This is complicated but since you asked. Papania was good, most of the issues have are of my own making but let's give it a go. Apparently I'm limited on the number of words I can use so nevermind... I'll just say this, I feel like this was the dumbest decisions I ever made. I should have gotten a loan or whatever bc as I sit here totally toothless bc I can't put in dentures until swelling goes down my depression deepens by the minute. I pray they fit when the swelling does go down...... I should have explored my options more thoroughly... out of words..good luck to all... My bottom denture keeps falling out for no reason in mid sentence. I about to call and ask for an adjustment. I'll let you know how this goes.

I have been coming to this office for about 2 years now, and I had to have extensive work done because of my sugar addiction... lots of fillings and a few extractions. Plus, I am a nervous wreck when it comes to having to go to the dentist. Nonetheless, my dentist Dr. Amy is always sweet and makes sure you're comfortable and you don't feel anything. Today, I had an extraction and a filling and Dr. Amy was out and I was unaware until I got there, I was nervous because I've never had anyone else work on my mouth before. Dr. Rose filled in for her and not only did she do a great job, she was just as nice and accommodating as Dr. Amy! I always have a great experience and I will continue to recommend this office and all the staff to anyone I know!

I had a tooth pulled on 10-03-22 Dr. Rose was awesome I'm usually worried about going to the dentist but she gave me Novocaine without it hurting and had the tooth out in 15 minutes. I can actually say I had a good experience with Papania Dentistry and the staff was nice to.

Dr Peterson did my dental work and made me feel at ease about getting dentures. I have gone in for adjustments twice and he has been super nice and assured me that if I need to come in for more to just give them a call. Everyone e that works there is super nice and friendly.

Papania Dentist Tried to get established as a new patient. Walked in the office and was told my insurance does not have a dental plan. Went home and called my insurance two times to confirm dental is included. Called the dentist office again, they said i don't have dental insurance, won't check any further, claimed they are not in network (I confirmed with insurance that they are, both insurance website and on the phone), and just gave up. Either they don't want two new patients with insurance, don't or won't use their insurance system, or some combination of all these. They contradicted everything I was told by the insurance customer service, twice. How do they get/keep their good rating with this attitude and business practice?

*I generally don't use Google for anything bc they're communists but I'll do it for these guys. Not only was Papania professional and courteous, they were kind and compassionate to an old geezer (me) who is broken beyond repair. The reason I only gave them 4 out of 5 was because I wish they would have counseled me more about what I was doing before I went ahead with the procedure... I had periodontal disease and had a total of 19 teeth pulled. I deeply regret having this procedure done, in fact it is one of the dumbest things I've done in recent memory. I should have kept the cash and either ridden it out with the bad teeth or added the cash I spent to more cash and repaired as many teeth as possible. I know that I didn't force papania to do anything, I just wish I would have been given a better understanding of how profound of an affect this procedure may have on me bc I'm already looking at ways to aquire the many dollars permanent teeth will cost. If I could go back in time I would tell myself don't do it.

We were in town visiting for the week when my Mom needed some attention for an emergency. She had some complications with her Bridge. The Staff at Papania Dentistry came to her rescue and had her smiling again in no time. They worked her in despite being ever so busy. You guys Rock! Thanks again.

Everything went good I mean amazing!!!! Dr.Peterson real cool laid back fella will explain everything what he about to do before he start and his dental assistant's/ staff were very helpful thru ever appointment I came to. The whole staffing was very nice and caring. Making sure I was comfortable thru the whole process. The office is very clean from the time you enter to the time you leave. I recommend to anyone who is looking to experience AMAZING quality dental care this the place to go to! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! I promise you that. I'll see y'all in October for my cleaning. I wish I can give y'all 10 stars instead of 5.... I pray this business keep going up. The sky is the LIMIT!! Ps. Dr.Peterson make sure you eat...lol cause your stomach was singing to you.. FEED ME FEED ME!!! Lol

I was really nervous when I went from my appointment but the staff and Dr made me feel so comfortable that I was immediately relaxed I look forward to getting my dental work done with Dr Jason

I did not have a long wait to see the doctor. They have me a treatment plan and worked around my schedule. Very friendly and courteous.

I have to say thank you so much to Ms.Holly she is AMAZING!!! Everyone is so nice and I actually had a good experience at papania dentistry and would definitely recommend them!!! They have went above and beyond for me and couldn't be more happy.
