Travis Howard, DDS, grew up outside Topeka, Kansas and attended Kansas State University, where he received a bachelors degree in nutritional sciences. He completed his education at UMKC School of Dentistry, located near downtown Kansas City, in 2008 and received his DDS. He began practicing in Paola in 2012 and has committed himself to providing great dental experiences for the people of Paola and surrounding areas.

Dr. Howard believes that providing his patients with exceptional care requires a commitment to the latest technologies and techniques. Paola Family Dentistry utilizes digital X-rays, high-definition photography, and digital impression systems to provide safe, accurate, and quality treatment for our patients. The approach for each dental procedure you might require utilizes modern equipment and systems. Dr. Howard has attended several courses at the Spear Education Center for Continuing Education as well as frequent online courses, and he participates in a local study club.

Dr. Howard feels that educating patients about their oral health is of the utmost importance. Helping to give you the knowledge and tools to keep your mouth healthy can have a major effect on your overall health. From your toothbrush to your diet, Dr. Howard and his team want to help you achieve the level of care and health you desire. When he is not working, Dr. Howard enjoys spending time with his family, wife Jenni, sons Tate andHanes, and daughter Sutton. He loves the outdoors and has been an avid hunter and fisherman in the state of Kansas his entire life. His other interests include boating, travel, and following the local sports teams.

Originally from Paola, Alyssa enjoys continuing to serve her hometowns community and residents. She obtained bachelors and masters degrees from Baker University, where she was captain of the dance team and earned two national titles. She enjoys learning more about dentistry every day, and loves tackling challenges that come her way. When shes not in the office, shes a dog mamma to her sweet Lily. Theyve been two peas in a pod for 12 years and go everywhere together. She adores spending time with her family and friends, trying new things, and meeting new faces. Alyssa is passionate about making people laugh, and her silly personality has been enriching our office since 2021. Making patients smile and enjoy their time in the dental office is Alyssas favorite part of her job! She is excited to make you feelat home here at Paola Family Dentistry!

Meeting new people from all walks of life is one of Jades favorite parts of being a dental hygienist. After getting married and graduating from the dental hygiene program at Johnson Co. Community College, she and her husband moved to the area. Although she has lived in four different states, she plans on calling Kansas her long-term home. Shes been with Paola Family Dentistry since shortly after graduating dental hygiene school in 2019, and when shes not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Aaron and their dog Haddie. She is excited to help you love your smile!

Upholding the family-oriented atmosphere at Paola Family Dentistry is extremely important to Amy, who joined our team in 2021. She has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 30 years and is very passionate about her career. She loves working closely with her patients to help them achieve and maintain good oral health. Outside of her successful career, Amy is on a cancer survivors Dragon Boat racing team called KC Pink Warriors. She enjoys showing miniature horses with her mom and has two adult children she is very proud of. Amy is looking forward to many more years of building patient relationships at Paola Family Dentistry.

Lexi is a Spring Hill native who graduated from the JCCC dental hygiene program in 2019. Since graduation, she has been fulfilling her passion for identifying periodontal disease and educating her patients on improving and maintaining optimal oral health. Lexis career goal is to always give 100% to her patients in order to help them achieve healthy smiles. When not evaluating oral health, she loves spending time with her husband, three kids, and Goldendoodle. She enjoys home decor, Wheel of Fortune, and cheering on her oldest at his various sporting activities. Lexi welcomes you to Paola Family Dentistry!

Bringing a smile to each patients face is one of Moriahs favorite things about working in the dental field. Moriah completed the Dental Assisting program at Flint Hills Technical College in 2019 and has enjoyed chair-side assisting here at Paola Family Dentistry ever since. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time outside, and playing card games with her family. Moriahs contagious laugh contributes to the friendly atmosphere at Paola Family Dentistry and she cannot wait to welcome you to our practice!

After attending Vatterott College in Springfield, MO and completing the dental assisting program, Bailey has diligently continued her education to become an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and Supragingival Scaler. She joined Paola Family Dentistry in 2017 and feels staying up to date with the latest technology in the dental field helps her give the best possible care to her patients. She and her husband live in Paola with their two daughters, and she enjoys cake decorating and traveling her with family, especially to her favorite spot in Destin, FL. Bailey cant wait to welcome you to Paola Family Dentistry.

Being able to help patients achieve a healthy and beautiful smile is one of the most rewarding parts of being a dental assistant. Morgan is originally from Holton, Kansas, where she grew up volunteering in the pediatric dental office where her mom works. She moved to Louisburg after attending Washburn University and plans to attend dental hygiene school in the future. In the meantime, she has continued her education by earning her supragingival scaler certificate from Flint Hills Technical College. When Morgan is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Brady and their two dogs Layla and Luna, going to the Lake of the Ozarks, and doing anything crafty. Morgan has enjoyed getting to know all the new and returning faces at Paola Family Dentistry since she joined the team in 2020!
