First time going here, every staff member was so friendly and want to do the best for you. They answered all the questions I had and made me feel like part of their family. I've been looking for a place for a while now and I'm very happy that I found this place.

My tooth split in half and they were so understanding and professional. They fixed my tooth beautifully, the front staff got me in a day early, and the whole experience was comfortable.

I am so upset, I called to get an estimate on how much it would cost to replace the o-rings in my denture. The receptionist then went and asked the person that does the pricing how much they would cost and they told me anywhere from $75 to $80 for all five o-rings. So I made an appointment and went in today. When I got there they changed the price from $15 a piece that they quoted me over the phone to $50 a piece. When I got upset that they had changed the price so drastically they said they would honor the price they gave me over the phone so I said okay then go ahead and change all five o rings. And they said no, we can't do that we will honor the price but we will only change three of them at $25 a piece. So the price kept changing. Then on top of that they wanted to charge me $95 for an office visit when they never even mentioned that they were going to charge me for a consultation. I recently had to change dentists because my other dentist had retired but he was charging me $10 each which is what the lab charged him. So I know that these do not cost very much to make. I really don't know how these people sleep with themselves at night as they are price gouging senior citizens on fixed incomes. Outrageous behavior from someone that's supposed to be in the medical professional. I suggest you stay away and find someone else.

I was very nervous when I went in to the office. Everyone there was patient, calm, , helpful, and made me feel at ease. I left feeling that I had "found my new dentist office". I would highly recommend them to anyone that is scared of the dentist !

Just relocated to Papillion and hadn't yet found a new dentist. I had a filling that fell out and was in terrible pain. I made a phone call and within 30 minutes was in the chair being taken care of. Everyone was extremely pleasant, helpful and overwhelming nice. Long story short, we have found our new family dentist!

I lost a filling and I called later in the day on a Friday. They returned my call first thing Monday morning, got me in by 9:30am., and replaced my feeling. Very fast, friendly and professional. Thank you Papillion Dental Care!!!

I am always ready to go in for check up and cleaning. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean. They do a great job with my dental care and I am seen quickly! No waiting room wait!!

I have never had a permanent dentist and I've had cleanings sporadically over the years so I have been afraid of the judgment so I hadn't been in years. Then my molar cracked so I had no choice and by pure luck, I found this lovely practice! They had me in a temporary crown the NEXT day and then I ended up getting a cleaning with Alyssa who was wonderful! And Dr Palmer is SO great! So happy to have found my permanent dentist

WORST DENTAL PLACE EVER!!! I ok my kid there to have a tooth pulled and the ignorant person bumped a FRONT permanent tooth so bad it fell out. I do not believe this place is qualified bc that should be an easy procedure. I should go back but if they knock a permanent tooth lose when pulling out another geez who knows what will happen if they have a difficult really serious procedure. I like my teeth and want to keep them. If you want to keep your teeth and like them. I suggest finding a better place bc "they did this to my TEEN DAUGHTER."
