Dr. Panoske was born in Madison, WI but raised in Northwest Illinois. He is a 1988 graduate from Dakota High School and a 1992 graduate from Illinois State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Health.
In 1996 Dr. Panoske started dental school at University of Illinois Chicago and graduated in 2000 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Later that year, he joined Dr. Wake's practice and bought the practice in 2002 when Dr. Wake retired.
In February 2015, Dr. Panoske traveled to the Dominican Republic for training on placing implants. He and his group placed 100 implants during the course. He has completed 72 hours of continuing education with implants this year so far.

I am the newest member of the Panoske Family Dental team, but not new to dentistry. I have 23 years experience in dental management. Customer service and caring for patients has always been my focus. My son Jacob is a 2019 graduate of UW-Platteville and my Daughter Anna is in her Junior year at UWP. As the staff will confirm I have a passion for baking and music.
I joined Dr. Panoske's team in 2017. I have 15 years of experience as a dental assistant. My husband Jim and I live in South Wayne, WI with our two sons, Owen & Tucker. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family & friends, sports (especially when my kids are involved) and spending time outdoors.

Lovely staff, welcoming atmosphere, and great service. They make routine cleanings painless and quick. I recently moved to Tennessee and still visit Dr. Panoske's office when I'm home visiting family for my regular maintenance!

They are thorough, gentle, and encouraging. Dr. Panoske is very professional and careful with my teeth, and his assistants are very knowledgeable and so nice! They work quickly and efficiently, and he always lets you know what's going on in your mouth as he's doing it, or before he's going to do it, so you don't sit there wondering. The office charges a fair price, and they don't overwork you, but they are thorough, both in cleaning and in x-rays (the cleanings are manual, but gentle!). I feel much better with my teeth in their care.

First, a little about me. I am terrified of the Dentist, before Dr. Panoske's appointment I hadn't been to the dentist in 17 years. I was referred to Dr Panoski by a coworker because they had told her that they offer sedation dentistry. When I arrived there they told me they did not. I was already there so I continued with the exam. The exam was painless for the most part (no cleanings). The cleaning was anything but painless. Not only was there no sedation, there was no gas and only Novocain after the painful cleaning (no sonic, just metal tools) was done and the cavities needed to be drilled and filled. Short spurts of pain I can handle. Extended pain mixed with fear, mixed with the feel and sound of metal on my teeth I cannot handle.
