As a child, Dr. Papageorgiou really looked up to her childhood dentist, who was also a close friend of the family. All of the time she spent in the womans dental office was pleasant and memorable. As a result, she always thought of dentistry in a positive light and when it came time to choose her own career, those early experiences led her down a path that shes still happily on today.
Dr. Papageorgiou achieved her dental doctorate at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. She then completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Over the years, she has been regularly honored by academia, receiving awards like:
After coming to Massachusetts, Dr. Papageorgiou taught many dental students about crown and bridgework at Boston University and also served as the dental director of the South Boston Health Center. Today, she has been a practicing dentist for over two full decades! She still regularly attends continuing education courses from highly regarded institutions like Spears Education and the Pankey Institute. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Metropolitan District Dental Society, and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
Dr. Papageorgiou is happily married to Demetrios, and they have multiple children, the oldest of whom is heading to college. When it comes to hobbies, you can usually find her reading anything she get her hands on (especially biology-related books), volunteering at her kids school, playing tennis, running, biking, and gardening.
Originally from India, Dr. Medha Singh earned her Bachelor in Dental Surgery degree from Government Dental College in India. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, Certificate of Advanced Education Program in Periodontology and Master of Science (MS) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She then completed a training in Oral Implantology at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Harvard University.
Dr. Singh is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and an Academic Fellow of the American Academy of Oral Medicine as well as the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation. Dr. Singh has served on the faculty at both Tufts and Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Singh has served as the Chair of the Periodontics section of American Dental Education Association. She has also served as a scientific group and network officer of the International Association for Dental Research.

Everyone in this office is wonderful! The cleaning was thorough, yet gentle. The front office is super friendly and helpful. And, Dr. Papageorgiou has a lovely demeanor and I have full confidence in her.

I am not the easiest patient to have in the chair for a variety of reasons, but as always, Dr. Papageorgiou and Nicole made me feel very comfortable, answered my many questions, and were as friendly as could be. The cleaning was thorough and not rushed at all.

Dr. P and her team are amazing! I feel comfortable and well-cared for the entire time. They are always supportive and helpful - never critical or shaming. All staff are incredibly friendly and attentive to any questions I have. This is, without exaggeration, the best experiences I've had with dental care.

The pros in this dental office are friendly and very competent. Dr. PapaG explains things very well, and she isn't pushy about new procedures. She'll give you the straight scoop. Since switching to this office years ago, I feel like my dental health is being much better maintained.

One more time, this was a very pleasant visit to the dentist! Treated with ultimate care, respect by both the dentist, Dr Papageorgiou, and the hygienist, Nicole. Everything was explained in a clear and understandable way. I experience no pain or even discomfort. Looking forward to my next dental appointment!

I recently had my annual examination and cleaning with Dr. Papageorgiou and Mary, the dental hygienist. Mary is just the nicest person you'll ever meet and she does a great job on my teeth. In addition to the cleaning, she measured the pockets between my teeth and gums. Dr. Papageorgiou also did a very thorough exam of my teeth, mouth, and gums. I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Papageorgiou is by far the greatest dentist I have ever visited. She is EXTREMELY gentle, very kind and understanding. My favorite thing about her is that she does not judge you in any way at all. The office is state-of-the-art. Tempur-pedic chairs, tv's, headphones.... they really go out of their way to make you comfortable. I wish I could give 6 stars!

This was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist! I had my first ever cavities and I was really scared, but the team was so nice and gentle with me, I didn't have even one moment of pain. I won't go anywhere else now :)

I've been a patient of Dr. Papageorgiou for more than 5 years. During these years I always had great experience and improved my dental health (and when I was talking on Skype to my friend in Europe, she commented: "You have beautiful teeth"). Dr. Papageorgiou and her staff are always professional, caring, attentive and explain different options clearly. I can honestly say I look forward to my dental appointments.
