Upon graduation Dr. Papandreas headed to the University of Illinois School of Engineering, ranked consistently as one of the top programs in the country. There he earned a combined degree in mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering. He was presented with the James F. Lincoln Arc Welding Award for Outstanding Achievement in Academic Engineering Research, awarded membership in the Gamma Epsilon Engineering Honors Fraternity, and consistently made the Engineering Deans List.
With a hope of blending a technical background with healthcare, Dr. Papandreas continued his education at Loyola University School of Dentistry, known as a leader nationally in clinical dentistry. He ranked #1 academically in his dental class for four consecutive years. In addition to the honor of Summa Cum Laude, he was awarded the Frank M. Amaturo Award for Highest GPA Omicron Kappa Upsilon Fraternity, the Department of Dental Materials Scholastic Award, the Chicago Auxiliary Dental Society Scholarship Award for Highest Academic Achievement, and the Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society Award for Academic Excellence. A specialty degree in orthodontics at Baylor University in Dallas became the obvious union of engineering and dental backgrounds. Specialty Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics requires the pursuit of excellence not only in the human sciences but in the mechanical sciences as well.
Dr. Papandreas is the founder and director of the Ohio Academy of Interdisciplinary and Dentofacial Therapy (OAIDT), a member-led professional cooperative education organization. OAIDT advances the scope of total patient care through advanced learning, shared knowledge, and interdisciplinary study and techniques. Member doctors come from area general and specialty practices across the dental and medical spectrum. They meet monthly to exchange ideas, demonstrate new methods of care delivery, and hear state-of-the-art presentations from national and world-renown speakers. Dr. Papandras is also the founder of Northeast Ohios Smile for a Lifetime Foundation which gives disadvantaged children an opportunity for free orthodontic care.

Betsy brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to our office. As our Financial Coordinator she is eager to spend one-on-one time answering your questions and making each of our patients and their families feel at ease. She has been an integral part of the Papandreas Orthodontics team since 2003.
Betsy truly enjoys making everyone feel welcome and always goes the extra mile for our patients. Betsy believes that our goal of Spectacular Smiles, Superior Service begins the moment you step through our doors. Her professionalism and empathy allow us to provide the highest quality of care to our patients and their families.
Kristine joined the Papandreas Orthodontics team in 2009. She is a graduate of the dental assisting and radiology program at Cuyahoga Community College. As our Clinic Administrator and senior chair-side assistant she makes certain that you are comfortable, informed and engaged throughout your treatment process.
Kristine combines her orthodontic knowledge and skill with warmth and quick wit to instantly put our patients at ease. She relishes the opportunity to get to know our practice families and be a part of their lives. Her focus on empowering confident smiles and increased self-esteem is at the heart of our mission to provide the highest level of specialty Orthodontics for each of our patients within a caring environment!
I realized I was interested in dentistry when at 9 years old I started going to work with my Aunt who was in the profession. The patients needed her help and they did everything as a team, always finishing with a smile on their face. This was my inspiration!
I went to school at North Royalton High School and with hard work was able to study dentistry at Cuyahoga Valley Career Center. The center had an amazing teacher who lead me to an amazing orthodontic practice. What I love most about being at Papandreas Orthodontics is the ability to see the progress of spectacular smiles while visiting with my patients at the chair. Outside of the office I love being outside and enjoying nature!
My interest in dentistry started 7 years ago, when I was a patient of Dr. Papandreas! His aligner treatment gave me confidence Ive never had. What I love most about being a part of the Papandreas Orthodontics team is seeing patients reactions right after their removals.
Its been the biggest pleasure to see patients who were just like me, struggling with their smile, come out in the end happy and confident. When Im out of the office, I enjoy spending time with my 2 young daughters, & my dog. I also love nurturing my house plants, watching Marvel movies, listening to music and spending weekends with family & friends!
I live in Chippewa Lake, Ohio. When Im not at work I love to be with friends, family, and my pets. I also love going to Edgewater Beach when its nice out. My favorite time of the year is Fall because of Halloween.

I can not be happier with my experience! If you are thinking about getting Invisalign, go through Dr. Papandreas! He and his staff are very professional and a pleasure to work with! I smile a lot and would get really self conscious of the spaces in my teeth. I wanted to keep my front gap but close up the rest of the spaces that I had. Dr. Papandreas customized my retainers to give me the results I was looking for. I am so excited to smile now and I can not believe how quick and convenient the process was!! Thank you!!

We have had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Papandreas and his kind and knowledgeable staff. Our daughter completed her Invisalign program in just 11 months! This included weekly scans via a phone app and just a few "in person" appointments, which worked beautifully with our busy schedules. Our daughter's teeth are perfectly straight and she now has her beautiful smile! We couldn't be happier! Thank you!

I highly recommend Dr P and his entire staff. The entire process of My Invisalign has been a great experience. They are very thorough in explaining every step of the way what you will experience. All of the dental assistants are so experienced and great at what they do. Their technology is so advanced ~ it's very impressive~ Betsy was thorough explaining finance options. Reception does a great job with appointments and communication. You never wait for anything ~ they are on top of it all. Dr p is the best at what he does. You will not find a better, more experienced, kind, caring and top notch orthodontist any where. He's the very best

Dr. Papandreas and his team were transparent and supportive during my journey. From the beginning, I met with the Dr. and he reviewed his treatment goals for me, allowing me to ask additional questions before the process began, thereby easing my initial concerns. His team were upfront about the cost, no hidden fees, and was genuinely supportive as my weekly check-ins progressed. Weekly check-ins were easy to do from home and I never missed an office visit because emails, text reminders, and sometimes calls from his staff kept me on track. The important thing is that the Dr. was honest about his approach and the assessment of my teeth throughout my journey. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Amazing practice. They offer payment plans that make achieving a beautiful smile affordable for anyone. They were very thorough in explaining procedures and instructions along the way and were always ready to answer any questions that I may have. My daughter's teeth changed dramatically in less than a year with a great treatment plan. Highly recommend.

Dr. P. and his staff made the Invisalign process easy for my daughter... from the friendly, knowledgeable in office visits to the convenient weekly scans from home. This is our third orthodontic experience with Dr. P and staff- my older daughter, myself, and my younger daughter all have brighter, straighter smiles now thanks to the team!

I was very pleased with Dr. Papandreas and his team at this location as well. Not too far away and hours are perfect with kids in school. Shout out to Betsy as well for always taking the time to explain payments etc.. Everyone is just so nice. Love the contests and the environment even a video game. Kids are given incentives and the check in system is ideal at this time! I was very happy with my daughter's results with her Invisalign!

Shyanne was very kind. She retook my son's panoramic x ray. She explained the different imaging approaches rather than call it just X -ray! I appreciate her explaining the type of x ray my son is getting.

Dr. P. and his staff are great! My daughter is at the end stage of her treatment now and the results are amazing, her smile is absolutely gorgeous! His office offers financing/payment plans which were very helpful to us as well. Highly recommend! If you're thinking about Invisalign, this is the place to go!!

If you're an adult considering *finally* fixing your teeth, Dr Papandreas is your guy. Whether you choose traditional braces or Invisalign, he works magic. I recently had my Invisalign aligners removed, and looked at my "before" pics. I couldn't believe the transformation. He created a perfect smile. I couldn't be more pleased. On a side note: Dr P has incredible bedside manner. He and his staff will make you feel comfortable. Don't put it off; you'll be so glad you finally did it.
