Everyone has always been so nice and helpful, willing to explain everything in detail and answer any question I've had, never had any problems. They did everything they could to make sure my teeth were moving the way they should be!

We love PJO. My daughter is getting ready to start phase 2 of her treatment and had her work-up yesterday. Dr. Jackfert was so thorough and really took her time answering all of my questions and explaining everything to not only me but my daughter as well. She is so patient and genuinely cares about her patients. They also have a great orthodontic team. I always enjoy talking with everyone - they really make their office so inviting and a pleasant experience all around. We recommend them every chance we get!

I don't think you can get any better than these two Orthodontist and their staff. They are - on - IT! Ready and waiting for you - not the other way around. If you have kids and work, this is where you need to be, in and out and back before you know it! Ok on to the good stuff. They are so caring!! I have adult ortho and my child has braces - for both we are going to be success stories. They are ready for every obstacle. Through COVID and all, they are making sure we are good and getting caught back up in treatment and appointments. Don't let pricing turn you away - it's true you get what you pay for... this is the place to me!! Easy payment options if need be. Don't let me tell you, see for yourself. 100% 5 Stars.

My daughter came in for a consultation. The lady that was taking her x-ray was very sweet. She explained our daughter's teeth placement and what would cause her problems in the future if it was not fixed. We walked out of the office with a better understanding of what was going on. I would gladly recommend this office to anyone in need. Thank you .

Panucci and Jackfert has the best staff. They are always so helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. So far, they have given 2 of our family members beautiful smiles, and we will continue to go there for our last 2 children.

I have worked with them for the past two years. Always been very personable and professional. Easy to get ahold of and they are prompt to call back. Recommend 100% I especially encourage an adult who is thinking about saving, fixing, etc. Their teeth. They have a very practical approach (that was for me). They are overall just great.

My daughter has been going to Dr Panucci and Dr Jackfert's office for over a year. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. My daughter looks forward to all her appointments and doesn't want her braces taken off. :D

The best orthodontist care I have ever experienced! The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions. Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family... would highly recommend to anyone!!!
