As a boy, Dr. Narkhede was fascinated by his own fathers dental practice, particularly the satisfied patients that went in and out of his doors. These happy memories would eventually lead him to his own career in dentistry. Years later, Dr. Narkhede is a highly-awarded doctor who practices cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics, and dental reconstruction surgeries.
He also specializes in implant dentistry, a discipline he has helped pioneer as far back as the 1980s. Over the years, he has created a practice with a highly-devoted roster of patients who appreciate his thoroughness, friendliness, and efficiency.
In addition to his informal, yet influential, training from his dentist father, Dr. Narkhede is an alumnus of the worlds best dental program, the University of Bombay, from which he has earned his BDS (Bachelor's in Dental Surgery) and his MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) in Prosthodontics. His research for the MDS program was also submitted to the American Academy of Implant Dentistry for his Associate Fellowship examination. He is a licensed DDS from the Dental Board of California with credentials from UCLA.
Over the years, Dr. Narkhedes unique blend of innovative knowledge and caring bedside manner have earned him industry praise in the form of fellowships, awards, and even an Extraordinary Ability Green Card which is reserved only for individuals who have received international acclaim in their field. He has also been named an Honored Fellow by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry as well as one of the Top Dentists in Orange County (2014).
When Dr. Narkhede is outside of the office, you can find him spending time with his wife, daughter, son, and dog, Lucky. Always on the lookout for his next challenge, Dr. Narkhede loves fishing with his son and, on more relaxing weekends, woodcarving, painting, gardening, and cooking.

Dr. Narkhede is by far the best dentist around hands down. He and his staff are very professional. I wouldn't trust my teeth with any other dentist. When I'm walking out of there l always got a smile on my face. Highly recommend this dentist!

Dr.Narkhede has taken the details of my insurance but charged me $150 without any explanation or invoice. When I asked for invoice by email he mentioned that he will bill the insurance and will send the invoice within next 4 weeks, it is already 2 months and I never received anything and dental problem is not solved either.

I have been Dr. Pankaj Narkhede's patient since I was a kid. He is extremely talented, knowledgeable and a cheerful doc. Dr. Narkhede is extremely talented and professional. He has masterfully repaired two broken teeth sustained from a sports injury/accident. His cleanings are superior to other dentists if been to, and you leave with a deep cleaned feeling vs. just topical. I highly recommend Dr Narkhede.

Dr. Narkhede is the best dentist I have ever come across. I went in with a severe gum infection, he took care of it efficiently and the after care was excellent. He cleaned my teeth, it was so painless and quick that I was pleasantly surprised. He is amazing at what he does. He uses the best modern technology. I've been seen by many Dentists in the past proclaimed to be the best BUT my vote goes to Dr. Narkhede as the true champion of all. I don't leave five star reviews unless I'm absolutely certain of my conclusions. For the past five years I've been seen by 6 different Dentists all considered to be at the top of their field in order to determine if I can save a tooth which showed signs of having a deep internal cavity from a root canal. However all six Dentists assured me of needing a root canal as the cavity was too close to the nerve yet not one of these Dentists explored the true condition the tooth was in (meaning testing to determine if a root canal was needed) nor did they explain exactly what can be done to save the tooth and how realistically that plan could change depending on certain factors. Since all the evaluations I got felt incomplete and I wasn't having any pain I continued my search and I'm so glad I did as that is how my search led me to finding Dr. Narkhede. After my evaluation and tests to determine the current condition of the tooth I chose Dr. Narkhede to do the procedure because I knew he was going to operate with the focus to save the tooth unlike the other six Dentists that were going to operate on the base of doing a root canal. I thought even if the tooth couldn't be saved from a root canal at least there was a true genuine attempt to save it. So, the conclusion was that the tooth was saved and I'm so grateful and feel very fortunate to find the only Dentist I will see going forward.

Its been a decade that and my family has been seeing Dr. Narkhede. We always look forward to visiting him for our dental treatment. He has a friendly approach, sincere, and is exceptionally efficient. His office has all the advanced and top of the line equipment that many other dental office doesn't have. Dr. Narkhede has seen me and multiple members of my family for over 15 years. Simply stated, he is the most intelligent and caring professional I have even known. His grasp of surgical procedures and his understanding of physics/mechanics is unique. I cannot find a single event where I was less than pleased with his work. I highly recommend him.

Once in awhile you come across a doctor whose talents and dedication surpass any expectations. Dr. Narkhede is that man. My husband had three implants and five years later I had two. The entire experience impressed me, from the professionalism to the pain free process. Unbelievable. My dentist told me "This is the guy. He's an artist." He was right.

My family has been going to Dr. Narkhede for at least 10 years, and among each of us, none have ever had a single complaint. Anyone who knows me knows I can be incredibly critical, but I cannot find a reason to complain about my dentist. During every checkup, he explains what he sees in the x-rays and does not beat around the bush. Most recently, I had a wisdom tooth extracted, and the process was far smoother than I had expected, with Dr. Narkhede answering every question I had with the utmost patience. I highly recommend my dentist to anyone who lives in OC.

Dr. Narkhede is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. I live about an hour away from his office and it was worth the drive. He came highly recommended and after my first visit I could see why. Painless procedures and very friendly. I never want to go to any other dentist!
