hours weekly. So we get no follow up call so I call them today the answering service picks up or a rep who was like oh the 9am is not available, I'm like how is that possible when you're in the system telling me you see the request. Then she says we were closed we received this 24 hours ago. Well online I made this appointment on a Tuesday it's Friday and it let me make the appointment but you're telling me it's not available and no appointments are and your office never called to confirm here it is Friday evening will be taking my business elsewhere this is no way to do people

You will not find a better group of dentists (trust me, I've tried). This, coming from a previous odontophobia (someone with an extreme fear of going to the dentist). I don't recall having anxiety issues as a child. They all began to develop as a young adult, while experiencing every cold-hearted dentist in the DMV area. Until one day, a friend asked me to pick them up from their dentist's office and my life changed from there. My first friendly flag flew when I noticed how personable the owner of the practice was towards his patients. I know nice but this was more than nice... it was personable. He knew them. I liked it and that got me to schedule my first appointment. With the exception of one hygienist, every single experience I've had in this office was exceptional! I have never experienced the level of compassion from any other place. if you're searching or you can't give the same review about your dentist, CHECK 'EM OUT. You'll thank me later.

I have been a loyal and faithful client for "umpteen" years!!! Absolutely love Dr. Papillon and his amazing professional and courteous dental staff and associates. I always look forward to visiting Papillon Dental Care. Just yesterday, Antoine (hygienist) too exceptional care of me. OMGoodness, I was so elated with his professional, gentle and courteous care of me. He truly "knocked the ball out 'da park" as far as I am concerned. Proudly and Highly recommend Papillon Dental Care for all of your dental services. They are #1 in my book!!!!
